Houck flagged that the weekly TikTok viral concept report currently looks like it only covers Ben Gusberg’s niche. His direction: run the same report per client (or aggregate across all), not siloed to one creator.
Separately, Houck asked Tatem to share what the correct niche should be for each client: Josh, Haz, Adam, himself, and anyone else currently in JOLT.
