What Was Decided
The Studio engagement tool for Jeffrey Evans should be updated: when Charlene approves a comment draft in the tool, Hermes automatically sends it to Blake Stewart directly - no manual “Send to Blake” button required. Blake reviews, edits if needed, and posts. Hermes will see posted versions and learn from Blake’s edits over time.

Prior State
The “Send to Blake” button existed in the tool but produced no visible follow-through when Charlene clicked it. Charlene had been Slacking drafts to Blake manually as a workaround. There was no “mark as completed” option for Jeffrey (unlike Jon, who had one).
Background
Jeffrey’s condition for resuming proactive engagement (per decision Resume Proactive Commenting for Jeffrey Evans (Mantis)): comments must be human-written, not AI. Blake is the review gate before anything posts. This workflow keeps that gate in place while automating the handoff from Charlene to Blake.
Owner
This is a Studio tool change. Needs to be implemented in Megaphone Studio (the dashboard). Not yet built as of 2026-09-08.
