Decision: Do not build a “send posts to Typefully directly from Studio” integration, even as a stopgap while full scheduling is built out.

Decider: Michael Houck (asked); Blake Stewart (input, decisive)

Reasoning

Blake Stewart: “That seems like an extra step not worth it. I wouldn’t trust formatting to copy over well and would just end up on Typefully double checking it anyway.”

The added step doesn’t save time because formatting reliability is uncertain and the account manager would still need to QA in Typefully. The integration would create friction without eliminating the Typefully step.

What’s still true

Full post scheduling within Studio is still the eventual goal. This decision only kills the intermediate Typefully-pipe approach. Current workflow: copy-paste from Studio to Typefully.

Prior context

See Studio to add post scheduling; migrate off Typefully for the earlier scheduling context.
