Decision
Going forward, Evgeny (Clipwing) will share a Google Drive link in Slack when weekly Augment video work is done. Hermes will transfer the files to the Augment Dropbox folder. Ben was added to the Augment Dropbox folder to facilitate this. Ben’s RV email will remain active beyond Oct 19.
Context
All Augment video files were moved by Hermes to Dropbox in a one-time transfer on 2026-09-29 (preserving subfolder hierarchy). The team needed a repeatable workflow going forward. Clipwing (Evgeny) saves work in their own Google Drive and cannot upload directly to the RV Dropbox without revealing he is not in-house.
Options considered
- Have Evgeny upload directly to Dropbox: rejected (would expose that Evgeny is not in-house to the Augment team).
- Use Google Drive going forward: not adopted (Dropbox is the canonical store).
- Slack link + Hermes transfer: decided.
Also resolved in same thread
- Ben transferred all 47 relevant Google Drive docs/spreadsheets (from ben@fj and ben@megaphone) to the shared RV Ops Drive.
- Michael explicitly told Hermes “I was talking to Ben, dummy lol” on one message — clarifying Ben handled the doc transfer, not Hermes.
Consequences
- Hermes is responsible for picking up the Slack link from Evgeny and transferring to Dropbox each week.
- Ben’s RV email remains functional past Oct 19 for Augment handoff continuity.
