Decision
Workshop signups for Hockey Stick are to be automatically added to Attio and tagged as Hockey Stick leads, with all relevant info captured. Michael Houck is the default owner for these leads until otherwise specified.
Context
The Hockey Stick workshop is in active signup phase (launch 10/17-10/18 per the content calendar). Michael asked that signups be synced to Attio at the same level Jolt and Megaphone are set up. A first notable signup (Phillip Zackler, COO of Toyota Research Institute) prompted a separate discussion about outreach strategy. See inbox note for Zackler signal.
Options considered
- Manual tracking: rejected.
- Auto-add to Attio with default owner as Michael: selected.
Consequences
- Hermes to set up Attio sync for Hockey Stick workshop signups (PR to be created).
- Michael is default lead owner until a team member is assigned.
- Parity target: Jolt and Megaphone Attio setup levels.
