Ben Ornstein: he finally got back to me and said that they were ready to do the second newsletter. Ben Ornstein: I jumped on a call with Austin and him, and I didn’t even understand what he was even asking. Ben Ornstein: And I still don’t know what he was asking. Austin didn’t either. Ben Ornstein: He had his own, like, internal notion, and he wanted our board in there. Michael Houck: I just wanted to check in after the, the call earlier with Wojo because I think there was a lot of information in there. Ben Ornstein: Every single thing he said, he’s like, you should feed it this, you should feed it this. Michael Houck: Here’s the difference, right? Like, he’s not saying you should give it this information. Ben Ornstein: I was just saying like, he was like, you should feed it this so it goes to this. Michael Houck: The really simple way of thinking about it is that you give the thing context. Ben Ornstein: So what my plan was, when I get a little time, I want it to tell me Everything that I have fed it. Michael Houck: There’s there’s another fundamental difference here that we should talk about. Ben Ornstein: Yeah, no 100%. It needs to be. It needs to know when to do what. Michael Houck: Yeah, so I think we need to, first of all, we need to understand what the actual file structure is. Michael Houck: Yeah, it’s in there. Ben Ornstein: I gotta like pay for the version to actually see it. Michael Houck: Like like don’t try to like you’re not gonna learn the terminal in day or two. Michael Houck: Um, but I think, I think there’s a lot that you can add to it based on that conversation. Ben Ornstein: Yeah, that’s a good idea. Michael Houck: It’s all this, I see the, I know exactly what you’re going through. Ben Ornstein: And it’s been a lot of fun. I’ve really enjoyed doing this. Michael Houck: That’s going to hold us back the most. Michael Houck: That’s your North Star, at least for right now. Michael Houck: And part of that, part of number one and number two is also like the auditor. Ben Ornstein: And I guess for that, like, do I build a whole separate bot? Is there another bot we bring in? Michael Houck: Don’t, don’t try to have the same bot audit itself. Ben Ornstein: And I’m trying to think of which context it needs versus the other one. Michael Houck: Just write notes down with your hand or on a whiteboard. Ben Ornstein: So my next step, I’ll pay for read AI. Michael Houck: You can expense that of course. Ben Ornstein: I’ll do that. Ben Ornstein: I want to continue making progress here. Michael Houck: That’s the problem because with the terminal, you can do that in two seconds. Ben Ornstein: Maybe it might be worth the trying just get too far down that rabbit hole. Michael Houck: Don’t spend too, too much time on that. Ben Ornstein: So that’s what I’ll work on. Michael Houck: Yeah, I just I need to see it so I can start building things out. Michael Houck: Just take some space basically and take a step back and then keep going. Ben Ornstein: Yeah, I’ll try that. I’ll do my best. Michael Houck: When I was, when I was a fricking software engineer, like, and we were building like the pricing models that power Uber Eats. Ben Ornstein: Well, I will, I will do my best to, um, just keep pushing this forward. Michael Houck: You’re doing, you’re honestly doing an amazing job. Ben Ornstein: yet, none of those work. But it’s fine. Michael Houck: Look, there’s always going to be more things we can do. Ben Ornstein: I want this to be so good. Michael Houck: So I yeah, well It will be if you look look at the progress you made in one week. Ben Ornstein: I’ll continue trying to keep that expectation up. Ben Ornstein: OK, well, I’m going to go. I did get one viral examples done. Michael Houck: Sorry, you mean it’s in Beehive? What did I just say? Ben Ornstein: You said Notion. Michael Houck: Yes, it’s in Beehive. Ben Ornstein: It’s there it just needs the wire works and then next week. Michael Houck: Thanks, dude. Ben Ornstein: Okay Hopefully I got some good updates by end of week for you. Sounds good, bro.
