Decision
Houck told Hermes to stop sending the Apify shadow vs legacy scraper comparison reports. The legacy scraper has been turned off. The comparison is no longer needed. Hermes should remove the report entirely.
Context
Hermes had been posting a nightly comparison of Apify shadow scraper vs the legacy payout scraper to Megaphone. The report was surfacing discrepancies and flagging engagements where the legacy scraper failed to pay but Apify found the amplifier on the post.
The legacy scraper was retired (see Akountify Cancelled, Apify Confirmed as Engagement-Scraper Replacement). Once the legacy scraper is gone, there is nothing to compare against.
Consequences
The Apify shadow comparison report cron is discontinued. No team action needed. Hermes removes it from the scheduled tasks.
