Decision
Notion will no longer be used for Megaphone operations starting the week of Oct 3. Michael directed Blake Emal to give clients a heads-up and walk them through the client portal side of the transition (short Loom recommended). Rafael to report bugs on Monday and beyond.
Context
Hermes shipped a client portal feature (captured in Megaphone shipped digest). Michael announced in the thread that Notion would not be needed starting this week, flagging it may still be buggy.
Options considered
- Continue using Notion: rejected
- Transition to client portal: decided
Consequences
- Blake Stewart: client-facing comms, short Loom walkthrough for clients on client portal
- Rafael: QA and bug feedback starting Monday, Oct 6
- Notion dependency ends for Megaphone; client portal is now the operating surface
