Decision
Post Raafi’s content 2x per day (instead of once) for the remaining window before the Oct 4 churn date. There are approximately 15+ drafted posts that would extend past Oct 4. Rather than scheduling them into mid-October after churn, compress the cadence now to maximize impressions and attempt retention by demonstrating what posting frequency could do.
Context
Blake Stewart flagged in Megaphone that Fasset’s Stripe subscription ends Oct 4 and there are 33 drafts in review queue (including a fresh batch just delivered by Blake Emal). Zarah has already given permission to post without approval (captured: Fasset - Zarah approved autonomous posting for Raafi (no review)). Blake asked whether to schedule past-Oct-4 posts into mid-October or compress them. Houck chose compression.
Churn notice: inbox/2026-09-04-fasset-churn-notice-formal.md. Retention rationale from Houck: frame frequency as the missing lever. If impressions spike, Fasset might reconsider.

Options Considered
- Schedule remaining posts into mid-October after churn date (Blake’s suggestion A)
- Go 2-a-day to boost impressions and make a retention case before Oct 4 - CHOSEN
Consequences
- Blake Stewart executes 2x daily schedule for Raafi through Oct 4.
- Oct 4 remains the confirmed churn date unless Fasset reverses.
- Outcome of the retention attempt should be logged here and in inbox when resolved.
