[Michael Houck]: I mean, I like read. That’s my, that’s my pick. [Samantha Gamboa]: But, you know, other than that, it’s pretty shareable, the read one. [Michael Houck]: So if anyone wants a link, I just take that and share it with them. Yeah, that’s a fun one too. Jacob, what’s your preference towards one or the other? [Samantha Gamboa]: I mean, I don’t know. I don’t know. [Jacob Shipley]: Um, once you, I just stick with it. Just, uh, just, uh, just they hooked you and then, uh, yeah. [Michael Houck]: That’s how they get you. [Samantha Gamboa]: I think we’re, we’re just waiting on Noel. [Michael Houck]: So we’ll give him a minute or two. Um, And, oh, Sammy, you probably had a ton of messages when you got back, but for the next call that we’re doing in a little bit, did you have anything else from us, like, you know, standard stuff like followers, impressions, engagement goals, anything else that we should be including? No, I think that’s pretty standard. [Samantha Gamboa]: I know Noel in particular, what we’re going to be doing on our end, since we have tools, is he was super excited that his post was like the best performing last month. So we’re going to be tracking Noel’s content versus the content, just to see how that goes on our end. And I do like to see everything visually, so since we already have an agency tool preference, we’ll just do it on our end, since I’m the one that has to report to Null anyways. I don’t want to make you guys get another tool. So that’s something he’s really interested in seeing. Follower growth is important to him. He does want to do that founder thing of like build his own following, so that’s really important on his end. Company-wise, I know you guys don’t don’t want to set any metrics. I’ll kind of have some that I’ll be looking at just how we do for our clients that we didn’t run socials for a little bit, but interested to see what you guys think after that first month. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: And we’ll run from there. [Michael Houck]: Okay, sounds good. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, we can. We’ll have goals for the company one just not for the first month because there’s no baseline. [Samantha Gamboa]: So well, I totally get that you don’t have to go month over month, but like just kind of seeing what you’re keeping an is what I kind of want to know. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I mean, pretty much probably the same things you guys are all the standard stuff. So if there’s specific things that you think might not be within the scope of what we’re looking at, just flag it to me, and I’ll make sure that we’re tracking it as well. And we also we will have the charts in that Google Sheet also set up for you guys. Usually we don’t do it right away, because it’s just like a couple rows of data. And like, what’s the point of a chart if there’s just a couple data, so we’ll add it in for Knowles account because we have enough for him. And yeah, go from there. Awesome. [Samantha Gamboa]: Yeah, no, I’ll still do that visual report since that’s what we do for our clients and ultimately augments one of our clients as well. And I want to make sure I have that visual report. And that’s what we have been doing previously. It also allows us to that campaign basis comparison between megaphone content to NOLS content. I know that’s something he asked me to be reporting on. So I’ll use reporting to steer my reporting, but overall, we’ll just plug it into the account directly for us. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sure. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Sounds good. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Hey, guys. I have got Noel and Jack here physically. I don’t know if it’s going to… [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I don’t know how we’re going to all fit. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: We’ll just be here. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: We’re here. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: We’re here. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: We’re here. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: We’re ready. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sweet. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: What’s up, man? [Michael Houck]: How you doing? [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: How’s it going? I’m doing good. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Just had a little vibe coding session. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: My designer was complaining that I couldn’t figure out how to build something. So I was like, I’m going to vibe code this in five minutes for you if I can do this. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: That’s not good for you. [Michael Houck]: I feel like a lot of folks are feeling that way right now. Like, oh, man. Any problem, it’s like, if this can be taken care of in five seconds by AI, that’s an issue. Me yeah um okay well cool jacob I’ll turn it over to you um I think you know we don’t need to do the formal uh kick off like we would for a new client I was like everything but I think you and I’ll just jam on um on direction here sweet yeah I mean I I would love to just get your thoughts too on um how do you foresee the voice kind of changing between personal brand and company account. [Jacob Shipley]: I know we’ve been testing some more. I think Halk referred to it as the unhinged null on personal brand, which I think has been obviously super effective. [Jacob Shipley]: But yeah, we’d love your two cents on that. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Any initial gut thoughts? [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: I think unhinged dogma would be pretty sweet. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, cool. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Maybe not unhinged, but like, you know, a little bit out there. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: I think Augment should be like the most playful, um, like brand in this space. Um, maybe like Augment is a little bit more playful and the Knowles channels can actually be like, I don’t know, like have a hot take, I guess. It’s kind of like a different how I might think about it. I don’t think I should have exact invoice, but we definitely want to stand out with the corporate accounts. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, I think it’s good with a combination of the data stuff too. Or maybe I should be posting some data stuff, because like Power 20, we’ll have a lot of cool graphs and insights and stuff. That’s maybe a little bit more professional, but is it weird to mix the professional and the playful, or not? [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: personality I think we can be the people that make it kind of fun and interesting you know um that would be my thought um I guess it is hard like for there to be a clear difference between noel’s voice and the company voice then if they’re both that way I would think yours would still be like a little hotter a little fresher yeah meaner yeah I think mine would be fresher and meaner for sure um but I think there’s still, we should still target like a playful and playful space with the corporate gods. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: If you look at like, um, Sandhill markets on Twitter, like a year plus ago, pretty good. Um, like they were kind of like Mimi and stuff like that. Um, and then also on Twitter or X, there’s like a, isn’t there like some beach or Like that’s just like in like Wendy’s like these brands that are kind of like unhinged. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Yeah. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Like we have to be less unhinged because yeah, compliance can have an issue. But, uh, as long as it’s within those boundaries, I think we can push the limits there. Okay, cool. Yeah. [Jacob Shipley]: That helps with the voice stuff as far as like, I mean, you kind of touched on it, but like topic wise, how do you, Like what are there certain things that are like, okay, obviously like your story, your background, that’s going to stay on your personal brand, but like the, the, the business, the, like the core content, like how do you see the delineation between that? Or is there one like, or is it, you know, you and the brand account are both talking about that. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: I think both, I think that the augment brand, um, could also be a little bit more educational. So we have this like manual thing that the money marketer guys were doing. And I suggested a bunch of topics because we get questions all the time around like ISOs, options, like what happens in an IPO, all that stuff I think can be packaged pretty nicely into that. And then also you can put, you can make memes out there too. [Jacob Shipley]: Yeah, totally. [Jacob Shipley]: Have we started testing how this might work? For you. Has the batch of content we’ve submitted for the brand, has that started going out yet? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I believe so. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, it should have. [Michael Houck]: I can check in with Ben, but it should have. [Jacob Shipley]: I’m just curious if we have any initial data points on how some of the meme stuff has been going. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, we do have some posts live. It started on, looks like 4-3 last week. Um, so yeah, there’s, there’s data in the, in the tracker on those. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: I believe so. I don’t, I don’t, yeah, I don’t think that anything has been pushed so far. [Michael Houck]: Um, let me click on these links. Oh, it looks like it’s just the stuff for the web. Yeah. Yeah. And then what, there was a one about the newsletter. [Jacob Shipley]: Have we, um, the review process, I would love to get a pulse check on that too. [Jacob Shipley]: Like I’ve submitted a bunch of posts, um, for the augment, uh, brand accounts. Um, we’ll go like, have you guys had a chance to take a look at that? If so, any initial thoughts or feedback on that? [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Are those glass or compliance, you mean, Jacob? [Jacob Shipley]: Yeah, they moved over a notion. Marked as ready for review. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I can get those guides. [Jacob Shipley]: That would be helpful, too. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: I don’t think we have access, maybe. I haven’t seen I didn’t see any of those. I did see stuff around the event, but I think that was on mine. They should all be in the same place in Notion. [Michael Houck]: Some are marked for Augment, some are marked for Unil. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Okay. Oh, I see. It says Client Review there. [Jacob Shipley]: If they don’t have any name on it, then that was just Nulls. Once we started doing both, I started putting in all caps before the post go down. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Oh, interesting. Okay. No, I haven’t, I haven’t seen any of these. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Um, I’ll take a look. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: I think, um, yeah, I do. I throw a lot of like random ad hoc ideas in there. Oh, that one’s good. That one’s good. I think this is the first look. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: I think we like this. [Jacob Shipley]: Yeah. OK. I heard a laugh, so that’s usually a good sign. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, we laughed at the white lotus one. I think we should figure out the cadence thing, because I realize I’m the bottleneck a lot of this stuff. But what I’ve been doing is like every two weeks, I schedule like three hours in my calendar, just go through. But I think we do have some iterations, maybe it should be like a two day thing every two weeks, and just knock it out. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: What do you think? [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Yeah, I’m all for that. What’s the cadence you guys are on? [Michael Houck]: Is it like, we do weekly. So the idea is delivering new content each week for you guys. So I think when we started, what we were doing was trying to get voice notes every week on different questions that came up for Jacob as he was looking into topics. But I think as he’s got more comfortable handles, I feel like time has gotten spread even thinner. We’re adaptable to of what works for you guys, too. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: These memes are really good. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: It feels good to not be paying $700 a month extra for this, doesn't it? OK. [Michael Houck]: I think we should, I don't know, I think we should, we have notes on these? [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: I think we should run these. Let them go. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, I think, well, I would have some comments. But could you guys help on the augment? Yeah. Like just like a first first look. [Jacob Shipley]: Yeah, could we how could we add some other people to the board so that we can hopefully make approvals on the augment stuff a little easier. [Michael Houck]: And then everyone already has everyone already has access to the board. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Oh, sweet. Okay. Um, okay. Yeah, I think we're good. I think I should go through it first. Something like that. We just have to get out this weekly cadence. So the same problem with the blog, we have to get it down to like every Tuesday I look at the, the blog, the topic and this stuff. And then every other Thursday you look at this, you know, we have to like get it down. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Do you think that there is like a, yeah, the problem is there is like a lot of timely stuff, like the tariff stuff. Like that, like now, yeah, the means the means, in general will be like related to current events you'll want to get quicker turnaround than like a week plus on those in most cases if you if Jacob if you have like um like a particular meme that's timely just ping me directly or ping me in the channel or whatever and I can I can I mean that's probably like a two-minute thing yeah we're actually we have Jack now too who's like he's kind of acting as my chief of staff um he can also do that And he's in the tree as well, so you can approve unilaterally. OK, awesome. [Jacob Shipley]: Yeah, I'll go through that today and try to surface some of the ones that we probably want to get out sooner rather than later. I mean, maybe we can do it right now. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Like on any of these, we can. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Maybe it's not the best use of time right now, but we could do it after. Yeah, OK, OK. Yeah, some of the stuff you have to ask, you might have to just verbally ask compliance. That one is good. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Yeah. Okay. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Wow. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: That's probably fine. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Not having enough to be in. Yeah. Oh, okay. A little weird. Not having an, yeah. And then once we start kind of testing these, just like we did for Knowles personal brand, can start like kind of collecting data points. I'm like, okay, I like these get more engagement, but these are driving the most, you know, messages and conversations around business outcomes. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: And then we get more engagement. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: And then we get more engagement. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: And then we get more engagement. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: And then we get more engagement. And then we get more engagement. And then we get more engagement. [Jacob Shipley]: And then we get more engagement. And then we get and kind of start optimizing for whatever outcome is most important. Yeah. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I think when we're thinking about performance, we should consider sort of both lenses. Like if the main goal is let's just get the Augment account or Noel, your account, maximizing impressions, then we'll analyze them through that lens. If it's more so what's driving the most business, the most revenue for you guys, that's obviously a different kind of consideration. The content that does each of those might be different. So even if we're getting more impressions on, say, the memes, maybe they're leading to less revenue for you guys. I don't know. [Jacob Shipley]: Which is interesting. The company breakdowns that we were doing for a minute, I put in a lot more of those on this new batch of content, but they would get like five or seven likes. But then the feedback was like, well, those are actually driving way more conversations around leads. So yeah, I think just knowing what the highest priority is, we can kind of move towards that direction. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: I think it should be impressions. I mean, obviously, we want to make money, but I don't want to shoot for revenue and miss impressions. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: It's hard to measure the revenue piece with our current infrastructure. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Just touching as many potentially retail credit investors would be the goal right now. And then we will suck them in, And we'll remarket to them, and there'll be more and more soft ways for them to convert the webinars or the reports like the Power20 and things like that. And then we'll just draw on it. There's no way we're going to get someone from a LinkedIn post to a $50,000 investment in links that we can track. So I think it’s, you know. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I agree. I agree. That makes the most sense. So if that’s the case, the sort of unhinged augment strategy Probably doesn’t make the most of it. We’ll see performance, obviously, but that’s my intuition. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Yeah. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Let’s just get him paying. Let’s just get any attention at all, I would say. Yeah. Get him to see it, and then get him to follow. And then shame on us if we can’t eventually capitalize on that. So yeah. Cool. Yeah. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Awesome. [Jacob Shipley]: But yeah, like I said, I’ll go through and try some of those memes that are more timely and put those in our channel. And then, yeah, y’all can let us know what the best cadence is for getting some of that reviewed. I think we’ve got 22 ready for review. And then once we can get some of those moved over to approved, we can kind of schedule out for a while and kind of buy some time as we work on the next batch. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Hey, can I ask you guys, how do you work with other clients? Like what’s the cadence and like stuff that you do? Sorry, what was that last part? Like how do you work with other clients in terms of like cadence, both for company pages and for like individuals? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I mean, we run a pretty standard process across, I’d say 95% of our clients, which is, you know, on Mondays we’ll be sending over ideas for research questions if they come up. And then internally, we’re writing the content throughout the week, we deliver by say, Thursday, Friday, and then we incorporate any edits that the client has from there. And, you know, in the background, then Ben is sort of running the ops side of things, engaging with accounts. And we have a few clients who’ve sort of opted to have Blake and I help out with strategy as well. So but it’s pretty standard sort of weekly cadence that we do. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: let’s just do weekly then. Like I can block off time to do this. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Jacob Shipley]: And I still, I, I typically, I mean just try to work out as far ahead as it makes sense. Um, so that any of that evergreen content, you know, if you go out on vacation for two weeks, we’re not, you know, dying content, we’re good. So I’ll try to like, I try to, you know, honestly, if we can have like three weeks worth of evergreen content that we can just kind of pull from that’s always ideal. But then it also leaves us spots for, um, I’d say across the board, all the clients that I work with, there’s always some sort of timely element of like, you know, maybe not every week, but maybe, maybe every other week of like, Hey, this, this came up. I think we should talk about it. Um, and that gives us room to kind of plug and play with those types of topics too. If we need to do a faster turnaround, you know, we have the space for that. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, that makes a ton of sense. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Just a couple of small updates on my end. [Samantha Gamboa]: I did today let go the other memes. I was waiting till I got that final batch of memes that they owed us. So I will have more memes for you guys to utilize. Just a little maybe security on y’all’s end. I do now have access to see your content for other clients. I mean, that’s fine. I don’t know if you want that. [Michael Houck]: No, yeah. We’re having some notion issues. So yeah, we need to be noticed that this morning as well. We need to change that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK. [Samantha Gamboa]: And then the other, oh, sorry. Did anyone have anything? I thought I heard someone on mute. The other question I had, and this is more kind of a little bit for the company specific, When you guys are getting stuff for us for client review, that has not gone through compliance, right? Like looking at this, I know the company is going to be much tighter and Mark and I are always a little bit at war. I love him, but I hate him at the same time because why is he always got to be so strict with me? [Samantha Gamboa]: You and I share that feeling. [Samantha Gamboa]: Yeah, I love the guy, but I hate him so much. [Michael Houck]: So client review, like this is not yet gone to compliance for the company I think we do we want to see something that hasn’t gone to comply I don’t know yeah I mean um that column I believe has not gone through compliance yet correct and so if you guys want it to go through compliance first before you guys spend time reviewing it that’s fine but I would imagine that we want compliance to review the final copy before it goes live I’m not sure um Oh, yeah, Jameson. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: If we, for example, we only get two of these memes through, right? Like, then we have to maybe rethink the process for talking to compliance sooner. But let’s, I don’t know, let’s see what happens with this batch. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Did he give you? Because they sent a while ago, they sent me like a two pager of like, what you can and can’t do. And I think you should pass that off to them if because then they’ll they’ll know, like, For example, you can’t make, what’s the word? Exaggeratory statements or something like that. I have never actually seen this in a formal format. Is there an actual template? I’ll get that from Mark, and then I’ll pass it over to Megaphone, because I think that would be helpful. [Samantha Gamboa]: We should make a coaching page if there’s not one. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: It’s like, I’ve seen Slack threads of bullet points, but like, yeah, we should get it down. I think like all none of these are like, so that I like, yeah, courageous. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Let’s push compliance to like, put out a formal thing. [Samantha Gamboa]: I can already tell you he’s not gonna like the Trump one just because it’s a little I don’t know. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Knowing Mark covered this one. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: No one goes I think the note that we’ve been doing for the personal brand. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Mark’s going to say no to that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: This is a great time. If we if we did that I think Yeah, or you just like a little just have a disclosure right there it’s like this is a joke I’ve lost access to the content. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: I just was looking at it now. [Samantha Gamboa]: It says request access. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I just removed your access We’re gonna remove everyone and read them in a different way, but I want Jameson and all because they’re actively reviewing stuff right now I don’t know, we might get that through with some. [Jacob Shipley]: For the personal brand, what we’ve been doing in the past is only sending it to compliance. If we feel like it’s on the line, not even on the line, but just if it’s under a topic area, like Knowles backstory, like, well, compliance that didn’t need to go through compliance. Um, so maybe something similar if we feel like if, yeah, if it’s something that’s like, This obviously doesn’t need to. And I think I agree with how I think like we would want that to be the last step just so that they’re seeing the final version of what it’s going to look like in the wild. These are really good guys. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: They’re all done. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, I think we’ll get I think we’ll get you’ll get half of them through. The other ones need like a something in it. 100% will not ever see one like that. [Michael Houck]: They won’t like it. [Michael Houck]: 10% of the team Slack on, like, that’s it. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Exactly. Yeah. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: You want to go through these closely after the call? [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: Give them a chance. And then we’ll put them through. Jacob’s going to let us know if there’s anything really hot. He’s going to flag once it posts right away. Put the rest to compliance and see how it goes. And we’ll test it. You guys will get data this month on how this strategy performs, how the account performs in general. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: I think you got the idea. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: My advice is like, we have much better risk, we have much bigger risk of making the error of like not doing enough, like trying something big enough than like making the error of messing something up. Like we may rename this whole company in a few months. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 1]: Risk on right now. So it’s all go big, I think. It sounds good. [Conference Room (Jameson Pitts) - Speaker 2]: We’re pumped to get this started. [Michael Houck]: I totally agree with you guys. [Michael Houck]: The strategy is if the goal is impressions, this is the way to do it for sure. So we’ll see how it goes. [Samantha Gamboa]: Thank you both. See you in just a second. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: See you guys. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Bye-bye.
