Decision
LinkedIn content for Rob Miller / Manse is owned by the Megaphone team, not JOLT. TikTok scripts will be repurposed as text-forward posts with images by the Megaphone writer. Michael to introduce Blake Stewart to the Manse team and send a LinkedIn strategy outline.
Context
JOLT kickoff with Manse (2026-09-23) covered TikTok and Instagram. When LinkedIn came up, it was agreed that the Megaphone side of Rye Valley handles it since LinkedIn video is hit-or-miss and the format requires a different approach (text-forward with images). JOLT and Megaphone are separate delivery teams within Rye Valley; this clarifies which team owns which platform for this client.
Options Considered
- JOLT handles all platforms: rejected, LinkedIn requires different format and team skills
- No LinkedIn at all for now: rejected, client expressed interest
Consequences
- Michael to make intro and send LinkedIn strategy outline (action item, due promptly)
- Megaphone AM / writer assigned to Manse LinkedIn account going forward
- Billing implications TBD (likely bundled or additive)
