[Samantha Gamboa]: I’m excited to catch up with everyone. [Samantha Gamboa]: You’re in Texas now, right? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I am in Texas. [Samantha Gamboa]: I just came back. [Samantha Gamboa]: I was out of office doing some hiking, but I am back in Austin. [Samantha Gamboa]: Where were you hiking? [Samantha Gamboa]: I hiked to the Green Canyon actually. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Wow. [Samantha Gamboa]: How was that? It was incredible. And I’m also so sorry. [Ty Aravazhi]: I believe it. How many days were you actually in it? [Samantha Gamboa]: So I went down, camped at Havasupai Gardens, then hiked all the way down to the bottom, then hiked back to camp, camped again, and then hiked out. So it was two nights, three days. [Samantha Gamboa]: Yeah, that’ll do it. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Samantha Gamboa]: And carrying about 40 pounds of gear on me, too. Oh, you did the whole thing. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: You’re taking me back to my Boy Scout days. Oh, wow. [Samantha Gamboa]: Yeah, no, I never did like the Scout thing, actually. But my best friend that was with me as well, she was a Girl Scout. So it was like helpful to have that knowledge with us. Hello again, Mike. How are you? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Good, Sammy. [Michael Houck]: If you see I migrated between the last minute and now. [Samantha Gamboa]: I like that crown molding. It’s beautiful. [Michael Houck]: Is that your house? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: It’s nice. [Samantha Gamboa]: I’m in Charleston right now at an Airbnb. [Samantha Gamboa]: Oh, very cool. [Samantha Gamboa]: You are always on the move. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Hi, Daniel. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Hi, everyone. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: How are you? [Samantha Gamboa]: Good, good, and you? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Good. [Samantha Gamboa]: I saw Kali wasn’t able to make it. I hope everything’s okay. [Daniel Cifuentes]: She sent me a message. Yeah, she got a last-minute emergency family, so. [Samantha Gamboa]: I know. [Samantha Gamboa]: I hope everything’s okay there. We may or may not be getting James, and I think I just got a message from him. He might just be going through it. Let me see if he’s coming. [Daniel Cifuentes]: Give me one sec. I will double-check with Anthony as well. [Samantha Gamboa]: All right. [Samantha Gamboa]: He just said he’s going to hang out there. I’m going to go ahead and start without him. Sounds good. Teams here. Alrighty, um, my real only update since I’ve been out of office is that we do have a live stream live stream downloaded from this past week. We have that ready to kind of chop out and utilize that way. I know no one took a couple of stabs at it. I think he might have shared those already with Did you guys get this? How come I didn’t share those clips that he did. [Michael Houck]: He didn’t share him with me. If he shared him with Jacob, I’d have been in a DM. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’m not sure. [Daniel Cifuentes]: Sorry, Sam, do you mind if I record the call in case that… Absolutely, yeah. [Samantha Gamboa]: No, that’s okay. Really, what I want to do this call and did a little bit before this with Megaphone on a call with them is I want to really talk metrics and goals for monitoring since now. I feel like we finally have a process nailed down. Everyone’s kind of and slowly now we can talk about goals and starting sets of metrics to review. Daniel, if you don’t have this, I can always collab with Kali when she’s back. [Daniel Cifuentes]: Did you guys happen to talk any goals? Yeah, she just shared before she left something that confirmed KPI. So reporting on growth, improved target keyword rankings, increased organic traffic, new users, signups, and deposits slash revenue. That’s what she shared to me. [Samantha Gamboa]: Sorry, do you have those written down somewhere? [Daniel Cifuentes]: I heard traffic signups. Rev, what was the other ones? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Keyword. Keyword rankings, organic traffic. Let me check. [Daniel Cifuentes]: Perfect. [Samantha Gamboa]: That’s about what I’ve been tracking on my end. [Anthony Kelker]: but I want to make sure I kind of had best practices from what you guys like to track what kind of reports will that be in that same presentation style or how do you think she wants to track that if you know I know and as part of our monthly report it’ll usually be like a like a slideshow you know like a PowerPoint style format and we’ll typically typically go through all the key metrics, like the traffic, the keyword, like a keyword graph showing what keywords are in the top three, top 10, et cetera. [Samantha Gamboa]: So it’ll be more like a chart format. Awesome. OK, thanks, Anthony. And I know we missed our last meeting because we were out, but excited to collaborate and see that as well. And her update was great. OK. I know I owe you guys. I need to look at those content optimizations. I did get most of that through already. That is with market compliance. He has to go through page by page and let me know what I can and can’t say like usual. I believe Jameson is continuing to approve those final outstanding blogs. And then, or he might’ve already approved it. Nope. It looks like we owe you approval for two of those, but let me toss it over to Ty and you can tell me by what we still owe you? [Ty Aravazhi]: Well, so we have two more that are in the process, but I think we’re actually good right now. We just need to send everything to compliance. So like on your and Jameson’s front, we’re good for what’s been written. [Samantha Gamboa]: Great, and if you updated that tracker, I have not looked at it. Yeah, I’m technically still off today, but I wanted to get these calls done because I didn’t want to move you guys like the rest of my morning. Okay, what goals, probably similar to what PowerDigital is reviewing. How do you guys want to do that? Because I know you guys are kind of in the same space there, but you guys are developing the content. I wanted to kind of hear what you guys had in mind. [Ty Aravazhi]: Yeah, so that was actually an interest. So I do have some things that are more qualitative, but as far as quantitative, that’s what I wanted to kind of discuss that with you. Is there anything specific that you want us to be focusing on? Because as far as us, we’re primarily just focusing on content production as opposed to like the actual results of said content. [Samantha Gamboa]: My thought, and I know Jameson and I were kind of discussing this as well, I think since you guys are more generating and PowerDigital is really the strategy behind what they’re creating, I’m comfortable having PowerDigital be responsible for all of our long-form content because you’re generating it, but they’re optimizing it. So I think that really lends to them being the ones to report on that. Unless you guys wanted to, I mean, I wanted to kind of discuss that and see what you guys do normally, but since PowerDigital is here for that purpose, I think that might be on the balls in their court. [Ty Aravazhi]: Yeah, I think that works for us. [Anthony Kelker]: Anthony, how’s that sound for you? Sounds good. [Anthony Kelker]: Yeah, what we typically do in cases like this is that we’ll provide the strategy and the keyword research to kind of help point the direction. I mean, you know, thought leadership content is a little different, but in most cases we’re providing the strategy and showing you guys where the volume is and the search intent is, and then we can roll that into our monthly reporting. We can just report on like which particular pieces were launched, when they were launched and how they’re performing. So. Perfect. [Samantha Gamboa]: Ty, how’s that feel like it’s working for you? I’ve seen you and Kali collaborating. It looks like it’s running pretty smooth to me. Yeah, it’s going really good. [Ty Aravazhi]: So actually the one thing that I was gonna say is, so that was happening a little bit behind the scenes today was us figuring out, and this was one of my goals, was to kind of confirm a clear cadence for how things should be running. And so initially, so what we, I don’t know if you, because I was primarily communicating with Jameson, but we initially were going on a weekly cadence, so basically publish a piece a week, but we are now officially going to switch to completing all the documents together, all the articles together, submitting it all at once so that PDM can review it, SEO optimize it, then send it to you guys for marketing review. And then once that’s done, we’ll send it through compliance. So what I’m thinking as far as schedules, we get the topics from PDM and then around the third week of the month, we will have everything written, sent to PDM for our optimization, then marketing review, then compliance. And so within that last, in the fourth week, last 10 days of the month, we’ll finish everything and then it’s ready for publish. [Samantha Gamboa]: How’s that turnaround for you there, Anthony? [Anthony Kelker]: Daniel, does that sound right? [Anthony Kelker]: Yeah, so it’s completely right. [Daniel Cifuentes]: That gives us a gap so we can revise everything in a batch and share with you so you can have flexibility of publication and everything. Yep. [Samantha Gamboa]: That sounds great on our end. Just double-checking compliance is on your end, Ty? Yes. [Ty Aravazhi]: Well, yeah, we’re coordinating with compliance, but yes. Perfect. I’m happy with that. [Samantha Gamboa]: That process seems like it’s running a lot smoother and tidier. I know there was, in the beginning, a little bit with the blog publication, but I think we’ve really established that process. How are things going getting them up once you hear from compliance? You’re submitting them now, right? [Ty Aravazhi]: Yeah, no issues with Webflow. All good there. [Samantha Gamboa]: Yeah, definitely seem like that was running a lot smoother. Awesome. I’m very pleased with that. Anything else, Money Marketers World? [Ty Aravazhi]: I think we’re good. Just looking forward to, I guess, when you have the finalized style guide. [Samantha Gamboa]: Our designer is really good and also really slow. And so I’ve been writing him for that. I need to check in on that. [Ty Aravazhi]: All good. [Samantha Gamboa]: I said designer, he’s our dad, he’s not, we don’t have a designer, which we’re also in the process of hiring a designer. So he’s just like slapping into a notion page, but good reminder. All right. Last but not least, Megaphone, I know we talked a little bit about it, but if you want to share kind of the team, what your plan is. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, so we are focused on impressions first and foremost, just driving as much awareness for both null and his personal brand, but also augment and the company accounts as possible. Let’s cross both LinkedIn and X. We have, we’re going to set goals around engagements and followers as well, but the primary goal will be around impressions. And we’ll be looking at that both for, you know, next 30 days and also then through the end of Q2, we’ll have a separate call for that. So Sammy, I can send the numbers over to you right after this call. We have them already ready, but that’s our focus. And so in order to do that, we think a sort of more leaning into the strategy we were talking about a little bit on the which is a little bit more unhinged, a little bit more, I’d say, not just focused on like business cases, but just sort of the humorous side of things. And Noel sort of leaning into that for his personal brand and also for the company account. So we’re gonna do a lot of memes. We’re gonna do a lot of sort of funny and ironic posts, but within sort of the augment voice that we’ve established. [Samantha Gamboa]: Awesome. I love that. Jameson, you just hopped on. We’re moving fast through this. Just to give you a quick recap, Power Digital, since they’re doing the strategy behind long form content and is working very tightly with money marketers is going to be doing more of the reporting since they give us the topics or they gave money marketers topics, they write it then send it back for optimization. I think that’s fair to have them do the reporting on it. That’s fine with money marketers. The cadence is changing a little bit rather than doing weekly, we’ll be doing it monthly. So by the third week, they will have all of the content back to PDM who will do the optimizing, send it to us for review, then it goes to compliance and publication for the next month. So it’ll be kind of a once a month instead of weekly, which I think it will actually be a smoother process. Compliance and publication is staying under money marketers, which has been running smoothly. So I’m happy with how long form is going. And goals are going to be traffic, signups, keyword things, the usual, what we’d expect, and they’re going to be sharing that in our monthly call all with PDM. Did I miss anything, Anthony or Daniel on the PDM side? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: No, sounds good. [Samantha Gamboa]: I’m happy with that, Jameson. [Anthony Kelker]: If you are, any questions? [Anthony Kelker]: I had a quick question. In the team chat, Ty, you mentioned something about Ned wants new content to start being produced. [Anthony Kelker]: Looking for that thread. [Samantha Gamboa]: Noel mentioned wanting new badge of manual future planning. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yes. OK. [Anthony Kelker]: And do we know roughly what sort of cadence how many of these articles and what’s going to be needed from power digital there. [Jameson Pitts]: Is it kind of the same or. Yeah. I would say I’d look to y’all’s recommendation and then kind of I think right now we kind of like have a bandwidth of I think we get three topics from Power Digital Month right now. And then I think we get weekly content from money marketers. I’m not sure exactly what those agreements are. But basically, Anthony, if there’s a case to go two things, I want to check. I don’t want to change our SEO strategy, even on Noel’s whim, right? Like, I want to check those keywords. And like, make sure that we there’s fruit to win. Like if we put we spend time writing all of that. And if so, or if not, both ways are interesting. Like, think about the resourcing. Like, either case might be a reason to, like, try and get more resources to do more topics and more content. And then the specific case is, like, we have two properties. We have the blog, which is just a normal corporate blog. And then we have this thing called the manual. It’s just like the educational center. Um, you know, we could, there could be a reason that we should go build out a whole new, like investor resources, tax question, right? Like you put the qualified small business and 83 B and like, he’s like common tax questions and stuff. So it could be a reason to like build up content based on like strategy from power digital, and then have the money marketers team writing all that content. Um, and maybe we need to like set up a separate project, right? Like basically it think about the resources that so it doesn’t change our core strategy of winning the, you know, best and how to invest and you know, like the keywords that we’re going after right now. So yeah, so I would say, short version of that would be like, do you guys think those keywords are worth it? And then if so, how do you rate them against the current strategy? And if we rate it good, like how do we rate a good rate of well against the current strategy? How do we get the resources to do all this stuff or schedule it out? [Samantha Gamboa]: to deal with all that yeah got it all right thanks that helped um I also just kind of want to say across the board noel gets a wild hair in his head and will send messages about content just you’ll see them just run across all the channels I’m sure you’ve all experienced this if you ever like hey I already wrote my blogs for the month they’re like no I don’t want to write that like you can always say that back to him or flag it to me and jameson like that’s our job They tell Noel no every single day and he’s like, okay, I pay you to tell me no, that’s fine, whatever. So I don’t want you guys to feel too much pressure in that sense. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Samantha Gamboa]: Sorry to cut you off there, Hawk. When Jameson jumped in, I wanted to loop him in. Fully agree on the strategy. I like the tone. I think some of the chaos and unhinged is what Noel really likes and what he thinks has been performing best. You’re talking about sending me those numbers at the end. Sorry, continue where you were. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I mean, we pretty much pretty much wrapped up, I can send over, it’s already in our tracker, but I can send over, you know, we think, you know, even before we were going to pivot to this, this new strategy, we thought, at least at least 100k impressions over the next couple weeks, and a goal of 250k by the end of the quarter, I think with this new strategy, those are probably conservative, is my guess, conservative, I’m not sure, we’ll out over the next couple weeks. [Samantha Gamboa]: Exciting. I love it. Okay. Jameson, anything to add? [Samantha Gamboa]: That being said, I think, does everyone feel like we’ve got a good process? [Samantha Gamboa]: There’s a good flow happening? I know for a while it felt very chaotic. I’m going to keep these bi-weekly check-ins. I think they’re helpful just to have a team-based check-in. Looking forward to getting those goals across And I’ll look at those numbers and figures a little bit more tightly. Do I owe anyone anything? It looks like jameson did approve that last blog socials We already talked we’ll sit down with noel get those done today um a quick quick update I was just kind of going over a process there with jack and noel before I hopped on this. [Jameson Pitts]: So, um, Ben, I think relevant to you like it should be some approvals of that content, uh coming through that notion page and then maybe a few notes for Jacob on a couple of the compliancy things like that back. So hopefully in the next hour or something, that queue is cleared up. [Michael Houck]: Well, Jameson, give us a heads up in the social channel when that’s ready. And then we’ll go in and take a look and also then fix up the access in Notion. Because I don’t want to remove that for you guys and change it up while you’re going through everything. Actually, Jack needs access. [Jameson Pitts]: He’s going to do the kind of like first line by line on those. So if you can add him. [Michael Houck]: Yes. Okay. I’ll add him. [Jameson Pitts]: Just to make sure it’s not Jackson. No, it’s Jack. [Samantha Gamboa]: The other thing that I owe you guys that I just realized existed, and I’ll get with Mark on this, is apparently there’s a one pager, two pager on the compliance don’t say this, you can say that. I’ve not seen that, but I will go chase Mark and see what I can get from him. [Samantha Gamboa]: Sam, I love how much the compliance process. [Samantha Gamboa]: And he’s like the nicest person, but every time I ask him anything, he’s like, no, you can’t do that. You can’t do that. I’m like, chaotic. Let us be more tech. And so, you know, it’s his job to say no to me. And it’s my job to say no to him. Know to know. So no also does this to me. He’s like, I don’t like asking you things. I’m like, Yeah, don’t ask me for things. So it’s always someone’s job to say no, you know. Alrighty, well, short and sweet here. Let me know if you have anything else. Otherwise, I’m still playing ketchup. So if I haven’t responded to you on something, I will get back to you. And I appreciate all for the goals. I’m very excited. I feel like we’re finally cooking. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, same here. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Awesome. Thanks, y’all.
