Decision
Both the new Megaphone site and the new Lore site will publish one blog article per day, each with a custom-made YouTube video embedded in the post. All content created by Hermes AI on Fable, reviewed manually before publishing.
Context
Michael announced this separately in Megaphone (to Blake Emal) and in lore (to Emma). Framed as a double-whammy SEO/GEO play: each article drives search traffic and the embedded video drives YouTube presence simultaneously.
Reviewer for Megaphone: not specified yet (Blake loop). Reviewer for Lore: Ben.
Options considered
Not stated; this appears to be a direction Michael chose and is now staffing.
Consequences
- Hermes AI becomes the primary content producer for both sites on Fable
- Manual review step required before publish on both channels
- Depends on the new Megaphone site and new Lore site being live (both in progress as of Aug 2026)
- Ben is already being asked to review 1 video script + 1 blog per day for Jolt and Hard Calls (#lore-content-review); Lore adds to that load
