Decision
Jeffrey Evans (Mantis VC) is renewing Megaphone annually. Michael is pursuing an expansion to add LinkedIn DM outbound for Alex and potentially short-form video for Alex. If all expansion goes through, the Mantis contract could triple in size.
Context
Monthly Houck x Steve call (2026-09-15) confirmed Jeff Evans is happy and will renew. Steve is offboarding January 1; new Mantis POC is Anjali (former McKinsey), already aligned against the competing agency Sam Sales. Mantis closed $100M+ fundraise so cost is not a concern. - Renew at current scope only
- Renew plus expand to Alex accounts (DM outbound + video) - CHOSEN path being pursued
Consequences
