Signal
Jeffrey told Blake Emal he wants to regroup on voice and tone because “the latest posts haven’t been hitting his mark.” Blake is calling him tomorrow (Aug 21, “try him around 11”) ahead of the next content interview.
Blake’s theory: Jeffrey has not given content inputs for a while, so the AI-generated content has drifted. Blake noted Hermes may be ingesting unapproved Notion drafts that affect tone - Michael clarified in the decision record for the rule-card rebuild (2026-08-20) that this is not the mechanism, but the larger point stands: no feedback had entered the pipeline for months.
Michael flagged: “Let’s make sure he’s happy because their annual renewal is coming up in Oct.”
Michael also noted that Austin (presumably a prior contact on the account) would be open to a conversation about the account if useful - “We left things on good terms.”
Status
- Blake Emal to call Jeffrey on 2026-08-21 at ~11am.
- Rule card already rebuilt on 2026-08-20 (see Jeffrey Evans Rule Card Rebuilt from Interview Corpus).
- Renewal: October 2026. Account must be in good standing before that date.
Watch
- Outcome of Blake’s call on Aug 21.
- Whether Jeffrey feels content improves after rule card and content interview inputs.
- Renewal decision in October.
