Tone confirmed

Malisa confirmed the content tone should be: “this has always been my life, I’m just going to start sharing it.” Organic, first-person lifestyle lens. NOT educational or prescriptive. “The people will come to Josh organically, not Josh chasing people.”

Specific direction: avoid “follow me to learn about…” type CTAs. Mix in credentials/mission line sparingly. Start with a hook, not “hi my name is.”

New content ideas from Malisa

  • Morning routine / “5-9 before my 9-5” trend style
  • “This or that” rapid-fire format: Malisa’s idea is rapid-fire either/or questions (e.g. “LMNT or Liquid IV”) Josh answers on camera. Can span many health categories.

Tatem responded positively (“Okay okay gotcha. We can definitely mix it up!”).

Stealth/credentials question (open, not yet resolved)

Tatem was unsure whether to reference “building in healthcare” since Josh is still in stealth at Ghost. Malisa said they will confirm with Josh directly. Do not use “building in healthcare” or anything pointing to Decade Labs in content until Josh confirms.

See posting boundaries in Decade Labs.

No brain update needed to Decade Labs today

Tone was already captured as “judgment-free, low-ego, non-prescriptive.” The “this or that” idea and credential question are new texture. If Josh confirms the “building in healthcare” credential, update the posting boundaries section of Decade Labs at that time.
