[Andrew Cheng]: I’m on mute, sorry. [Samantha Gamboa]: Okay. Y’all can hear me though? Yep. Okay, good. Good, no worries. How are y’all doing? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Good. [Samantha Gamboa]: Well, I have a lot of stuff going on in the background. [Andrew Cheng]: We’re getting a new AC unit. So if you hear any knocking, I apologize in advance. [Samantha Gamboa]: All good. [Samantha Gamboa]: Okay, I think we’re waiting on… [Jacob Shipley]: new house. And so we’re probably wait for our old house to sell. I’m working in this place. So I also have a lot of background noise. [Samantha Gamboa]: So give me no worries. Okay, thanks all for hopping on. Okay, so pretty much, I wanted to have this call because I think no can be very quick to change his feelings and switch up and I wanted you guys to get some transparency into what’s going on and be fair to you guys and give you a chance to to realign and course correct a little bit. Basically, Noel and Jacob think there have been a lot of grammar errors happening recently. He’s been getting a lot of like messages. He feels like there’s too much input needed from him. And he thinks there’s a lot of quantity versus quality happening. He had me go through the social reporting with him and he wanted to see kind of some really significant growth and he felt like he wasn’t seeing what he was hoping for. So he was like, is social even worth it? Should we just stop socials entirely? I told him I thought that was a bad idea to just stop entirely. And he was like, well, if we’re not stopping entirely, I want to significantly slow things down. So I think right now we’re doing about five posts a week on his channel, right? Or aiming to. Yes. We should cut that down to like two, maybe even one, like no grammar errors. If he has like another format, and more grammar errors, he’s going to lose his mind. He feels like it’s just been happening a lot. He and Jacob, I chatted to both of them. Noel was like very dramatic about it. Jacob was less so. Jacob was like, no, I do catch it. I know what he’s talking about, but he’s being a little dramatic, which Noel is prone to do. Especially he like really will fixate on one thing. And then he’s like, if this isn’t fixed, he can kind of freak out. Blame on his like very, you know, high stress. He’s got a lot going on. But I really want you guys to get the chance to course correct before he’s just like done. And I think you guys have the remainder of August to do that. If I’m being transparent, I don’t really know where he’s going after that. He’s just like, this needs to get fixed. As far as posts that he likes, and he wants to see more of informational he wants posts that he wants to feel like you guys are industry experts and he knows that it’s an industry that is very complex but a lot of times there I guess there are posts and I don’t I don’t know that much about this market either so this is things that I don’t catch that like it actually doesn’t make that much sense so some of the posts like aren’t very industry specific and like when you do Read it he’s like this doesn’t even make sense like why would we post that memes need to be cut entirely he’s like it’s a waste of time and it sounds kind and that’s not the energy I want in my accounts. As far as CTAs, they’re, I guess, too generic. It says like, Read our blog or whatever, rather than Read more about IPOs and Figma’s latest launch on our blog here. So he thinks those need to be more in depth. Just like really attention to detail and quality over quantity is what he was emphasizing. And the best suggestion that Jacob gave of like, like how to tighten up, Read the Pulse, which is their newsletter that goes out every week. Jacob was saying like, you know, normally I’d spend one hour on a newsletter for Noel because he’s so intense about it. I spend four hours on each one. Like Jacob was empathizing the fact he’s like, I think Noel’s hard on all of us when it comes to content. Like, I don’t think it’s that they’re doing a bad job. I think he’s so specific and wants very relevant industry news. Other recommendations Jacob gave, cause he kind of had the same, with Noel was follow people that are posting about relevant news and our industry leaders, copy what they’re doing and then put a different spin on it. And you spend all the time that you’re generating so much content to generate like really good one or two posts. I think those are all the notes that Jacob and Noel both gave me. I hate to kind of come with this news, but I wanted to give you guys like space. Is there anything that you guys feel like, I don’t know this industry, that, well, we need more support in this way. What can I do to give you guys a better chance at success here? [Michael Houck]: You’re muted. Sorry about that. Thanks for sharing. Do you think we can go one-on-one for this, Andrew and Jacob? Do you guys mind dropping off? [Andrew Cheng]: Yeah. Can I ask a question that roasted on the errors? Has he been catching things recently? Because we’ve been really careful. [Michael Houck]: Andrew, don’t. I’m going to talk about it with Sammy. I think the last week, maybe we haven’t had any errors, but there were consistent errors every single week for quite a long time before that. So if I were Noah, I’d still be reacting to that, too. [Samantha Gamboa]: OK. All right. [Michael Houck]: So do you guys mind dropping off? [Michael Houck]: Yeah. I really appreciate it. Thank you. Let me remove the undertakers here, too. Actually, I can’t remove them. Can you remove the undertakers except for, I guess, you can just remove all of them. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: That’s fine. Jameson did ask, I keep one.
