What Happened
Blake Emal flagged two newsletters she drafted for Warren sitting in Notion, tagged for client review, with no feedback received and no one following up. Thread revealed that Andrew Safranko had been handling everything for Warren - Ben had no involvement beyond ops, and Blake Stewart had never been in contact with Warren.

Make-Good Options Discussed
- Option A: Refund a month
- Option B (preferred by Houck): Go weekly x4 sends at same cost to make up for the gap
