Decision
No more major changes to Megaphone Studio for now: bug reduction only, so Blake can get back to normal batching. Blake sends bugs async to Hermes in a Megaphone thread instead of flagging mid-workflow; Hermes can monitor Studio via computer use if needed.
Context
Studio is replacing Notion as the client workflow tool. The transition plus client volume has been interrupting Blake’s work: notifications missing, feedback (e.g. Adam approving in Notion) not surfacing reliably. Interview prompts just went live as the last big feature.
Options considered
Keep shipping features through the transition (rejected: compounding cognitive load on the main writer during migration).
Consequences
- Feature work on Studio pauses in favor of fixes; bug intake moves to async Megaphone threads.
- Ria turns off Notion Slack Connect pings; Blake keeps pushing clients to Studio as the single home for content.
- Draper and Mantis remain on Google Docs for now.
