Skip re-running formal onboarding interviews with existing Megaphone clients (we already have the info). For integrations, pursue Nuon (Jon Morehouse) as the first existing client to connect, specifically pulling Matt’s Granola transcripts from customer calls as a content signal source.
Context
Michael asked the team whether to ask existing clients to go through the onboarding interview and/or set up integrations (#megaphone, 2026-09-29). Blake noted the team already has voice/tone/preferences from onboarding and re-asking for an hour of their time would annoy clients. He suggested Nuon as the best bet for integrations, specifically Granola for customer calls.
Options considered
- Re-run onboarding interviews for existing clients: rejected (info already captured, clients would find it annoying).
- Draper/Mantis integrations: rejected (too much sensitive info).
- Ben G integration: rejected (he is not interested in content from his day-to-day; he wants to copy what works for others).
- Keycard: Michael reached out via DM, no response yet.
- Jolt clients via Keycard: Michael noted all Jolt clients have it except Ben G.
