[Jack Haymart]: since we last spoke. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, pretty good. Well, I guess, okay, I got a concussion, but other than that, pretty good. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: That’s a little brutal. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, just, you know, surfing and freak crazy wipeout and not much I could do about it. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Hey, I love surfing. Where’d you surf at? [Michael Houck]: I’m in Charleston, so down at Folly Beach. [Jack Haymart]: Nice, man. Nice. Well, yeah, it’s been a minute. A lot of new changes I know we were kind of talking about plugging in, helping out kind of your team, helping your clients out a little bit. Um, it sounded like if I recall correctly to like LinkedIn was the biggest interest for you guys. Some Twitter. No, we, we do both. [Michael Houck]: Uh, we have a bunch of clients on both platforms, so I would want to put something, you know, I think the, the thinking was let’s test this with me and my account on LinkedIn. My Twitter is banned right now. So yeah, that’s good. But then once we do that, then we’d say, all right, let’s roll it out to all clients across both platforms. [Jack Haymart]: Yeah, that’s right. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: That’s right. [Jack Haymart]: Okay. Well, yeah, so we did some new, new shifts, kind of had a whole new redesign of the platform. So really excited to show you the platform today. Um, give your thoughts, get you hopefully sign up today and get started and test now your account on LinkedIn. Uh, let me show my screen here. We’ll kind of jump into it. So. This is our platform now. So we’ve changed this screen quite a bit, if you recall from last time. [Michael Houck]: This is my first time seeing it. [Jack Haymart]: First time through. Okay, perfect. Perfect. So this is our kind of our admin panel overview page where you would potentially be able to see our client accounts, how they’re engaging, but also your accounts. Right here, you can see the current active agents you have. You have the username of the account, the platform, and then you get a full daily report of how many hours it’s worked this week. My favorite part here is you can kind of see the time saved, right? So once they’ve worked an hour, you can see the money you’ve saved on that versus a social media manager. And then on the right here is where you have evolutions. So this is where you can see how your agent changes, how your agent’s evolving with the feedback that you give it. And then finally, you have recent actions. You have kind of a calendar here where you can add content, content calendar. And then you have your So we just added a LinkedIn integration. We’re actually still connecting our company account because it’s pretty much brand new. But right here is where you can see the agent tab. This is our company agent. If you go to manage, you’ll see there’s a lot going on here, but essentially this is where you can see all the activity of your digital twin. So you can see the posts, the replies, the likes that it wants to make. This is our company Twitter account, for example. You can see a post it wants to make, and you’re able to either approve, have the AI schedule it, pick the best time to post it for you, make it an instant post, or schedule it for a specific date and time. And they can also reject the post, give feedback for why you don’t like the post, or you can edit it in platform, say there was a small tweak before you wanted to go live with the post. Something new we recently added is variation. So you’re able to see the original posts. You can choose a more shorter, minimalist version, or a detailed, highly technical version, for example. So this allows the user, again, to come in, pick the variation they like, and then approve, reject, or schedule that out. So we have that for posts. We have that for replying, liking, quotes, anything along those lines. For example, if Asia wants to like this post, you can see the activity on the post, and you can Let it happen and occur this one already occurred. [Michael Houck]: So it’s already passed Can I just like give you a carte blanche and say whatever you want to like go like but whatever you want to post I need to approve for example. [Jack Haymart]: Yeah, so we have in the settings tab You can name your persona and then you get full control of The number of posts that are going to occur on the account You can choose to go auto mode like you said where the agent just makes the post itself you can approvals or you can turn it off. Same thing with replies, reposting, liking and quoting. So again, this just gives you that full visibility and control where say you wanted to have, you know, auto liking, like you mentioned, you put on auto mode, that’s what we have right now. So it’s doing 126 likes per week. And that’s, you know, you can kind of see how many, how much, how many times it will occur as well right here. Same thing with posting, you could choose auto, require approval. And then we also just added images. So you can also upload your own attachments and images and add up to 50 images for the agent’s knowledge base to pull from and smart capture and make the post for you. So your agent can craft the post based on your instructions as well. So say you were like, you know, I want three posts over the next two days using these images, right? You can put the images in here, upload them. And you also this whole knowledge base where you can add your own images and files for the agent to use in posting. And then we also have evolutions. This is where you can kind of track how your agent’s changing over time in terms of, you know, say it’s becoming more humorous or maybe it’s getting better feedback from you that it likes the more serious tonality, right? You’ll see the evolution of your digital twin. And you can also chat to it, ask it questions, kind of give it updates with memory, which is coming soon as well. So that’s like a pretty thorough overview. This is the link, this is the Twitter version of the platform. In terms of LinkedIn, we do have it where you can create your own LinkedIn account. The way LinkedIn works is you go in, you give it that professional information about if it’s for a personal brand, you know, what do you do? What’s your background? You can put goals as well, communication style data You want to be more factual, more creative, and then kind of getting details as well, like, you know, what tone do you want? What type of content do you prefer to share? Post length, so you can choose the different types of lengths, posts, how long you want them to be for LinkedIn, and then also upload files, anything special about your agent or your persona you want them to know about, websites as well. The biggest shift with our LinkedIn version for visibility The first thing is that LinkedIn, we only have posting built out right now because LinkedIn’s API is so anti-automation. We’re doing some workarounds and in pipeline, we do have like commenting, reposting, interactions, automation. But currently you think of the LinkedIn agent as more your digital twin that’s creating these posts. So it’s essentially the same as the Twitter one, but it’s just the post output. And then you’re able to see the post. You can have images that you associate with them and then you can approve them in platform and basically get that automated building of posting. And then you come in and you approve what you want to go live on the account. [Michael Houck]: Um, excuse me. Um, okay. One question would be, uh, well, I guess a two part question. One, um, is there a timeline to get the other stuff for LinkedIn? Because for us, that’s the primary interest more so than post creation, but I’ll probably experiment with the post. Creation side too. But that’s like, if I’m just doing it for my LinkedIn account, like all I can do is test the post creation, that’s not going to give me enough data to know if we should apply this to all of our folks or not. [Jack Haymart]: You want the micro interactions? [Michael Houck]: Right now, I have a team that does that for all our clients. And I’m trying to like automate all of that work, right? That’s like our top priority here. So that’s number one. And then number two, sort of maybe similar type of questions. And you’re talking about like, platform rules and things like that would Have you guys had anyone get suspended or banned through using the tool? No, we haven’t. [Jack Haymart]: No one has gotten suspended or banned to date. So that’s the good news. And we are really working to stay within the guidelines of everything. LinkedIn is the strictest, of course, on these rules. Twitter has been really relaxed. We haven’t had any issues with Twitter at all. And Twitter does have that automated engagement piece. So for your Twitter clients, that’s definitely something. Or even if you wanted to set up just a fake account and test out the Twitter side, for of the automated engagements that can happen through Twitter. And we’re just building out LinkedIn is probably about two weeks. We’re working to either build out where you can like massive prove a bunch of interactions so that it’s not automated per TOS, but it’s technically, again, you can bulk approve a bunch of engagements ahead of time and that’s essentially automating the task for you. [Michael Houck]: I mean, that would work for us because then I could just basically one guy on our team who sort of manages this whole thing and just hits the mass approve and then they go. All right, that’s easy. [Jack Haymart]: So in terms of just pricing as well as visibility, we have two main tiers and we have an agency tier we also just built out. So we have a 250 tier, which is the basic plan. That’s 250 a month. You can choose between Twitter or LinkedIn. And the only guardrails is it’s a little bit capped on engagement level in terms of how many posts you can do per week, for example. [Michael Houck]: Um, I actually don’t know the cap yet. [Jack Haymart]: We just, we really just get the, got this new system built out where we have the free plan as well. So you have a three day free trial irregardless. Um, and then I think the cap, I’ll talk to my team, but I believe it’s about 50% of the volume. So like from one 26 down to like 61 or something, um, 63. So just having, it’s having the volume. You also don’t get images on the two 50 plan. Uh, that’s the other thing I’m aware of Um, But yeah, and then the 250 plan would be a great way to kind of just test it out again We have three days of free trial irregardless of which plan you pick and then we have a $500 tier which lets you have unlimited volume image uploads memory And some of the other, you know, nice nice fine-tuned feature sets And then finally we have an agency tier which is a $500 setup fee and then it’s just 350 per account managed per month And you get unlimited and you can have it beyond any platform, things of that manner as well. It’s just per agent pricing at that middle ground between both tiers, but on caps volume. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Michael Houck]: Got it. So just so I’m super clear on that. So the options, if we’re going to do the agency tier, presumably it would be $500 set up fee and then three 50 per month per account. And for that we get unlimited volume of everything, posts, engagements, whatever. And we also can’t the image thing if we want to, and it will have And I can talk to my team and get back to you on if you like the details on the difference between the two tiers. [Jack Haymart]: I know you sound like you want to test this out with your LinkedIn or like a burner Twitter account. Um, so that sounds, sounds good to me. Yeah. I mean, it’s, it’s, it’s a, it’s a, it good to you. You can just sign up on our website, I can drop a link to you, and I can get some details. Is there any other details you’d like, I assume timeline details on LinkedIn, automation, or mass approvals, and then just the delta between 250 and 500 tier if you were to try it out. Is that the biggest tip? [Michael Houck]: If we’re thinking about bringing over a bunch of accounts on the agency tier, could I just try it out with a burner Twitter account for free for like a week? [Jack Haymart]: Yeah, I can talk to my team. Let me circle back. But I think that’s definitely something we can do for sure. [Michael Houck]: Okay, cool. Because that’d be great. And then assuming that goes well, we would ramp this up to I don’t even know, quite a few accounts, maybe like 20 plus. Like immediately. So okay, perfect. Yeah, let me circle back my team. [Jack Haymart]: And then I can give you those details. And we can we can go from there. Okay, cool, man. [Michael Houck]: I think the pricing works. So I’ll let you know if any other questions come up. But I like the I like the UX. It’s seems pretty straightforward. So cost-wise, this should work for us. So let me know what you hear back from the team, and then we’ll go from there. Perfect. Sounds good, Michael. I appreciate it. [Jack Haymart]: Have a good rest of your week, and we’ll be in touch. Cool, man. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Appreciate the time. Talk soon. See you. Bye.
