[Rafael Bruno]: Hey, Hulk. [Michael Houck]: Yo, what’s up, Rafael? [Rafael Bruno]: I think I’m good. I’m about to be to be bad, I think, in a few weeks, but I’m good for now. [Michael Houck]: It’s very mysterious. [Rafael Bruno]: Apparently, when I’m so hungry, so hungry that when I’m about to eat, I chew myself. And this is because of, yes, when I eat, Some of my teeth, I chew myself, like I bite myself on my inner cheeks. So I went to the dentist and she said that this is probably because of my wisdom teeth. So I will have to remove those. So I’m about to be bad for a while. I won’t be able to eat. I’ll have to eat like drinks. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I got my wisdom teeth out at one point. I forget exactly when it was. And it sucked. I was like drooling blood. Oh, man, I don’t I don’t envy you. I feel bad that that’s going to suck. [Rafael Bruno]: I’m sorry, man. This is the first procedure that I have to do. I have another procedure because my wife said that from three weeks ago, I started to snore a lot. So yeah, I had an appointment with the doctor today. And he was investigating. Apparently, I have some flesh here in my nose that it’s a little bit big, but it seems that it will be solved like with a spray. But I have to do another. I don’t know how to call this. I don’t even know name in Portuguese, but it’s a procedure where I have to go to the hospital, sleep in the hospital with wires on my brain so they can identify what is going on with me when I’m sleeping. So sleep test. You’re getting a sleep test. [Michael Houck]: Yes. Wow. I’ve never done that. That’s going to be crazy. I don’t know how you would fall asleep with things on your, on your head. I feel like it’d be really hard to fall asleep with those things on. Yeah, I’ll figure that out. Well, dang dude, good luck with all that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: That sounds crazy. [Michael Houck]: Sweet. Okay, so guys, I’m really happy because two things are happening. One, we’re really close to launch. There’s those couple final basic tier related and invite changes that I created that thread about. And then aside from that, ready for launch. And the other thing is that this sprint, we’re making like really good progress. Like I just looked at what we have completed and yeah, really nice work so far this sprint, especially since we’re only halfway through it. So if we can launch and there aren’t a crazy amount of bugs and we can complete more stuff that’s in the sprint right now, that’d be great. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’ll feel really good. [Michael Houck]: So what should we talk about or should we talk about launch first? [Rafael Bruno]: Yeah, I think we can start with that. [Michael Houck]: Okay, take us away, Rafael. Where are we at? What’s left to do? I know the stuff that I just put in the thread, but is there anything else left to do that I’m not, I don’t know? [Rafael Bruno]: Okay, so things are really well tested. There is only this issue of the amount of invites that a basic tier user can create. This will solve and fully test it. And on the referral side, I think I replied on a thread. The only part that I didn’t test was the part of paying the user. Yes, it’s one of the most important parts, but I just didn’t test that because I was not sure about the charges that would be created for you. So I checked the flow. What we need to do is when a conversion is made, the status will be pending. We need to mark that conversion to approved. And then we need to go to a payments page. And then there we can initiate the payout. Just clicking on a button. I was reading. [Michael Houck]: Just so I’m clear, just so I’m I understand. So when a Tapfiliate referral is converted, we need to manually approve the conversion in Tapfiliate and then also manually approve the individual payment for that? Yeah. Do we need to approve that payment every month or does it automatically recur once we approve it once? [Rafael Bruno]: Uh, that, I don’t know. So I think we need to approve each conversion. Right. [Michael Houck]: No, but I mean, like, you know, we’re offering I think we’re offering, what, 50 percent forever every month on conversions. So the question is, like, if we approve the conversion that first month, what about the second month and the third month? We need to approve the payment, too. [Rafael Bruno]: From what I checked there, I don’t think we need to do this. I think we just need to approve the conversion and then from there to the end, it will take care. [Michael Houck]: Okay. And then when a conversion happens, are we notifying Slack? Like are we putting a Slack notification in that, Hey, go this conversion? No, but I can create that. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay. Yeah. We can. I’m not sure about the flow. But I was thinking about just checking that at the end of the month. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: And then, nope. [Michael Houck]: I think, like, there’s nothing wrong with that, but we can just have Verena go in once a day and approve the things. [Rafael Bruno]: Like, you know, that’s easy to do. Okay. Another thing that I messaged was about on this first call, of months. I think we can do that manually to check about frauds and other possible issues. But there is a way to automate all of those two flows of approving and making the payout. Okay. I agree with you. Let’s do it manually for now. [Michael Houck]: Reena can do it. We can sort of double check if we need to, but she can manage it. And then maybe we have some rules around the automation, but we can set up an automation at some point later this quarter. Okay, I’ll add a backlog ticket to that. Okay. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Add to backlog, cool. [Michael Houck]: Okay, so is that the only other, thing then besides the basic tier and invite stuff? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yes. Awesome. [Michael Houck]: Sid, Mehul, anything on your guys’ side? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Or are we good? [sid]: We’re good on the inner circle. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. Okay. Sweet. [Michael Houck]: So in that case, then let me know where we get to today, Rafael. And then Mehul, instead when you guys wake up, we can see. Basically, Rafael, when you sign off today, let me know where we get to. And if you think we can launch tonight. If you think we can’t launch tonight, we’re gonna launch tomorrow night. That’s totally fine. Doesn’t matter. So just let me know where where you think we’re at. My guess is that since I’m not going to be able to get you guys copy for the changes, until like after my meetings today, we probably won’t launch until And so that’s fine. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sweet. Okay. [Michael Houck]: So if that’s all for the launch, then we can hop into other sprint stuff. So let me share my screen here. Okay. So let’s see. Oh, Rafael, I had a question for you about this one. Permissions are paid out to users. I guess we’ve just answered this so I can I can update this and complete this one. Okay, so let’s go person by person. Rafael, you can start. [Rafael Bruno]: So basically, if everything goes well on this spring, on this week, and we do not have a huge amount of bugs to fix, I will be able to finish, I would say, 70 to 80% of those items. I don’t know which items are easier or harder than others to do. I will see that in this week. So I’m not able to transfer them to the next sprint right now, but I know that I won’t be able to complete all of them. [Michael Houck]: Okay, that’s fine. Just get to where you can. And obviously, we expect there to be some bugs in any launch. So I’d imagine we won’t actually get done 70%, 80%. But if we do, that’s great. The one thing is I’d like to make sure we get done these two bugs, 580, which might not even still be a bug, and 1189, just so that we can knock these out. [Rafael Bruno]: And then as much as you can get done on campaigns beyond that. OK. About the 580, this a bug that it’s on the model. I know where the issue is. I think I have a way to fix that. But it would create, I don’t know about the charges, but it could create some charges, because it would involve moving the the model from Vercel to to to Amazon. So we would put that into a Lambda function there, where I would have more control on the environment. [Michael Houck]: Would that be, because I don’t know cost wise, whether Amazon would be cheaper for this or Vercel. Do you have a strong preference there? Yeah. [Rafael Bruno]: On Vercel, we do not pay. We would be paying for something on because it’s, how can I put it? It’s a one function that we have on Vercel that is executed and it’s free for us. But if we put that on Amazon, we will be paying, but I would have to check the costs. Oh, I see what you meant by charges. [Michael Houck]: I thought you meant charges to users, not charges to us. Oh, no, no, yeah. Yeah, just to the AWS account. Okay, got it. Two other questions about this. One is, what is the size? We don’t have an estimate on here. And two would be, what is the actual bug? [Rafael Bruno]: What’s happening wrong on Vercel? The bug there, there is two bugs. One bug that involves the algorithm that I created and that I cannot find the bug. It’s an algorithm that uses a technique of a field called operations research. And I tried reading and thinking about and I cannot find the issue on the model that I created. So what I did was on the back end, when that error when the budget is extrapolated, I throw an error so the budget the the broadcast will not be shared. So we will not extrapolate the budget of the user. That happens like, it’s hard to tell, but I think it’s happening like with a very low frequency. I don’t see that bug appearing that much. So it’s treated, but it’s not solved. [Michael Houck]: Got it. I used to do operations research at Uber. So Maybe we should just jam on this and see if we can find a solution to the bug. I’m not gonna have time this week to do that, but maybe that’s the logical next step here. So let me actually move this. I know I said I didn’t want to, but let me actually move this to the next sprint, and then you and I can hop on a call like next week or something and see if we can find a solution. Okay, so this one, we’re good on this one, 1189. [Rafael Bruno]: Could you please open that? [Rizwan Hameed]: Okay, this one, I’ll check it out. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, cool. [Michael Houck]: Sid, since we’ve got so much inner circle stuff going on, what else is on your plate here for this week? [sid]: Yeah, so for me, one, one is the inner circle thing, the W131, which is post launch thing. And until then I have some other tickets like most of them are done. So if you scroll to the done section, the sprint, like on the sprint, I completed a few tickets for Stripe and other targeting filters and few of those things. And now I’ll be taking us I have those three tickets in two to 1, 2, 0, 1, double 1, double 7, and 3, double 2. So double 1, double 7 is blocked on the RISC-I. 1, 2, 0, 1, I am checking with Rafael. Basically, we just need to see if Stripe can provide that. [Rafael Bruno]: So next, I’m looking to- Can I just say one thing here? We need to discuss with Hawk about the task to remove the payout account from Stripe. If we remove the account, we will lose the history of payment. Do we really need to do that, Alk? [Michael Houck]: Wait, sorry. We lose the history of payment if we do what? [Rafael Bruno]: Let’s take… I think it’s Elena Goldman. I think that’s her name. She asked to remove her account from Stripe. But if we remove that, we lose the history of all the payouts that we did for her on that account. And I don’t think that it’s ideal because if we need to retrieve that data, we won’t have a way to get it. So the way that I thought was just removing on our side, but not on the user side. [Michael Houck]: Is that easily possible? [Rafael Bruno]: Yeah, we just need to change the user ID because we retrieve the account by the user ID. And if we erase or if we change the user ID, we don’t know how to retrieve the account. It’s just changing the metadata on the account. [Michael Houck]: Oh, got it. Yeah. I mean, that seems fine as long as that won’t create any issues for the user. Okay. Okay. Yeah, that seems fine then. [sid]: Okay. Is one thing. And second, I’m planning to start with three double two, desired post post back end thing. So, Hauk, if you have I mean, you mentioned once that there will be caster and amplifier settings coming up. So I can take up that as well. Otherwise, if that if there’s still time for that, then in the meantime, I can take up three double two. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, you can you can You can do what’s in the sprint for now. And then if we have more things come up at the end of the week, I’ll let you know. [sid]: But my guess is that there’ll be some stuff with the inner circle launch that we’ll want you to focus on too. Okay. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sure. [Rizwan Hameed]: Sounds good. So I’ll stay on track with those tickets on the board. Hey, Rizwan, do you mind? [Michael Houck]: There’s a lot of background noise. [Rizwan Hameed]: Sorry, I thought I was mute. Oh, good man. Um, no, do you want to go next? [Michael Houck]: Yeah. So for my side, I guess there’ll be a couple of changes that you had suggested. [Mehul]: So I’m going to take a look at that. And I have a finished, uh, the, this one, the content queue stuff. I just waiting for a review. I send you a video on over the chat. So if you can just review it, the entire page and do an UI, everything is done now, I need to integrate with the backend, which I was waiting for seed to create a API. I guess he already created. I need to connect with the seed, uh, in order to, uh, get the, the floor ready. So, yeah. And then probably I was thinking, uh, not to pick up new project, the existing bug, uh, small changes that we have. I’ll just focus on that to do item. And then after that, I’ll pick something, uh, uh, other, uh, in Integrating the content. I guess integrating content you might take a bit because it has need to do do a bit a lot, but you can rearrange the to do. I’ll pick up one by one. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, integrate content key would be the probably highest priority thing after the after the things I flagged in Slack today and I’ll create a ticket for the things in Slack too. So there’ll be there’ll be in here after that. Yeah, going through the other small things that are here. This sprint sounds good and then just for context for you guys. So next sprint, you know, we should have this will be done because Ben’s finishing this. This will just need to test after it’s integrated. And then Rafael will be working on this. So my guess is that the next thing that you should do is take on the front end tasks in here. Okay. And add any more that need to be added to. But yeah, I would say focus on campaigns next. And then Sorry, go ahead. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: Okay, sure. Okay. And then Sid, for you, I think we might do some more stuff in the backlog because I’ve actually really enjoyed getting some of that stuff finally done. [sid]: Same for me. I also like completing the tickets because I was looking at the tickets that were created like a year ago, six months ago. I was like, I know. [Michael Houck]: But we do want to move things forward too. I think I’ll also probably assign you the integrated settings page as the next thing. There might be some other smaller things down here that I actually build out more and get designs for, but we don’t have designs for them today. So the one thing we do have designs for is the settings page. So we’ll probably just, Mehul already did a decent amount of the front end work for this, so there’s just back end work left for the most part. There might be some changes that we add, but my guess is that you’ll take these on in February as the next sprint while Rafael and Mehul are finishing up campaigns. Yeah, sure. Sounds good. Okay. And then Rizwan, what’s going on on your plate right now? [Rizwan Hameed]: Yeah, so the ticket which was about to share the LinkedIn accounts between different bots, I moved that to John because I haven’t received any accounts so far. So and other than that, the topic using multiple topics script is also deployed and in working condition. So I’ll just move it to done within a few days as well. Just like you know, when you’re doing this stuff, if there’s anything crashing or not. And other than that, I have started working on this small changes on the payload of the account events. Once that’s done, then I’ll move back to the 1118 to improve the post-engagement flow, if there are anything like points that I have discussed with you, so hopefully we’ll be implementing those changes. So these are the two things which I have right now. [Michael Houck]: Okay, I’m going to move these two to next sprint because if you have free time this week beyond these final tests up here, I want you to use it for what we were DMing about earlier this morning, the research on the research on the email enrichment and connection to Twitter. So that’s a priority. So I’m going to move these things to next sprint. Sure thing. [Rizwan Hameed]: And if it’s possible, can you also add up the task for it, the details? Oh, yeah. Sure, sure, sure. I already have this pending one. [Michael Houck]: But yes, let me make a note to add a task for that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. Cool. Thank you guys. [Michael Houck]: I think we’re, I think we’re trending really well this sprint. Let’s keep it going for context. I’m also doing the Craigslist thing. So that’s in progress now. Hopefully we get some clarity on that, uh, before next week. Um, and so we can start adding new accounts and replacing account defy soon. If it works, we’ll find out if it works. And I don’t know if it’s going to. [Rafael Bruno]: One question about that. How many accounts are you planning to buy from those people? As many as you guys need. [Michael Houck]: I wanna start with a test of just like one or two, just so we don’t overspend and see if there’s any issues or if people get upset or something. But when it comes to it, we wanna replace all the Accountify accounts with our own. [Rafael Bruno]: So, yeah. Okay. We probably need more accounts than bots that we have. Because sometimes, Rizwan, I think Rizwan can explain that better, sometimes some accounts are blocked by LinkedIn. So we need to have backups. Yeah, we would basically have as many as we need. [Michael Houck]: So you guys would just tell me, hey, we need this many to feel comfortable, have redundancy, and then I just… [Rizwan Hameed]: Yeah, I just wanted to the point. Yeah, please. [Michael Houck]: I was gonna say, we’ll want to test with one or two first, because I don’t want to spend like $1,000 on something if it doesn’t work. [Rizwan Hameed]: So we’ll test with one or two first. Yeah, I was about to say the same thing, because I’m expecting a huge like, you know, there’s a high probability. So those accounts will be blocked. Because, you know, we will we have the machine machine I IPs, and then those accounts are logged in on the user side from a different IP as well. So just expecting maybe we can face a quicker restriction from the LinkedIn. But again, going with the one or two can give us a better idea about this, how much we can go with this. Yeah. [Michael Houck]: I mean, the more we can solve that IP issue, the better. But let’s solve that problem when the time comes. I just want to get one or two in there before we can figure it out. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. Okay, guys. [Michael Houck]: So let’s just keep it rolling for this sprint. Big thing is the launch blockers for basic tier and inner circle, which I posted in the channel. I will get you guys copy for that at the end of my meetings this afternoon. And then hopefully we can launch that tomorrow. So, or I guess it would be, I guess it would technically be Wednesday for most of you guys. Guys, but for me and Rafael, it’ll be tomorrow night. So yeah, I’m feeling good. Nice work, guys. [sid]: Very excited for the launch. Finally. Yeah, I know. [Michael Houck]: This has been your labor for so long. I’m very excited for you to get it out there. [Rizwan Hameed]: And just as a heads up, as I already mentioned, I’ll be traveling, traveling as well. So we will be too much delays in the replies as well. So. [Rafael Bruno]: Oh, yeah. All good. [Michael Houck]: No worries. When we launch, let’s just, you know, we should expect bugs. We’ll need to monitor very closely. I’ll try to be very available. I don’t have a lot of stuff on my calendar for Wednesday and Thursday. I’ll be available to help debug things. But I guess we’ve done a lot of testing for this. So I feel I feel pretty confident overall. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah, sure. [sid]: And even if anything comes up, I’ll be there. I’ll be monitoring in century. And if anything comes up, I’ll, I’ll be out of it to fix the issues. Cool. [Michael Houck]: And since this is since this is a launch week, if we end up needing to, if there are end up being a lot of bugs, and we need to spend extra time fixing them, obviously, that’s fine. You guys just let me know if you end up going over hours and things like that and we’ll take care of it.
