It’s in the 70s and it’s gorgeous outside. So I’m going to yeah, I’m going to get outside today. How is it in Berlin? [Spirit Med]: It’s a bit too warm. I was born in Russia and I’m used to colder weather and since like 18 years I’m living in Berlin and the summer is a bit too hot for me. And I just moved to a new apartment in the last four and it’s sometimes a bit too heavy. [Max Palmer]: Yeah. Awesome. Well, I’m excited to chat with you. I’m Hauk’s chief of staff. So I usually take most of these meetings for him. I’d love to start with how you heard about us and why you wanted to take this meeting. [Spirit Med]: So basically I’m an active reader of your newsletter. I think almost half a year or a year already reading it regularly. But I don’t remember how I found you, maybe through LinkedIn or some like other newsletter who suggested you. And then already several times I thought about your social tool. Where you boost properly in the LinkedIn and X posts. So that’s why I’m also here because there are some projects going on and I think maybe to start a personal brand in the healthcare industry. So healthcare industry is in Germany, in Europe is the niche where we earn the majority of our income. And I’m thinking about starting a personal brand and having your tool just boost the initial phase, some of the posts, so the decision makers see myself, see us, our agency as a repeatable one. So basically, we are more or less a CEO agency. Organic growth for the healthcare industry. And so far, we’re just growing by word of mouth. And I thought LinkedIn and X would be a nice start for a personal brand. [Max Palmer]: Okay. And is your, your agency solely for, for Germany, like in, in German, or is No, that’s also the point. [Spirit Med]: We want to expand Europe-wide, so I would start my personal brand in English. [Max Palmer]: English, okay. But it’s just for European customers, correct? [Spirit Med]: So far, yes, but for example, we are also starting an Amazon business and we are researching right now different products to start with to test the whole process of finding healthcare projects, products on Amazon, scaling them, And so far, the research goes in the U.S. Direction. And that’s also another idea how I might use your social product is to build a U.S. Community, U.S.-based followers to follow this Amazon journey we’re starting out, where we’re just building different brands. And if so, that’s at the current stage will probably go after the US market. [Max Palmer]: Okay. Um, so we do have influencers, we do have creators in the health and wellness space. Um, so I think it’s a fit there. Um, do you have any specific questions about the product? [Spirit Med]: Um, Yes, so how would it work out in terms of, so I want to build a personal brand, let’s say you ask community, let’s say e-commerce niche. [Spirit Med]: I have some posts where I just add value, where I just share our journey. And do I copy the link, post it in your software, or how does it work? [Max Palmer]: Yep. So yeah, Megaphone’s a creator engagement marketplace. So we have users like yourself who will create posts and then you’ll send those posts on Megaphone. Um, and then we’ll route those posts to different creators that are within your niche. So whether that’s e-comm or health and wellness or whatever niches you choose when you onboard for Megaphone, um, we’ll send your posts to creators in that niche and then those creators will have the option to engage with that post. Um, And so you pay a subscription to use the platform and then you also pay, you set a budget for each post. And the budget you set for each post is the money that goes to paying these creators for their engagement. [Spirit Med]: Makes sense. [Spirit Med]: Got it. And what would be the next steps? [Max Palmer]: Yeah, so you can just onboard directly on the website, megaphone.network. You’ll onboard there. You’ll choose which tier you want. So we have two pricing tiers, a $49 a month or an $89 a month. The only difference between the two is with the $89 a month tier, your posts will get sent to creators as soon as you send it to us. Whereas with the $49 a month tier, we’ll delay the post an hour until we send it to creators. [Spirit Med]: Got it. Thank you. Interesting. Okay.
