[Andrew Cheng]: through some, on some accounts now. Nice. I’m still going through him. He’ll be posting on the ones I don’t necessarily have access to, or it’s just, you don’t want to be doing like too much at the same time together. So I’m still kind of splitting if there’s multiple accounts at one time. And I think what was pretty nice today was I thought I learned like the differences of each day, how it is. So like I, yesterday I did some samples Dhruv let’s say and he it was Dhruv and very easy to find content and material to post on or react to and then today was a much different story so it was hard finding things little by little and took took more time than I expected it to be but it’s interesting because like I thought like Emil was gonna be a different difficult person to get like used to and Dhruv was gonna be easy because I don’t have to say anything but I ended being the exact opposite. So that was a little interesting to figure out. Yeah, yeah. [Michael Houck]: It’s interesting. Every day is going to be a little bit different, for sure, because each client is different. And also, just the quality of the content that you find to comment on each day is going to be different, too. So yeah, it makes total sense. But yeah, good to hear that you’re already in there. It seems like every day. Progress, which is great. I added you to a Slack channel with that new client I mentioned, who we have to kick off with next week. The client hasn’t joined the channel yet, but they will. So you’ll sort of see how I set up a new channel and kick things off with them and all that stuff. But yeah, so that’ll happen in the next day or two whenever they join the channel. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: Sounds good. What’s on the plan for tomorrow? Just taking over more of it? [Andrew Cheng]: It’s pretty much that. It’s the same thing. I think there’s different clients tomorrow, so there will be… [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: The nuances continue, right? [Andrew Cheng]: That’s definitely a good learning process. And my hope is to take over as much as I can for Ben, but not add more work by having to recheck and check everything. So that’s why we want to go at a good pace. [Michael Houck]: Well, yeah, just as you are getting to the point where you’re taking over a client, maybe not fully, but at least you’re the one owning that client, just let me know who those clients are so I can add you to their Slack channels, introduce you to them. For example, I mentioned you on our call with the Augment team today. We do a bi-weekly call with them. And yeah, they’re happy with the results so far. So I just mentioned that we’re seeing good results. So bring in Andrew, and you’ll meet him soon. Very cool. [Andrew Cheng]: Awesome. Well, I’m excited to meet them all. And writers, you’ve had a chance Um, just so the three I mentioned yesterday, and then I connected with Blake yesterday. So we’re going to chat right after this call. [Andrew Cheng]: Which, which, which Blake, uh, LA. [Michael Houck]: Yeah. Cool. That’s dope. Um, yeah, he’s, uh, he’s great. He’s been helping us out originally with like just sponsorships, but now sort of more broad growth stuff. So it’s good. Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: He seems very cool. I was talking to him while I was at the gym yesterday, so it was a fun conversation. [Michael Houck]: It’s totally fine if the answer is no to this so far, but just any immediate things that you’re just like, hey, you guys are doing this wrong or we should change this or anything like that? [Andrew Cheng]: Nothing I would say wrong, but I started thinking more after we chatted yesterday about long-term growth and scaling. I had an idea about Reactions and it’s something that I don’t obviously want to give because it’s fun for me. Sure I’m wondering if long-term if the writers it was any like an idea that the writers might do some of it, too Because they already know the op they know this voice and they know the client Getting sort of like, you know hiring headcount Quickly or at all it’s like if that’s an option that they can start thinking once we get more clients Can we see if they want to be pulled into that? [Michael Houck]: I think the answer would probably if we asked them, the answer would probably be no. We could always be like, this is part of your job, right? But I think that the expectation we’ve set with them when they’ve joined the team, historically at least, has been you’ll write the content and that’s your role. So that’s how they’ve sort of priced themselves to me. So I think it would be a little bit of a tough sell. It’s a good idea if we if they’re up for it, but it might be challenging. Another thing we could do is, so we have a very simple, and it’s not up to the level of quality we would need it to be, but an AI system that we call Reply Guy. We were working with it nine months ago and ended up deprioritizing it for some other engineering stuff, but it could be worth, as you get more into this role, you working a little bit with the engineers and informing them, hey, here’s why this reply wouldn’t be good. And that’ll help them better prompt the system to output better stuff. And if we get it to a point where you’re like, hey, this actually consistently is a five out of five or at least a four out of five reply, maybe we can automate that whole process. But the system’s not at the level it would need to be today. Okay. Yeah, that’d be fun. [Andrew Cheng]: That’d be really good to explore in the future. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, and that would probably just be for the reactive stuff. I think it’d be tough to do that for the proactive stuff, but for the reactive stuff, it could probably, probably, and that would actually give more flexibility time-wise about when to do the proactive stuff, because you wouldn’t necessarily be limited to the time right after a post is scheduled. Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: Do you think there’s an opportunity for to do reactive posts later on in the day. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Just wondering, reactive stuff. [Andrew Cheng]: Proactive stuff. [Michael Houck]: Oh, yeah, sure. I mean, you know, there’s new posts going live all the time. So you could do if you want to split it up and do like reactive, proactive and therefore like compress the time for the reactive stuff in the morning to a smaller window. That’s fine. We could we could definitely try that. [Andrew Cheng]: Yes, I mean, I want to at least think about moving forward, but not necessarily implement because I do like it the way it’s set up right now. [Michael Houck]: So yeah, I mean, you know, this is, you know, if if there’s a better way to do it, we should we should do it that way. So if there’s benefits to what it enables you to do, to do it to split it up, then that’s that’s fine with me. [Andrew Cheng]: Yeah, because I was thinking about how once we scale up, we’re not going to be able to do everything in the morning. How do we split that up? I think a lot of it’s going to be West Coast clients might get early afternoon times. I’m still trying to think that through and I’m sure Ben’s thinking through it too. I’m sure you are as well. [Michael Houck]: Some clients are less sensitive to the time of day than others. Some are like, we have to post in the morning my time zone or whatever. But some of them, they don’t really care that much because they At various points in the day. So yeah Yeah, we always test it out with with a few folks who are less sensitive to it, okay, yeah Um Well cool man anything else on your mind no no from your original question nothing that i’ve thought of believe me I’m I’m looking for things But um, I haven’t found anything as of yet Okay, cool. Any sort of lingering questions or things I can answer? I don’t think so, I think. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Right now, there’s obvious pain points, right? [Andrew Cheng]: Like with Ben being in meetings and he can’t approve my stuff right away. So once the training wheels come off, it’ll be a lot smoother. And I’m sure he feels the same way, but it’s been a really fun experience so far. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, no, he mentioned that you’re asking a lot of questions. And he was like, you know, we, we see that as like a very, very good thing. Like you’re like curious about the information and want to, I want to learn everything. So you mentioned that, that, that that’s going well. So, um, yeah, it seems, it seems like we’re sort of off and running, which is good. Um, maybe let’s do, let’s do an end of the week check-in just before, before next week. But, uh, yeah, outside of that, I feel like, I feel like you’re, you’re operational and, um, it seems like every day. You’re picking up more and more stuff. [Andrew Cheng]: So I feel pretty confident. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah, I’m feeling really good about this. [Andrew Cheng]: Right now, I’m free and pretty much around this time on Friday, too. [Michael Houck]: So yeah, sure. So on Friday, I could do right before this, I could do 2pm Utah time on Friday. [Andrew Cheng]: Yeah, okay. [Michael Houck]: That works work. Cool, let me send over. Okay, cool. Did you watch the Stars game last night? I did, man. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: The hat trick. Crazy. [Michael Houck]: I mean, Hellobook is cooked, man. I don’t know what it is. [Andrew Cheng]: I think that St. Louis series destroyed him. [Michael Houck]: I don’t know. He’s like, he’s like, you know, dr. Jekyll and mr. Hyde regular season playoffs is crazy. [Andrew Cheng]: Mm-hmm. Believe me. That’s that’s the Sharks That’s not block off for years. It was just every year. [Michael Houck]: It’s like we’re gonna find our goalie The Jets signed him just some big contract right so they’re they’re stuck with it because you know, they’re stuck with him now He’s gonna win. Is it Vesna? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Is that the right trophy? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, this is like his third Vesna or something like you will win it but I like, who cares? [Andrew Cheng]: You know, I was proud of grandling because we traded him to Dallas this year. So you’re like, you’re like, it would be nice if he was doing this for us, but we knew what was going on and we knew like everyone was on the trade block trading blocks for like three or four people. Yeah. We’re still stuck on two big contracts or I guess one now since couture retired, but that plastic deal I really feel optimistic about you guys, honestly. [Michael Houck]: Yeah. Um, there was, I think there was some rumor before he signed the new deal with, with us, um, that like dry side, it would be a good fit on the rebuilding. Yeah, that was, I think summer, right. It was off the off season. Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: I think that was last year, last off season. Yeah. Yeah. I think that was last year. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I think that was last year. [Andrew Cheng]: Like a reddit post me like sharks fans. [Michael Houck]: You’re not getting dry. [Andrew Cheng]: So I’ll get over it To score that Overtime goal so that worked out well for us. [Michael Houck]: Well, do you want if you want Darnell nurse, you know, we’ll send him instead I Love him as a player, but I think he’s pretty expensive dude. He’s like so He’s like so hated like he’s like loved loved and hated by all his fans because of the deal like he signed like a huge deal and He’s just he’s like a second or third line defenseman, but he you know, what can you do? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah You’ve got King for pretty cheap, right? [Michael Houck]: So that worked out Yeah, I mean after he sort of you know had his whole situation. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah But Yeah. [Michael Houck]: He seems, he seems to be enjoying his time up North. [Andrew Cheng]: So that’s all right. What’s that? Sorry. You get up there for a game at the new stadium? [Michael Houck]: No. So I, I want to, I almost went for, um, one of the games during the cup final last year. Uh, I forget why I didn’t, I like even booked an Airbnb, but I forget why I ended up not going. Um, but I might go, uh, if they make it, make it this year. Um, yeah, I don’t know if the series of Vegas goes seven, I might drive down to Vegas for, for that, but I don’t think it will. I think they’re going to close it out tonight. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: So we’re all out here. [Michael Houck]: We’ll try to take care of them for you, but, um, no, I want to fly up for, for, uh, one of the games in the next, you know, two rounds. It’d just be a magical experience. [Andrew Cheng]: I mean, they have such an amazing thing at base. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, it’d be nuts. So yeah, we’ll see. You might see me with a Canadian skyline and heading to Banff National Park afterwards or something in a couple of weeks. OK, cool, man. Well, let me know if anything else comes up. Otherwise, we’ll chat Friday. But yeah, I’m pumped. It seems like everything’s rolling pretty smoothly. So, all seems good from my POV. [Andrew Cheng]: Feeling good about it. [Michael Houck]: Cool. All right, dude. [Michael Houck]: Thank you. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: See ya.
