Change
Ben Ornstein is transitioning the creator campaigns process to Reina Beltran. Ben shared the Megaphone Creator Campaign SOP (Notion: https://app.notion.com/p/ryevalley/Megaphone-Creator-Campaign-SOP-3e58ab5fb6c780138f8dd9a3a0c04519) and forwarded relevant email chains to Reina’s Rye Valley email for context and process continuity.
Reina confirmed she is reviewing the materials.
New Email Contact for Partnerships
Michael said he will set up partnerships@ryevalley.co within the next day or two to make it easier to manage creator campaign partner communications. This email does not yet exist as of 2026-09-28.
Context
Creator campaigns are sponsored posts or engagements placed with Megaphone network creators on behalf of clients. This is a distinct function from content creation. The SOP and email chains are being forwarded so Reina can run future campaigns independently.
Follow-ups
- partnerships@ryevalley.co: confirm once set up; update account-map and team-comp context.
- Verify Reina has Notion access to the SOP page.
- Confirm Ben is fully off the process (no lingering async ownership).
