[UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: What’s up, guys? [Michael Houck]: Hi, guys. Yeah, back and well-tended. [Rafael Bruno]: I’m not sure if you can see here, but for two weeks, I was walking on a sun and the temperature was like 33 to 38 degrees Celsius. I don’t know how is that in Fahrenheit, but that’s a lot. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Nice, man. [Michael Houck]: How was the trip? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Oh, it was awesome. [Rafael Bruno]: I saw a lot of nice places. The best part of the trip was the cruise ship because it was very, how can I put it? It’s very nice when you have air conditioner and you don’t have to walk on the sun. So when you get the situation after walking on the sun for several days, you enjoy it. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Nice. Yeah. [Michael Houck]: I’ve never been on a cruise, but you went to some great places. So I’m not surprised that it was, it was a great time. Yeah. We’re glad to have you back. Welcome back. Thanks. And Sid, how are you doing, man? You had a rough weekend. [Sid]: Yeah, for me, the weekend was okay. I mean, I was a bit tensed because I just had a surgery. In case, if may overland this one, you don’t know, over the weekend, I had a surgery for the kidney stones. So I was, I mean, that was very painful to even bear that pain, but I finally had it. It was actually planned for September end, but it got pre-born. Luckily, I feel lucky, but now I feel good. [Sid]: like it’s been three days since the first day was still okay but now it’s uh now I feel that there’s nothing I mean there’s no pain and it’s all good now so comparatively uh I feel like I feel relieved [Michael Houck]: from my health good well I mean I’m glad you’re I’m glad the recovery is kind of going well um And yeah, Rahul, Rizwan, Rafael, you guys don’t know, but Sid is going to be out tomorrow and Friday because he was checking in while he was traveling to go get the surgery over the last weekend. So we didn’t have a lapse in coverage on the backend. So he’s going to take tomorrow and Friday off. So just a heads up, if you guys need to chat about anything, please do it today. Yeah. [Sid]: For Rafael, I mean, for Rafael, I will be available for anything on chat. Of course, I can, I’ll still be available. For code for any updates on the code side for anything I will try to be to do it. But most likely I’ll be still around on the on the chat. So if you have anything to just ping me and I’ll be there. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Michael Houck]: Cool. Sweet. Well, we can just jump into it, I think. Sid, do you want to give the first update with just like, you know, I know you and Rafael probably already chatted, but just so we all get on the same page, like what has been completed in the last sprint and what’s remaining for the database? I know we originally thought that we could potentially get it out or at least finished by this weekend. Are we still on track for that? If not, like, what are we tracking towards now? [Sid]: Yeah, so we are pretty much on track. So this week, most of my focus was on the broadcast. So there are a couple of APIs which I had to update, which I had to fix and I eventually tested them and got it to work. There’s still about three to three plus one So about two will be finished and the rest two will also be completed. So this week by end of this, uh, I’m pretty much sure at the, at least with the broadcast that will also be completed. Right. So that with that, we can say a user account and broadcast these three. The 80 85 90% work, I’d say it will be finished, there may be some thing which I have not explored yet. So if that if that’s something like that, that there may be an error, but I assume that it will be a quick quick fix. There won’t be a much like a big refactor pending that that might be a small fix to address that won’t block us. Of course, you can still plan the way forward while the remaining part is still being addressed. That will be the last thing. But broadly speaking, these three things, they are completed these three modules. Now there’s onboarding, which is being blocked because of event source. So there’s an event event source which I shared with Rafael that is also breaking on production. So it’s not just the new refactor thing. I tested last week and early this week thoroughly whether it’s the new like it’s breaking because of the refactor or is it already broken. Turns out it was already broken even on production I could see those issues, I could see the logs. And so we have to address that. So Rafael is taking care of that one. And second is Stripe webbooks. So while Rafael is doing that, I’ll continue with broadcast and my target is anywhere to finish the, I mean, finish rest within this week itself. So by Sunday, Monday, I think we should be in a good place if both the issues which he is, I mean, which are pending. If he’s able to solve it, then we can, then I think we’ll have a clear visibility. We can try to launch by Monday. Of course, But there’s one thing about data migration that will be just done before the, like before we release. That is one thing which we’ll do it then. But apart from that, I think if these two issues are solved by repeal, then we have a clear visibility for the launch. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Michael Houck]: So it sounds like that by the end of this sprint, which is the end of next week, there’s, we have like full confidence that we’ll have launched by then, basically. [Sid]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, that’s for sure. We will be there. So I and Rafael are actually discussing Sunday, like internally, at least on dev on the v2 branch, we can get it working. For sure. But Rafael mentioned that maybe Tuesday or Monday or Tuesday is a good day, we can take out a date to just make sure that the happy path and even the edge cases are addressed. Right. So maybe a Monday, let’s say, even Monday, like even Monday, we can plan for a release. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, that’s, that’s totally fine. I, we have actually on the other kind of side of the business, we have a big launch on next Tuesday. So if we even want to launch this on like next Wednesday, I’m fine with that. So no need to rush it to be on Sunday or Monday. If we want to take the extra day or two to make sure everything is running. Okay. We can do that too. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Sid]: Do we have time until next Wednesday? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: Let’s let’s target next Wednesday as launch day. Okay. [Sid]: That is the 11th September. [Michael Houck]: Rafael, how do you feel about that coming back and seeing where everything’s at? [Rafael Bruno]: I didn’t have the time to check everything on the code. As Sid said, the main issue is to fix the problem that we have with pushing things from the back end to the front end. This is the event source problem that he mentioned. And after that, I will focus on other problems that sit past me regarding webhooks with Stripe. So after I finish that, I will test all the endpoints to check if all the business rules are correct and we have everything okay. And then as it said, we will push things into the staging environment. Then we would like you to test everything so we would know that the user experience is okay. There is no like missing stuff. And then we push into production. [Michael Houck]: Okay, so let’s try to have me do that test on, I guess, Monday. And then if there’s any bugs that come up, or anything that’s missing, we have Tuesday to fix them, and then we launch on Wednesday. Okay. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: All right. [Michael Houck]: That all sounds good to me. I’m very excited for context over the weekend. I went in and looked at some of our next projects, and we’ve had a lot of kind of appetite from users for, um, for groups as well as for, um, like campaigns, like sponsored posts and like a new revenue source for us that way. So that’s exciting. We kind of expand our revenue that way. So I think that once we push this out, uh, Sid, you’ll probably, uh, work on getting the first version of groups out, which will just be inner circle. We’ll just focus on getting inner circle out first. And then, Rafael, you and Mahul will collab on the referrals page, because that is essential for groups as well, because people are going to be referring so many other people to join. We want them to get credit for that. And for the, like, how to do that, to be clear. And then once those two things are done, Um, you know, we’ll move on to campaigns, um, in, uh, in October. So that’s, uh, that’s going to be the big thing for October, I think is like enabling our users to pay our creators for more than just engagements, right. Sponsored posts, ads in their newsletters, ads in their podcasts, things like that. And we’ll take a cut of everything. So it’s good for us. Um, but yeah, roadmap is pretty clear, which is good. Excited to finally be getting this out. Um, so just keep me in the loop. If anything comes up over the next couple of days, as we head to the finish line here. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sure. [Michael Houck]: Mahul, how about you? You’re working on group stuff already. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah, I haven’t started. [MJ]: I was working on the group details page, but before I jump into group details page, I just wanted to call out the frontend. I mean, from the frontend side also, we need at least two buffer to make sure everything is clear because the API side, we’re ready. Since I haven’t tested entire end-to-end flow because it was not the API was not ready so probably once everything is ready from API side what I can do is so I’ll need me at least two days as a buffer time so I can just try to take a look at the entire flow all the edge cases which we have with our ongoing art flow and just one more thing to call out that in in dashboard we still have hard coded data. [MJ]: I don’t think so it’s been added in the API yet. So that’s something we might we might have a blocker, we need to look into it that first. And then also we have one more thing like add creator to the net network, which means the we used to scrap the data from the followers count and based on that will decide whether it’s a creator or this user. So that’s something we need at least to test it in dev because currently it’s not working in dev itself. So because that is the biggest thing to redirect on to the user to whether it is greater or with the normal user. So as of now, these two things which I feel are spending from the UI side to check with the rest of them, I did test it. It was working quite fine. So if you can see that, Rafael, if you can just prioritize, that would be really helpful. Yeah, Mehul. [Sid]: So, two things you mentioned. One is dashboard. From what I know and what I’ve tested, dashboard APIs were already there. At least the dashboard APIs were updated from the backend. We just need to wire it on the frontend. So, we can come there. We will come there. But once on onboarding stuff is fully wrapped up fully finished, then we can get a better clarity of is everything is all like about the rest of the API’s broadcast finance, accounting, and even dashboard. So once like once onboarding is done, we will come to that dashboard API’s. For the front end. Okay, cool. So I think that is related to the event source, right? Because the followers are not getting that information because event source is not working. It’s not giving the data from back end to the front end. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yes, correct. [Sid]: Yeah, so so once Rafael fixes it, like one of these two issues will be solved. And then we will come to that onboarding as we proceed. [Michael Houck]: As long as you guys stay in close communication about this over the next few days, then I’ll feel good. I know that there’s a lot of moving pieces, so communication is just going to be really, really important. If one of you guys has something blocking you, just surface it in the channel or to whomever you know is the right person to work on it. Because what we don’t want is for things just be sitting around. So I know there’s a lot of coordination. If you guys need my help, I’m happy to step in. But I think you guys kind of know what needs to be done, so I can leave it to you. Yeah sure. Okay and then Rizwan how are things on your side? [Rizwan Hameed]: Yeah so right now I’m currently working on a LinkedIn bot for collecting the data sets from different profiles and different posts for each profile. So I’m working on that bot and other than that there is a post-engagement confirmation, but testing is still blocked because of a change which is needed from the API side or the server side, the Kafka change, and that is still in progress or done so far. So these are the two things which are on my side right now. And in the meanwhile, by time to time, I’m also testing on a daily basis, checking all the deployed bots as well, just to see if there is any cache or not, things like that. [Michael Houck]: Good. [Michael Houck]: After we’re done with all this, we can move on to the rest of the stuff in the original project within linear for the scraper. I think there’s still like five or six or so tests in there. So we can close this out. And then after that, we’ll start to move on to new stuff, probably probably working in preparation for expanding to TikTok and Instagram. We want to try to do that around the year. So it’ll probably make sense for us to start building a scraper bot for that. Right. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK. [Michael Houck]: Well, cool, guys. I think we all know what our priorities are for this week. So yeah, just keep me in the loop. And yeah, I mean, sounds good. Good to have the team back. [Michael Houck]: Autobio is on a train or something right now, so he couldn’t join. But he’s also working a bit less this month, because the original Reply Guy project is basically wrapped up. [Michael Houck]: So except for the LinkedIn stuff that just needs to be plugged into the model once we have it. So when we get ready to do the post-creation AI, which will probably be in a month or two, he’ll be working more again. But until then. Probably a little less. So he’ll still be around though. He’ll still be in Slack and active and all that stuff. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: Any questions on that or anything else? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Nope. [Michael Houck]: Okay, cool. Well, welcome back, Rafael, Sid, glad you’re live. Thanks. Don’t know, go check it away like always. So yeah, guys, let’s get it this week. All right. See you. See you. [Rizwan Hameed]: Have a good day. [Rafael Bruno]: So guys, do you want to discuss anything? [Rizwan Hameed]: Yeah, there is one that I mentioned earlier. The same issue that is check for is still, we are still getting in the check for Kafka event for the post engagement confirmation. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay, I will work on the event source stuff now. Because this is a higher priority, but I know that the check for is also a higher priority. So I’ll put that on the second on my list. Okay. Okay. Thank you. [Rizwan Hameed]: Okay. [MJ]: Anyone else? Rafael, when you just done with that event, so you let me know because you remember last time when you left, we were discussing about making the call on, I guess I did talk about it regarding that, but I just wanted to loop you in as well. So once you fix that event source, I’ll just try to, I mean, I just need like the way we have implemented, it’s correct on front-end side, the API that we are calling it. So probably once you fix it, do let me know. I’ll just try to check it front-end. And then at least, I mean, yeah, at least we can try to get the data on dev so that we can test it, the event source one. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’ll let you know. Yeah. [MJ]: And one more thing, right? So I’m not sure whether you have a remember, uh, you, you remember we, we need to capture the, the data to the creator, add, add greater to the network, right? You were saying that you had, I remember when you left, you were telling me that you need to create a new API, which, which will capture to the network. [Rafael Bruno]: Uh, what is, could you please. [MJ]: no the screen where you where you say like okay I want this person to be uh added as a creator and the checkbox screen that you remember oh to add the specific accounts to be amplified accounts okay I think that I talked with sid about that yeah I see they already created something but I’m not sure I haven’t integrated part because of this this event source issue but you you can just take a look at and let me know okay Sure. [Rafael Bruno]: Anyone else? I think we’re good. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Guys. [Rafael Bruno]: So we have a lot of things to do. So as Hauk said, it’s good to know that SID is alive and everyone else is alive. And hopefully, we’ll be. Go ahead. [Rizwan Hameed]: Just wanted to wish a quick, quick over to the SID. Just going to what? [Rizwan Hameed]: Wish you a quick recovery for the health. [Rizwan Hameed]: Oh, yeah. [Rafael Bruno]: May soon have a quick recovery. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Sid]: I’m sure now that you, Rizwan and Rafael have wished me a better run. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay, so let’s work so we can finish that by next week and move on to the other other stuff because I don’t know if you guys but I really want to make the V2 working with the scraper and also we can move to other projects. Right. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, guys. [Rafael Bruno]: See you if you need me. I’ll be available basically for the last for the next year because my next vacation is in one year. So just message and when I’m available, I’ll let you say
