[Keevin O’Rourke]: but like just to make sure he’s in the loop. [Andrew Safranko]: Yeah, I totally get it. So how’s it been? You’ve been what, like two months in, three months in or? [Keevin O’Rourke]: Yeah, close to three, about two and a half. I think that there’s a lot of truly latent potential. And honestly, the last month has been a lot of just strategy stuff and building out systems just to get us to where we need to go. Cool. Yeah. Hey, what’s up, guys? How you doing? [Michael Houck]: Good, good. It’s Christmas time over there. I already keep an AC. I know, yeah. [Keevin O’Rourke]: My girlfriend gets into the holiday spirit pretty early, and I’m like, all right, let’s do it. [Andrew Safranko]: It’s so wild. I don’t know about you guys, but it does not feel like Christmas is anytime soon. The weather is still bearable. You know what I mean? Like it’s, I don’t know. Especially for East Coast. Yeah. But walking through stores, hearing the music, I’m like, oh my God. [Keevin O’Rourke]: I know. Usually it’s after Thanksgiving. I think that’s generally the rule. But you’ve got another like week, I guess, until it really comes in full swing. [Michael Houck]: Yeah. Then there’s no turning back. [Andrew Safranko]: They’re pushing us earlier every year. Yeah. In another world I live in, I work with bunch of people from the Philippines and they start in September. August 31st to September 1st, the music starts in the mall. It’s a full quarter of Christmas. They love their Christmas. We’re a very religious society, but yeah, they love Christmas. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: That’s cool. [Andrew Safranko]: Okay, so the purpose of today, partially, is to confirm, Keevin, on your end, just how you want to proceed forward sounds like we’ll focus more so on multiple proper which is no problem but I guess also we have Michael here just because in case there’s any operational pieces we want to talk about in terms of managing the account there’s just some stuff we can help out with there obviously but I wanted to make sure Michael’s privy to that too so Keevin why don’t you kind of kick off just in terms of what you guys have decided on and sort of how you’d like could proceed. [Keevin O’Rourke]: Yeah, so I think the plan that you sent over, Andrew, was a good one. If we were functioning like normal, I’d be like, yeah, let’s just do that. It’s gonna be way more effective, it’s easier, all the things. But when I talked with Dan about it, while he didn’t say no, he also wasn’t stoked about it, and so I know what that means. That means he’s gonna drag his feet, things are gonna happen, and then it’s just like, cool, we’re just not gonna do it. So the a compromise, if you want to call it that. And look, I know we’ve got, what, maybe two weeks to do this. So I’m not expecting any crazy results. But I think just operationally, if we can see if it works, then that’ll give Dan a reference point. But the goal would be to get you up and going on Multiple’s account and do some of the posting. We’ll need to decide on content and stuff, which we can even talk about here. And I you’d mentioned doing some engaging with other influential people that we should be connected to, all from that account. Because I think that degree of separation from Dan’s, he doesn’t feel so, I don’t know, particular about, or he needs to have final say on everything. He can just let it go. Yeah. [Michael Houck]: I mean, intuitively that makes sense. The difference between the brand voice versus his personal voice, some people are more sensitive about that. No problem. As far as engaging and things like that, yes. So we’ve spun up sort of a content ops arm of the business now where we’d have someone from our team get access to the multiple account and they would be dropping comments, all kind of human written comments that take into context and what the post is about and things like that. They’ll reply to sort of thought leaders in the niche who are posting things as soon as they can. So they’re logging in to engage with replies on our content. And while they’re in the account, they’re also going to look for posts that are new and fresh and engage with them too. So I can introduce you to Ben from our team who manages that. And he’d be the one, at least for the initial period, he himself be the one sort of going in and managing that, especially during this pilot phase. And so what we need from you is just, you know, we can do some research on this but what we need is any accounts in the niche who you think you want multiples brand associated with, leaving comments on, that’ll at least get us started in who that list of accounts should be. Great. Okay. Yeah. I can get you over a few names. [Keevin O’Rourke]: Um, uh, and, and if you actually want to build from there, I think it is a little more, you know, we can be creative with this. [Michael Houck]: Cool. Okay. I’ll make a note to add Ben to the channel if he’s not in there already. Um, get done calls this afternoon, and I’ll brief him on everything too. Perfect. [Keevin O’Rourke]: That sounds fantastic. Cool. [Andrew Safranko]: And then, yeah, in terms of the content itself, it sounds like there might be a little bit more flexibility. In theory, a lot of what we’ve done with Dan with some tweaking can definitely be used as well, just knowing that there’s going to be a lot of similarities to what he talks about versus the brand as well. So what would you, I guess, what would make the most sense for you, Keevin? Like, I know, well, by all means, I’ll still ensure we get content out weekly. But I guess the question is, any of the stuff, and maybe it’s just a quick little, like, let’s go into Notion, whenever you’ve got a minute, just to take a look at what we have from a post standpoint, because we’ve got a bunch. And maybe if you wanted to let me know, would that be Like, is that something you’re able to do? [Keevin O’Rourke]: Yeah. [Andrew Safranko]: Well, can we do it now? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah, yeah. [Andrew Safranko]: No, for sure. I mean, I’m hesitating because I’m like, I know you’re obviously slammed with all kinds of stuff. So that’s why I’m like, you’ve got over 23 minutes. Let’s do it. How do I ask this? Yeah. Okay. So let me just pull it up. [Andrew Safranko]: Oh, it’s going to maybe… [Keevin O’Rourke]: I might even have it up in my Notion already. [Andrew Safranko]: Oh, here. I think I found it. Okay. So I’ve got it up. Nice. Okay. So basically we’ve got 15 posts in this column that were pretty much checkmarked to be able to be posted, barring any other further edits. So, okay. So for instance, This one was, actually this one and the one below were the latest ones that I flipped over last week that I know Dan and Kate both had commentary on and sort of wanted to go through and make sure they were fine with. It sounded like these were actually fairly good because they were relative to the accelerator as well in terms of announcements and things like that. So we may want to just unless you think there’s something from a multiple standpoint you’d want to include as well around workplace hiring? No, I think it’s great. [Keevin O’Rourke]: Maybe because what I’m thinking about now is if there are some posts that Dan’s like into that with, you know, maybe a little more tweaking or he just needs to review it that he could post on his account, I want to keep those and preserve those. But if there’s other ones that he’s like, you know, ones where he just hasn’t moved on it for like two or three weeks or a long time. I’m assuming he ever isn’t going to. Those are the ones I think just shoot out on multiple. [Andrew Safranko]: Okay. Okay. So the other ones that I felt like, so there’s a bunch here that earlier on we had built. So bridging the gap between research and application. Dan and I have spoken about this. So I know this is definitely a topic that he’s interested in and that’s something that he also feel strongly about. Here’s my notes from our conversation as an example. This is one as an example where I’m super strong and passionate about but I guess for whatever reason just didn’t do it. So anyway, here’s one where we might be able to take a stab at. I’m also picturing a world where we post on the multiple account and then Dan can reshare that as well. I know he loves we should be sharing content to, and sometimes it’s easier. So this could be one. It talks a lot about just being able to go from research to commercialization and sort of the challenges potentially within that, but as well, how it can actually, like how a pathway can actually be created from that. And sort of a little bit about the bottom around multiple school and the mission around taking research and commercializing it and whatnot. [Keevin O’Rourke]: Love it. I think it’s great. [Andrew Safranko]: This could be one for sure. Another one is right below it. So the fragmentation of the autism community, I apologize, whenever I share my screen, motion just is super slow. [Michael Houck]: No worries. Sorry, Andrew, let me just cut in for a second. One thing I want to flag here is that because we have this backlog of content that we haven’t been posting on like the normal cadence, I think it might be in our interest to like push these out more frequently and the multiple count than the two X a week that we were planning to do from Dan’s. So Keaton, what do you think about that? Are you okay with us sort of doing even once a day, at least for the rest of this month? [Keevin O’Rourke]: Let me know what you think about that. I’m into that, yeah. Partly at what I’m hoping this does is if he can just see it even in a low time frame way, how this is supposed to work, I think that will get him like, I get it now in a way that he just, I don’t know, for some reason, doesn’t. So yes, I love that idea of, you know, two Xing the post volume and seeing, you know, what hits or whatever, um, knowing that, you know, we can always create more content if we have to. [Michael Houck]: Okay, cool. I’ll make a note and that he’ll also do the engaging, um, at that same rate, maybe we’ll do four to five days a week for the rest of the month and we won’t do Thanksgiving obviously. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. Cool. [Andrew Safranko]: So real quick then just to, make sure the math makes sense for me. Oh, what am I saying? We’re good. Never mind. We’ve got more than enough to do that for the rest of the month. Okay. Cool. So this is just talking about the fragmentation of the autism community. This was predominantly based on conversations we had earlier on in and around the challenges of getting treatment, challenges of getting people involved in care, I guess multiple being an ecosystem connector amongst all of that. So being able to connect both families, researchers, et cetera, sort of different nuanced places within that community. And then creating those network connections, providing educational programs, stuff that I’ve kind of written at the bottom here. So this is more of like a general, I don’t know if educational is the way I’d put it, but it’s more so just commentary again, of awareness building in and around. And this is where if we wanted to add a little bit more strong verbiage around what multiple’s role is in this, we could. But I also was privy to the fact that there just isn’t a lot of discussion in and around this. And I know one of your goals from a multiple standpoint is to get more influential eyes on the challenges. And so this was more so to highlight the challenges in and around the ecosystem and spur more conversation online about it. Yeah, I think that’s great. So that is that. The next one was just in around tech needs. So just being able to talk a lot about how with the evolution of autism comes the evolution of the need for technology. Something that obviously you guys are very well familiar with and sort of the companies that surround this as well. And so just the notion of being able to tie in AI apps, AR, et cetera, and then the examples of how these are being used. So Florida Health being one around AI, the Apple Vision Pro was a great use case, although I don’t know if it still is. Maybe that’s something I need to refresh a little bit, just given I don’t even know if they’re making it anymore, from an AR, VR perspective. Standpoint. And then, well actually Flareo was a good one. Actually, ooh, this could be a good one because I know you guys, I think you just did it, right? The Flareo. Yeah, so actually this may not be a bad one to have in our back pocket this week or next week. I’ll update this. Long story short, it’s just the advent of the evolution of technology and how it’s now going to help with the evolution of autism. So you’ve got AI, AR, VR, mobile apps. I’ll make a quick note of myself to just update this to kind of highlight Flurry a little bit more because I think that would fit well with what you guys just did. The next one is in and around the Multiple Hub Insights. So this one was more I pulled from your website just with the stats that had been in existence. By all means, if we want to update the stats just based on the work you guys have been working on over the past few months, that’s fine. But the goal here was just to again highlight multiple as an ecosystem network provider, et cetera. And, oh, I think, ooh, you’ve got edits here. Okay, cool. So, actually, I didn’t realize you had edits here. So we could actually roll with this. Let me take this on again, because, yeah, sorry, I did not see these edits before. Long story short, this is one just based on the fact that you guys exist and here’s the stats to kind of back up the work that you guys do. So let me take this just realizing now you’ve got the edits in here and I will go and just make that edit for you so that we can make this a lot more current to what you had here. The other piece is, so we had one around Dan and his pivot. So I guess this won’t be something we’ll focus on unless you wanna, is there any desire to do anything around like the founder of Multiple, quote unquote, and like Dan’s pivot from that perspective, or is that sort of too touchy with sort of what we’ve been working on in the past? [Keevin O’Rourke]: Yeah, I think that he would probably, I don’t know, there’s a world where he gets touchy about that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, fair enough. [Andrew Safranko]: I know he’s particularly with this story, which is perfectly okay. Okay, the next one is why Multiple? So this is more so, again, why you guys exist. What you do, the mission, etc. So sort of just taking bits and pieces from the website and then kind of going from there. So again, yeah, just another good one to kind of highlight multiple in general. So long story short, we’ve got a bunch, got a couple edits I’ll do on those two posts that we were talking about. But the other piece actually is we had gone down this path and Dan actually quite liked it, which was funding Fridays. He did like it. And this was around, yeah, talking about just raising funds and things of that nature. Honestly speaking, as an accelerator, it’s also good to talk about these things. So I mean, by all means, we could easily repurpose these for multiples account if you think that makes sense as well. Yeah. So here’s what I’m thinking. [Keevin O’Rourke]: It looks like we’ve got enough content, at least to get us started on, let’s call it like the first week. What I will do, I can’t promise he will do this, but I will at least give him the opportunity to say, hey, if there’s any posts in there that you want to flag as like, I want this for my account, it’s just not ready yet or whatever it is, he will have that opportunity to do it. And if I don’t hear from him, then let’s just use our best judgment on like, hey, I don’t think this is, this seems relevant to either both or mostly multiple, then I think we’re good to go. And you know, if he gets upset about it, then I will. I’ll go to bat for you guys. I told them to do this. It’s fine. But I think it’ll be fine ultimately, because the other thing too, that I’ll just remind them is like, Hey, even if it gets posted on multiples account, you can always repurpose it later. Like doesn’t really matter. Um, you know, if you want to edit it slightly and then post it a month later, I don’t think people are going to remember. [Michael Houck]: Yeah. I’ve posted the same content from my account, like three or four X a few months apart and you know, no one remembers. [Keevin O’Rourke]: It’s fine. It’s all very ephemeral. Cool. This sounds great. And then, so I’ll get you the logins and I’ll look for a couple of accounts that I think could be really great. And I’ll try to get that all over today. So there’s no more, you know, hiccups or delays. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: And then should we touch base, I guess, after Thanksgiving, like end of this month, first week of December to talk about go forward, because I think you guys are paid up through the of this week and then we have like the micro invoice that like we can pay if we decide not to move forward for the rest of the month but to go forward beyond that we probably want to touch base again and see how this is going [Andrew Safranko]: yeah that sounds great cool okay sounds good all right lastly just for my own sanity check I should still do it should I still I guess actually Michael’s question for you both do you want me to still write for this week or what what should we do? Just knowing we’ve got a bit of a backlog here. [Michael Houck]: I think, I think since we’ve got the backlog, I mean, Keevin, you tell me if you want different stuff than we have, but I think we’re, I think we’re in a good place. Um, so yeah, I guess let’s use the backlog for this week. We can revalue it for next week if we want to. But, um, once you make a decision on go forward, we can jump back into writing, uh, like normal. Okay. [Andrew Safranko]: So we’re space and I’ll just, I’ll, I’ll make the edits to those two posts and then I’ll, I’ll connect with Ben. I guess what we can both check with Ben and just, to logistics. Cool. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I’ll shoot Ben a note, and then he’ll probably reach out to you to get some context on the account. [Keevin O’Rourke]: Sounds good. OK. Awesome. Cool. Appreciate it. Yeah, thanks for all the work. And we even had that one mini viral one, which was great. And so I know this is going to work. We just need to get this in place. For sure. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: We’ve got this, man. No worries. Appreciate your time. Yep. [Keevin O’Rourke]: Have a good one. [Andrew Safranko]: See you. Thanks, guys.
