Issue 1: LinkedIn skips reappearing
Previously skipped LinkedIn profiles are showing up again in the sourcing queue. Venus confirmed Charlene (who handles Jeffrey’s connection requests) is seeing the same behavior on her end. Duplicate profiles are eating review time that should go to new profiles.
Venus’s proposed fix: make skips permanent so the system does not resurface them.
Status: Open. No decision recorded yet. Needs product/agent fix in Megaphone Studio.
Issue 2: Engagement replies sounding AI-generated
Some engagement replies generated by the system sound noticeably AI-generated. Venus flagged this as a voice alignment problem and suggested making replies feel more natural and human while staying on-brand for each client.
Status: Open. No decision recorded yet. Needs prompt or output review pass.
Action needed
Both issues were raised in response to the Megaphone Studio design proposal thread (Hermes asked for feedback). They should be logged as product issues or reviewed by whoever owns Megaphone Studio quality (Blake Emal / Blake Stewart).
