Michael Houck: So my ask of you when you have time no rush because Ben’s out for the next week anyway obviously um when you have time just like see if the edges make sense like if you were building a team to set up a you know a human team right like do the the job boundaries of these people, quote unquote, make sense? Should we rearrange people? Should we expand some, delete others? I don’t know. That would be my ask, is just like, where are we at in terms of correct structure? Emma Sivess: Yeah, of course.
