Decision
Two specific Jolt site design decisions made in the jolt review thread:

Video randomization (#6): For case study pages with more than 3 videos, randomize which ones appear. Applies to Riley, Emil, Ben Gusberg, and any future case studies with excess video assets.

Duplicate hero video removal (#4): On the Hulk Hogan case study page, the first video is the same as the hero section video. Remove it from the case study reel - it is for the hero only; do not repeat.
Context
Rafael posted a 20-point Jolt site review covering the dev environment (dev.joltexclamationpoint.com). Michael is working through the open items and expects another round of PRs later today or tomorrow (2026-08-17 or 2026-08-18). These two items were explicitly answered in thread; the remaining 18 points are still open questions or pending PRs.
Consequences
