Ruling

Deploy ($15,000 one-time, 90 days) sets the foundation of the company content operation through the founder, who is the center node. At day 90 the client graduates to Megaphone Studio: recurring, FROM $5,000/mo (raised 2026-09-22 from $3,995, see Studio raised to $5,000/mo for both JOLT and Megaphone), scoped at the day-60 review, never a flat price. Studio continues the founder account under the same strategist and expands by scope into co-founders and execs, company accounts, launch campaigns and the newsletter. Team Amplification, The Masthead and Proof Desk are Studio scope. Deploy keeps its name with the line “The foundation of your company content, built through you.” Studio appears on the site only in the Deploy page After day 90 section.

Why

Storyarb post-mortem (Lieberman, 2024-11-20): founder content is a nice-to-have with 5 to 6 month lifespans; churn from impatience, founders pulled in 50 directions, internet voice drifting from real voice. Megaphone saw the same. A dated install with a guarantee removes the month-five decision; the recurring decision moves to day 90 with a working system and scoreboard. Company content is a marketing line item, not a nice-to-have.

Site changes shipped 2026-09-02 (dev.megaphonestudio.com)

Studio tier card removed; Deploy page After day 90 section carries Studio, lanes (Founder, Leadership, Company), from-price, exemplars (Draper Associates, Nicole Jarbo). Hero leads with the strategist-in-your-Slack mechanism; churn story stated up front; outcome-first story headlines; single AI line. Squarespace stays until cutover.
