Decision
Hold newsletter send until Adam’s site is live and ready. Newsletter was set for Tuesday at 9am ET but is blocked pending two items: domain linkage and the CTA. Operator Membership tier will NOT launch on day 1 (TBD if it launches at all at this stage), so that cannot be used as the newsletter CTA.
Context
Ben flagged in Megaphone that everything was ready except: (1) domain linkage not finalized and (2) no active link to the Operator Membership for use as a CTA. Michael confirmed: domain is being handled, Operator tier not launching day 1, and yes hold the newsletter until site is live.
Options considered
- Send newsletter on Tuesday regardless (rejected: site not ready, no CTA, domain unresolved).
- Hold until site is live (chosen).
Consequences
- Newsletter launch date pushed past the original Tuesday 9am ET target.
- Operator Membership tier is off the table as a launch-day CTA. Ben should confirm a replacement CTA before send.
