Decision
Unresolved Megaphone engagement orders are now routed to Reina (Reina Santiago / reina@houck.news) for human review via a dedicated screen in Megaphone Studio. The Hermes bot will tag Reina in Slack when new unresolved engagements appear. Reina should flag if any information is missing from that screen that she needs to do the review efficiently.
Context
A Megaphone engagement pipeline order expired unresolved and Hermes posted a technical alert in Megaphone using jargon Michael found unclear (“repossessed this tweet”, structured JSON with order IDs). Michael’s feedback: plain language only, and the resolution path should route to a human reviewer rather than bot-only handling.
Previously, unresolved engagements had no clear human escalation owner in Slack. Reina is now that owner for the review queue.
Consequences
- Reina owns the unresolved engagement review queue in Studio going forward
- Hermes bot (@U0BLF1CP666) will tag Reina in Slack when new unresolved ones arrive
- Reina to flag if Studio screen is missing context needed for quick, accurate review
- Megaphone Studio team (Ben G) should confirm the screen is live and what data it surfaces
- Related: Reina’s scope clarified 2026-08-22 as creator platform support; this extends her touchpoints to include pipeline review without changing that core scope
