Decision

Michael launched a unified client portal accessible from three branded URLs:

  • dash.megaphonestudio.com
  • dash.joltexclamationpoint.com
  • dash.lorebuilders.com

Clients who work across multiple Rye Valley agencies can swap between accounts from any URL.

Context

Announced in announcements. Soliciting team feedback before rolling out to actual clients. A sandbox environment with two fake clients was configured for Blake Stewart to use on sales calls. Team logins to be set up separately (magic-link email auth was not yet active for team; individual client login emails were not the right flow for the team).

What clients can see

  • Performance data and charts
  • Hermes-identified opportunities for their account
  • Current voice framing with a feedback mechanism
  • Post and hook analysis
  • A list of things the team is currently blocked on by them

Team feedback received (pre-client-launch, 2026-08-28)

  • Blake Stewart: Y-axis on graphs should be whole numbers; add comments/likes/shares to post reports.
  • Tatem: Add hover tooltips explaining metrics (e.g. what engagement rate means and why it matters). Competitor/industry benchmarks would be a nice-to-have (“your engagement rate vs average in your industry”). DATA ACCURACY FLAG: Ben’s displayed data is wrong — he reports 3M views in the past 28 days and 24k+ followers; the portal is not reflecting this correctly. Do not expose to actual clients until this is verified.
  • Blake Stewart and Blake Emal both attempted magic-link login and received no email — team login path not yet active; Michael confirmed a separate team login will be set up.
