Granola is the company-wide recorder (decision 2026-07-29). Every meeting lands here as
YYYY-MM-DD-slug.md: AI summary at top (attendees, decisions, action items), transcript
or transcript link below. Decisions extracted from meetings also get their own page in
decisions/.
Pipeline status: LIVE. Granola MCP connected on the Mini (2026-07-29). A daily cron (6am ET) files new meetings here automatically: summary, attendees, action items, transcript reference, and extracts real decisions into decisions/. Files carry the Granola meeting id in frontmatter for idempotency.
