What was decided
Hermes was sending double notifications when posts moved to Client Review:
- A blocky Slack message with long title + Notion link (Hermes-generated)
- The normal Notion integration’s “new post” notification
Michael approved (multiple messages, including “I have approved this multiple times. DO IT”) the following fixes:
- Remove Notion notifications - clients should not get the Notion integration ping
- Notifications should link to the client dashboard (dash.megaphonestudio.com), not to Notion
- Hyperlink the post link and tag the client in the notification
- Studio’s publishing functionality is NOT live yet - Typefully remains the publishing tool for now

Answering what appear to be Hermes’s clarifying questions:
- Studio publishing not yet live; Typefully is still go-to
- Client hub: “Studio I guess?”
- Stafford and Project Omega: Blake S reaches them via iMessage (not standard Slack notification path)
- Release approved once gaps addressed and bug hunt done
Status
Hermes was directed to fix, review for bugs, and deploy. Not yet confirmed complete.
