Decision
Move Jolt client comment notification messages from jolt to jolt-clients (C0C6HM53SKE). Strip the comment body text from the alert; notify only that a client has submitted feedback (no summary, no quoted text).
Context
Hermes posted a verbose client comment alert in jolt (tagging Tatem with full quoted client text). Michael asked whether alerts should live in a different channel and whether the message needed all that text. Tatem confirmed: notification-only is preferred, and a separate channel is better.
Options considered
- Keep in jolt with full text: rejected (noise, unwanted detail)
- Separate channel with summary: rejected (Tatem does not want a summary)
- Separate channel, notify-only: decided
Consequences
- Hermes comment alert logic for Jolt Studio must send to C0C6HM53SKE, not C0B2Z0ND6M9 (#jolt)
- Message body should say only that the client submitted a comment with a link to the draft, no quoted text
- No changes needed to other agencies (Megaphone, Lore) unless they request the same
