[Samantha Gamboa]: It is crazy right now. Hi Ty. Hello, hello, how are you? [Ty Aravazhi]: Doing well, how are you? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Doing pretty well. [Samantha Gamboa]: I was just saying, end of month is so crazy over here. [Samantha Gamboa]: How’s it going for y’all? Sorry, I just dropped. [Ty Aravazhi]: End of month is actually going pretty well. We are, I mean, I don’t wanna like get into everything, but we’re starting the new batch cadence and that seems to be going pretty well. [Samantha Gamboa]: Yeah, it feels that way too. Hi, Hawk. You’re muted. Hey, how you doing? Doing well, how are you? I’m good. I’m jet lagged like crazy. [Michael Houck]: Where from this time? [Samantha Gamboa]: You’re always somewhere new. [Samantha Gamboa]: I’m in Honolulu. What? That’s so cool. I feel like you can’t complain about that. [Michael Houck]: I can complain. [Michael Houck]: It might not be justified, but I can do it. [Samantha Gamboa]: Well, I’ll just like hate you a like my life is so hard here in Hawaii. Yeah, I’m just here for a wedding. [Michael Houck]: So it’s quick trip. We back in a week. [Samantha Gamboa]: Where’s back to I think last time were you in Charleston? [Michael Houck]: Is that I was and next time I will be in Utah. [Samantha Gamboa]: What is your home base? Do you have a home base or now you just live on Airbnbs? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, for from December till probably July, I will be doing like a six month Airbnb situation. Oh, wow. [Samantha Gamboa]: That’s awesome, but like so chaotic at the same time. Do you have any pets or anything? No, no pets. [Michael Houck]: But it is definitely chaotic. I’m at the point where I’m like, it would be nice to just have a little home base for a little while. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: You know what I mean? [Daniel Cifuentes]: Hi, Daniel. Hi, everyone. Sorry, I got late. I was in another call. No, it’s really fine. Antonia and Kali will not be able to be here, so I’ll be the one. [Samantha Gamboa]: I think there’s everyone, actually. Ty, if I can pick on you to start, since I just saw your updates, I think that’s probably a good place to start. [Ty Aravazhi]: Yeah. I mean, pretty much going off of that. So as far as our content team, we have submitted all the pieces for April. All together, we’ve submitted them to compliance now and just waiting on compliance approval on those. And then once everything’s good there, we will upload them to the website. I think I mentioned, ideally, I’d like to get them up by the end of this week, by Friday, but hopefully at the latest by the middle of next week. So Wednesday next week, yeah. And then from there, we’ve already assigned all the May assignments. To our team and we are looking to have those all completely done on our side internally by May 19th and then submit or sorry have it submitted to you by May 21st for SEO optimization and marketing review and then from there go through compliance and then hopefully everything is done and published by May 30th. [Samantha Gamboa]: Awesome and then just whenever you have that back obviously you’ll give it to Daniel on their team at PDM to optimize comeback compliance. Whenever you get those posted and then the ones this month as well, just make sure you tag Jacob because we’re hoping to double dip and get those content posted across socials as well. I know Noel was asking about that the other day. Daniel, how did that process go on your end of the optimization? It seemed like it went pretty well just from observing. [Daniel Cifuentes]: Yeah, definitely. [Daniel Cifuentes]: One big batch of content. It’s it’s perfect for us and I think it’s better for you to get once everything. [Ty Aravazhi]: Yeah, so like, that would be different next month. It’s so because we kind of switched to the new process in the middle. So next month, it would just be four piece or three pieces instead of two. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: But yeah, yeah. [Samantha Gamboa]: Daniel, as far as things on PDM side go, we have April internal linking recommendations done. And then I know that we owe you going back on the content audit. I have recommendations from Noel on who should be the author for those long form content pieces. And I’m going to get with David this actually after this call to talk through going back and assigning those author attributions to previous content so we can start developing like bylines for each of those people. What else is left on schema checklist and on the content audit. I want to make sure you’re getting everything from David, and David has so much on his plate, but I want to make sure things are moving along. [Daniel Cifuentes]: I think it’s pretty much covered, but let me double check on that status. [Samantha Gamboa]: I can also, I can write a message to Kali and check with her if that’s easier. [Daniel Cifuentes]: Yeah, I’ll double check as well, but that will be helpful too. Thanks. [Samantha Gamboa]: From her last post on the 23rd, I think David has done the March content optimizations, the April internal linking. He said he sees in all the schema updates. I don’t think that’s fully done, actually, but I’m going to check with him this next call. And then I know we haven’t done anything for those bylines. So that is something that we’re going to do on this upcoming call with him. And then just for your knowledge, he is going through and updating the whole site. So all of that copy that you guys provided us for the content optimizations across the site, he’s incorporated most of those. It’s either scheduled on the back end or in a Figma build that we’re going through in this next call. Hopefully we’ll have all of those done like mid-May and we’ll have the new site live then, but obviously depends how fast that can get cleared through compliance. I just had to resubmit something else this morning to Mark. Perfect, perfect, perfect. Okay, Megaphone, how are things going on y’all’s end? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Ben, you wanna take it? [Ben Ornstein]: Yeah, sure. [Ben Ornstein]: Feeling good in terms of process, definitely on top of, we’re now posting officially for both Augment on X and LinkedIn, as well as Noel’s, X, Noel’s, X and LinkedIn. So, yeah, in terms of process, feeling good. In terms of goal tracking, And we, last time on the call, we had two separate goals, more of like a shorter term goal and one a little bit longer term. In terms of tracking, we are actually on ahead of pace in terms of posting frequency. And that’s just because there’s been more like timely posts that have gone out that Noel’s wanted to move forward with. And then the other metrics we’re kind of tracking are replies, impressions, engagements, and followers, specifically for Noel’s account right now. And we’re almost on pace on the replies and engagement side, whereas the impressions and followers are lagging a little bit. And so we’re going to have to pick up the pace on that side. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, Sam, I think what we’re seeing the new strategy of moving towards the more meme-y voice is having higher spikes, which is, I think, what we saw initially. But since then, on average, it’s actually performing slightly worse so far than what we were doing before, focusing on industry and insights and investment-related stuff. So too late, I think, changed course. But just flagging that, that so far, we’re not seeing the lift there. Actually performing on average a little bit worse. But that’s also to be expected with a strategy like this, because it is Mimi, some of them are going to hit, some of them are going to not. So not a cause for concern, because we are expecting to see more of those spikes, but they’re just more unpredictable. [Samantha Gamboa]: One thing I want to flag, just because I do try and go through, especially as you’re reading it, I saw your message on Monday about the LinkedIn post impressions followers and whatnot. Would you mind updating the link on that? It goes current to Tim Draper content performance. That’s not what it should be. [Ben Ornstein]: Yeah, I’ll fix that. [Samantha Gamboa]: And then just put me that one for I actually think I should be able to get to it for my tracker if I have that link. I’m not worried if it’s not, you know, totally performing what you’re saying. How great now at the moment, as long as we start seeing traction, what point would you say you want to pivot at? [Michael Houck]: We set the strategy for the quarter. Ideally, give it the quarter. So if there’s urgency that we don’t have context on, just let me know. We can chat one-on-one about that. But my thinking would be, let’s give it the quarter to see how many of those spikes we get and see what the net total is from that point. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Awesome. [Samantha Gamboa]: I haven’t done it yet, but we’ll also be doing a little bit of visual reporting to Nolan, me and James to meet with him. And we will do that at the end of the month when we do our monthly reporting on our accounts internally. So I’ll kind of take a look at that. But like you said, I’m not super worried at the moment, but I appreciate you flagging that. And then that same thread, bump me that reporting, that way I can have that to build on with ours, even though it should pull the same stuff. But just to have that. How do you feel about the corporate account so far? I know that’s kind of what was Is it manageable? Are you guys happy doing both? Yeah, no, no complaints. [Michael Houck]: We’ll have more specific projections for that at the next call, which I think will be a full month since we took over. So yeah. Awesome. [Samantha Gamboa]: And then only other thing, and I kind of mentioned this already. I know you were kind of saying in Slack, do you have capacity to be doing the manual and blog adding this? Hopefully it’s like one a week. Obviously, we’re going to post all of them at the end of the month, kind of how Ty was explaining, and then you can kind of just sprinkle them throughout. And then that is that more educational, institutional content. And they don’t have to go to the same place. Like if you want to share some of the blogs from corporate, some blogs from Knoll, if Knoll’s the buy line on it, or obviously the manual probably should be the corporate account. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I agree with that. Let’s sync later to figure out the plan there and strategy, accounts and updated frequency and things like that. [Samantha Gamboa]: What do you mean sync later? [Michael Houck]: Yeah I need to go through and see like all right we have this coming in from here this coming in from here we have that thread going talking about scope on the the video and live stream stuff so I think let’s just bring all that kind of together into one conversation and yeah just let me know I think I have a reply out to you on that so no urgency there on our side but would like to figure out the whole kind of holistic urgency is on null side. [Samantha Gamboa]: So I just want to know if I need to be writing this post for the ones that hopefully we’re going to have four go up this week is what I was saying. So hopefully we get one of those out next week and then kind of sprinkle them throughout. I can do that. I just don’t want to step on your toes. [Michael Houck]: No, we’re happy to. [Michael Houck]: I mean, you guys have context that Jacob is out for the next like week and a half to two weeks with paternity, right? [Samantha Gamboa]: No, I did not know that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Michael Houck]: He should have let you know that. Um, yeah, so he’s having a baby within the next 24 hours. Uh, and so he will be, he’ll be, he’ll be out. And so the more timely stuff will be tougher for us to get to, uh, until he’s back. But, um, if it’s just like simple one-liners or something like that, linking to somewhere, we can easily do that in the meantime. [Samantha Gamboa]: That should be, yeah, it should be just like that. Just, you know, make sure you read our manual on XYZ. Um, and those are all going to get dropped in the they’re already in the status tracker But when they’re published ty’s gonna tag, I guess not jacob. So who should he tag on friday when this goes live then? Yeah, you should take them. Okay Sounds good. Um anything else from anyone? [Ty Aravazhi]: Thanks for updating that link ben I’m in here now Actually, I have a quick question as far as uploading the um articles when they’re ready from compliance. Should we do all of them at once or do you prefer like a staggered schedule or anything like that? [Ty Aravazhi]: My answer is going to be kind of a non-answer. [Samantha Gamboa]: I need to check with David on that because he has so many things staged on the back end of Webflow. I don’t want you like going to publish something and accidentally putting something that’s like pending in compliance live. So I’m gonna either see if he can get everything to a point where it can be be pushed live whenever you need to get those live, or if he wants you just putting all of those as a staged, and then he’ll publish them. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’m meeting with him right after this, so I’ll check on that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Perfect. [Samantha Gamboa]: Good question. Anything else? OK. Daniel, I’ll write a little message, recap, and tag you. And Kali as well, and go over that. Otherwise, I feel like things are running a lot smoother now. It feels good. The only thing Noel flagged for us this week, and he always has something, said, don’t take that to mean anything, just because that’s Noel, was he wants to make sure we’re sharing the long-form content on socials, but that was the only thing he really said. So it’s good. Okay. Thank you, everybody. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I appreciate it. Thank you guys.
