Date: 2026-08-13 Channel: Megaphone Source: Blake Stewart communicating approval from Zarah Kassam (Fasset)
Signal
Zarah Kassam gave full approval for the Megaphone team to post Raafi’s proactive engagements without running them by her first. Blake instructed Venus Ramos to post that week’s content and all future ones autonomously.
Significance
This is a meaningful operational change: Fasset shifted from a review-required workflow to fully autonomous posting for Raafi’s proactive engagement content. Reduces back-and-forth overhead for that client. If the engagement quality drops or an issue arises, there is no client review gate anymore, so QA on the Megaphone side matters more.
