Context
Hermes flagged 15 Megaphone follow-ups due today. Michael pushed back on specific entries, saying Hermes already has the context and should not have flagged them.
Michael’s specific corrections
- Danielle: Not late. Do not flag for another week.
- Gabby (Crosslink / Gabby Contro): Michael recently checked in. Not necessary to flag.
- Keevin (Boon/Keevin): Same - recently touched. Not necessary.
- Anshika: Same category.
- Fundify: Michael unfamiliar (“not sure who Fundify is, I’ll look”). May have been disqualified due to budget (“did he not have money or something?”).
- AI Standards: Later follow-up scheduled. Hermes should know this.
- Costa Noa (Taylor): Waiting because Taylor just had a death in the family. Do not flag until appropriate time has passed.
Standing guidance
When Hermes has context on why a follow-up is delayed (recent touch, personal circumstance, disqualified), it should NOT surface that name in the daily digest just because a date threshold was crossed. Mechanical date logic overrides human context; that is the failure mode to avoid.
Blake Stewart requested Hermes flag follow-ups to the owner / whoever had the last touch rather than surfacing all 15 to everyone.
