Decision
Michael instructed Venus to pause engagements for Emil Barr. Follow-up messages to Hermes clarified: not pause - turn them OFF entirely.
This extends the 2026-09-30 restructure (proactive posts already stopped; personal site taken down Oct 1). Engagements were apparently still running; Michael confirmed they should be stopped.
Status
Instruction given. Rafael (U05MAK2KU8Z) asked Hermes which PR it was referring to; Michael pointed to Hermes for the answer. Outcome not yet confirmed in thread.
