Andrew Safranko: Hey, good morning everyone, I’ll let everyone join. Kelley Louise: Hi! Steve Spurgat: Hello. Andrew Safranko: I’m going to grab the recording here. Alright, so I know Joanna can’t make it today, but I just want to get a quick TB out of the way and then if we have time, we can brainstorm on the back half. Does that sound good? Kelley Louise: Yeah, sure. Andrew Safranko: Cool. And I’ll just share my screen. My screen. Perfect. Alright, let me just get this shared in a sec. So we’re working on a few different pieces this month for you guys. We’ve got three newsletters going out — the B2B content newsletter, that’s going to be focused on their LinkedIn strategy, B2B content newsletter two is going to be focused on AI tools for content teams, and then B2B content newsletter three is going to be focused on writing with AI. So we’ve got three newsletters this month, good spread. And then we have your personal newsletter, which is already locked in. And then we have a brand newsletter. So big content month. Some of these are for LinkedIn and some of these are for email. Joanna has been updating the Google Drive links with every piece of content as we lock it. I know she’s not here today, but I’ll quickly update you on where we’re at with things. So newsletter one, we’re not going to start writing it yet because we have a two to four week timeline for content. But just to let you know where we’re at with newsletter one, you let me know last week that you’re still working on this. So when you have an update for us, let us know and we’ll get to work on it. Newsletter two, same deal there. We haven’t gotten the go-ahead to start from you yet, so once you let me know that we’re good on strategy, I’ll spin up the team and we’ll get it rolling. Newsletter three, same thing. We have a loose brief and I’ll be updating that today. In terms of personal newsletter, I believe this is complete. Um, Steve, what was the final status on the personal newsletter? Steve Spurgat: I’m just pulling it up. Yes, it looks like it is sent, it’s published. Andrew Safranko: Perfect. And Kelly, are you happy with how that came out? Kelley Louise: Yes, I haven’t sent that version of it yet. Andrew Safranko: Oh, okay, so it’s ready to send. Kelley Louise: I saw that one was the one that’s about, um, uh, hiring, right? Andrew Safranko: Um, I’m not, let me look. Steve, what was the topic of the personal newsletter? Steve Spurgat: So the last version I have is. The Personal Proof Of Work, that was the topic. Kelley Louise: Yeah, Personal Proof Of Work. I haven’t sent that yet, but I’ve been sending it in batches. So I sent the last one but haven’t sent this one yet. Andrew Safranko: Cool. And Steve, what are the LinkedIn posts that have been completed? Steve Spurgat: So we had 15 LinkedIn posts. Two were rejected, which are still pending. Six are published. And then there’s seven that are in queue to be scheduled. Andrew Safranko: And Kelly, what are the statuses of the seven that are in queue to be scheduled? Were these approved, and you just haven’t scheduled them yet, or do they still need your approval before scheduling? Kelley Louise: Um, seven that are in queue to be scheduled. Um, some of them have been approved, but they’re not going into Taplio. I keep running into this issue. With Taplio that I need to, we need to figure out. Cause I click the link and it doesn’t seem to want to update in Taplio, and I need to figure out why that is. Cause I’ll click the approval links and then they’ll come into Taplio, but they might not be scheduled, and then I try to schedule them and they don’t schedule. Andrew Safranko: What kind of error are you getting? Kelley Louise: Well, we go through the approval process and I click approve, and then they come into Taplio, and I’ll pick a time, and then it just seems to not post on that day. And sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. And so I don’t know what’s going on. Andrew Safranko: Okay, interesting. I’m going to pull Joanna in on this, but I believe this is a Taplio issue, not necessarily a Megaphone issue. But the solution might be to just directly schedule in Taplio and bypass the content hub for scheduling. Let me loop in Joanna and we’ll circle back with a better answer for that. Kelley Louise: Yeah, so basically I can give you guys approval and then maybe you guys can schedule them. Andrew Safranko: Yeah. Kelley Louise: Yeah, if that’s easier. Andrew Safranko: Yeah, I think that might be the solution here. And then so out of the seven, how many have been approved? Kelley Louise: Um, well, I’ve been going through, I think, two or three of them have been approved. Yeah. And then there’s some that I need to go through. Andrew Safranko: Got it. And then the two that were rejected, what was the feedback there? Kelley Louise: Um, let me see if I can pull that up. Um, okay. Is this a list of, um, these are some rejections? The two I rejected were, uh, it was about sales prospecting on LinkedIn. It just didn’t feel like it was, it felt too salesy, like it felt like an ad, you know what I mean? And then, uh, the second one I rejected was, uh, it was about, let me see, do I have those? Andrew Safranko: I can look for them. Kelley Louise: Um, something about LinkedIn strategy or something. I just felt like the content quality wasn’t there, it could be better. Andrew Safranko: Okay. And Kelly, is there anything that you want to flag for the brainstorm portion? Kelley Louise: Um, yeah, I have some topics that I want to pitch. And then I also want to kind of talk through any topics related to Q4. Um, we’re just going to see what happens with the market and stuff, but if there are things related to Q4 activities, you know, like going to trade shows and stuff like that, that might be good for content. Andrew Safranko: Absolutely. And I’m going to have Joanna join us for the brainstorm if we get there. Um, if there’s any topics you want to share in Slack beforehand, you can just ping me. And I’ll have the team add them to the master list. But otherwise, we can look through the master list when we get on. Any other questions before I go? Kelley Louise: No, I think that’s it for now. Andrew Safranko: Great. And Steve, did you want to add anything? Steve Spurgat: No, I’m all good. Thank you. Andrew Safranko: Alright. Talk soon everyone. Bye. Kelley Louise: Bye.
