Decision

Spin the GEO/SEO work out of Megaphone into its own brand, Lore. Domain purchased, LLC formation started ~May 2026, landing page first, launch targeted end of May 2026. Front-end offer: free automated site audit.

Context

First GEO work ran white-label under Megaphone from Sept 2025 (see 2025-09-09). Demand from existing clients and inbound made it a standalone vertical. Agent team design for Lore began 2026-05-14.

Consequences

• Lore entity, Kick entityId 155413; own newsletter (Internalized).
• 2026-07-29 in-house content engine; 2026-08-08 pricing model.
