The Feed AR (Jetta) is asserting a $3,000 remaining balance on the August invoice. Their stated position:
- Contract period: Nov 17, 2025 through Aug 14, 2026 (9 months, $27,000 total)
- Payments received to date: $24,000
- Remaining balance claimed: $3,000 (invoice RG3B6XCB-0011), applied to August
- Sep 4 payment of $3,000 was applied to July, not August, per their records
Michael’s pushback: “Sorry, I inquired about why I was being charged $3,000 and now you're charging me an additional $3,000?”
Nathan May’s response: “There is not another payment for the month of August. If you’re saying the payment in September was for July, that’s confusing. I remember there was some initial billing delay so if it’s related to that then ok.”
