Blake issued four ops directives for Megaphone proactive engagement staffing:
- Jeffrey (Mantis VC): Proactive engagements paused indefinitely. No resume date given. Team will be notified when they can restart.
- Maurice (Doctours): Charlene takes over his account through his churn date of Aug 28. Venus was handling this account and will lose Studio access.
- Jon (Nuon): Charlene will now source proactive engagement posts on X. She does NOT need to generate the suggested comments - just source relevant posts. Lead source of accounts to be updated shortly.
- Venus: Was handling both Maurice and Jon accounts. Loses access to both in Studio going forward. Venus is to brief Charlene with context and any specific strategies she used.
Michael confirmed in thread: suggested Venus and Charlene connect directly so Venus can share account context.
Ben (team) also confirmed in thread: Venus should share proactive engagement sourcing strategies she has used (specific to Maurice’s account and across all clients she has handled) with Charlene.
