[Samantha Gamboa]: I’ve been working out of airbnbs for so long now It’s honestly it’s really fun. [Samantha Gamboa]: Uh, one of our co-workers today had cookies delivered to her and she shared them with everybody and was chatting over cookies delicious Always good Hi Andrew, how’s it going? Hi Sammy, good. [Samantha Gamboa]: How are you doing? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Doing well. [Samantha Gamboa]: We might have a smaller call today. I think Ty is still out He declined us and PDM isn’t coming I wonder if Brooks or anyone else is coming in place of Ty. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Let me double check. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: But let’s go ahead and get started for the sake of things. [Samantha Gamboa]: I already met with with TDM, they gave us an update. They’re working on the July blogs, July keyword mapping and structure analysis. They already gave us their monthly reporting for June and they only report on a monthly basis since SEL moves a bit slower. Money marketers, obviously they’re not here, but we can skip that. On our end, same for Augment side, we are working on reading that keyword mapping structure and a couple of other content clusters. Obviously last week we had our live stream, which we have recordings of we’re ready to chop up. Then right after this call, I am meeting with our design team to work on implementing the article scheme on the back end of the website. For you guys, I had several questions. First, I know we talked about some reporting updates. [Michael Houck]: Were we able to get all of those in and they made sense from our previous call? Yeah, so I think Andrew’s dropping the metrics in right now. So we’ll share a screen there in a second. But yes, those are the the metrics and every call we will have tracking like we did last quarter. So we’ll have that ready to go. Yeah. [Samantha Gamboa]: I had a question, live stream content. I know you guys don’t necessarily come to the back end of the live stream. Are you watching those? How are you able to get that? [Michael Houck]: And how can I get that content across socials? So specifically, do you mean like using clips from it after the fact or? [Samantha Gamboa]: Are you using Opus or anything? Do you need me to give you a link to the video? How can we get that out? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, so link to the video is really all we need. And if you guys have specific like areas or like questions and answers and things like from that, that you want us to highlight, just like include that timestamp when you share the video link. But if not, we’ll also watch through it and pick out some ones that we think look good. The only other data point we would need from you is like, what is the the amount of clips that we’re looking for from that. [Samantha Gamboa]: I don’t think we have to do too much of anything. It just would be nice to, you know, obviously we had those events. It’d be cool if we’re able to share any of those clips on socials and make sure we’re getting those out for people to see, whether that’s one clip, a few watching, or like, hey, this is super relevant. I’ll kind of leave that to y’all, but just want to make sure we’re getting those out. [Michael Houck]: Okay, cool. Yeah, I think the sooner that we get the link with the video, and again, any timestamps you want us to use after it’s done, the faster we’ll be able to get them out, but we can just incorporate those into the sort of normal weekly batches that we do. One call that I wanted to make on that too actually was, I think that we had talked on the last call about the live stream sort of coming up, and also this relates to Power 22, power 20 coming up too. And I think that we had like that, that bit of time beforehand. But then I don’t think that we got, like, either confirmation on when it was going, or any assets, like what the actual list of companies for the power 20 was going to be until relatively soon before the first need to go, I think one was even like same day. So that put that put some strain on Jacob on the writing side. [Samantha Gamboa]: So I think that the more lead time we can get there just integrated in front of weekly batches the better obviously sometimes there’s going to be stuff that’s outside of your guys’s control with like when that goes live and finalizing things but um the more lead time uh the better for sure yeah so I I’m not sure if it was actually helpful or not what we kind of tried to do this time we were trying to tell soccer who puts together the power 20 report that we wanted more lead time on socials and trying to generate that from the reports obviously we’re only as soon as it goes through compliance we’re told okay you can use this to generate content But then as soon as it goes through compliance is when it’s ready to go out. So it’s very tight So they’re like, oh, well, what if we put together skeletons of the post which is what you receive from Marcelo? Were those actually helpful? Were they not that helpful? [Michael Houck]: I think we just need a process around that sort of like Day of like launch for these types of things because I know that like on the thing was Monday. I Just I’m conscious of Jacob’s in his time, he’s got like four kids, right? So I’m just very conscious of, you know, him putting in late night hours and things like that. So maybe for the next one, let’s sync up on one of these calls when it gets closer to this, like what the process and timeline will be. Do you still want me having Marcela do that though? [Samantha Gamboa]: Cause I know we had to kind of ask him to do that, but if it wasn’t even beneficial, I can tell him like, don’t worry about it. [Michael Houck]: I’ll touch base with Jacob to get on that point in particular, if that was helpful. I don’t know off the top of my head, but I’ll follow up with you on that. [Samantha Gamboa]: Okay, perfect. That was a question I had for you here. The other thing was, Noah and I kind of saw that now that we’re including CTAs, that kind of messed with some of the images on those social posts. Is that something moving forward? [Michael Houck]: Did we shake that out? Yeah, that won’t be an issue. That was just an implementation sort of mistake that happened. When you drop a link into like a scheduling tool, for example, the link shows up as an image if it has like the thumbnail website or whatever. And that was mistakenly sort of got through. So no, we’ll make sure that that doesn’t happen in the future. Okay, perfect. [Samantha Gamboa]: Um, well, since it’s just y’all, and if you want to go into your reporting, and I’ll have to sync with Taiwanese back and then I already talked to PDM. [Michael Houck]: Cool, cool. Performance tracker here. I can take it, Andrew. So okay, so ignore Q2. Obviously, that’s done. I can actually just remove this. Actually, I think that’s updated. But for Q3, I broke this up into null versus augment account. We are trending a little behind on impressions, not dangerously so, but a little behind. I think, you know, by the end of this month, we want to be at 100k. So we got some work to do. And then similarly on the other metrics. We’re just trending a little bit behind normal pace for Nils. And we did set decently aggressive goals. But we still want to be a little ahead of where we are. So we’re working on that. [Andrew Cheng]: Can I add something there? Sure. So like we discussed last week, we are looking at or we’re starting to boost more posts. So today we boosted a post. I’ve been looking at just general performance over the last week on posts. And a lot of of Noel’s post pick up around the second or third hour. So we started boosting within that first 15 minutes today. And we did notice a big change already that he is getting more impressions early on and hopefully it carries on throughout the rest of the day. So hopefully those impression numbers, follower numbers, they all go up with the boost that we are. [Samantha Gamboa]: Where would I go to see which ones were boosted and how much we’re spending? [Michael Houck]: We can add that tracking into here if it’s not already in here. [Samantha Gamboa]: We can go to that. Is that on the social post for NOL or the augmented social you said? [Andrew Cheng]: So we’re starting with NOL and then if we we can go into augmented media but I think we’re focusing on NOL right now. [Samantha Gamboa]: Okay. Okay so is it just not in here yet or am I missing it? [Michael Houck]: Yeah we’ll add a more clearer view for that stuff for next meeting. But we’re abiding by the sort of budget that was That we’re set, so we’ll make sure that that’s tracked too. [Samantha Gamboa]: If you remind me, are you doing it on just LinkedIn or is that Twitter too? Or sorry, X, I’ll never get used to that. [Andrew Cheng]: Right now we’re just doing it on LinkedIn. [Samantha Gamboa]: And what’s the, are you doing a monthly spend or quarterly? [Michael Houck]: I think it’s 500 a month is the budget if I’m I will double check. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I also don’t recall. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I’m like, I’m like, 85% sure it’s 500 a month. That’s what I recall. [Andrew Cheng]: So I’ll double check on that. [Samantha Gamboa]: And are you guys running that on your card billing back? Or do you have a card already for from us that you are using? [Michael Houck]: So you guys have a subscription monthly set up for that already with with the card. And so we’re just taking the operational side of it. Off your guys’ hands, rather than being a user of the platform. [Samantha Gamboa]: We’re just doing it. Great. OK. I appreciate that. And then, yeah, if I can just get a separate tab for boosted posts, and then I can see spend versus performance, that way I can let Noel and Jameson know that as we head up. [Michael Houck]: We’ll also break it down to let you guys see how are boosted posts in aggregate doing versus non-boosted posts in aggregate. How much of a lift are we getting from the boost? You guys can track ROI that way. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Awesome. [Samantha Gamboa]: I love that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Samantha Gamboa]: Um, what else should we talk about here? Reporting wise? Um, I mean, Andrew, you can, you can talk to me here. [Michael Houck]: I know that, uh, we haven’t gotten as many posts out as we wanted. Can you talk about that a bit? Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: So I just took a look at our, our notion page and we do have quite a bit of a pipeline built up in the last week. Like I’ve been seeing over 35 new or posts that are either in review or ready to go. And a lot of those do include augments. So those numbers should be going up in the next. Couple weeks. [Samantha Gamboa]: Do you need to ping Jack to get that moving? [Andrew Cheng]: Jack’s been really good. [Andrew Cheng]: We are starting to build that pipeline. We started a couple weeks ago and we are moving along. So we, you know, we post about three to four times a week. [Samantha Gamboa]: And so we are set for the next few weeks, assuming everything does go through. [Andrew Cheng]: I’d like to hear it. [Andrew Cheng]: Those will also include CTAs moving forward. [Samantha Gamboa]: And if you’re like, hey, I’m sending these, I haven’t heard back, Jack’s usually pretty quick, but if you don’t hear, let me know and I’ll just go knock on the window over there. [Andrew Cheng]: Oh, absolutely. He’s very quick. So we’re greatly appreciative of that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: And we’re excited about the CTAs. I spent some time on a call with Jacob actually, I guess it was yesterday, Tuesday, yesterday morning, where we jammed on some CTA ideas. So those will be included in everything. As we talked about. [Samantha Gamboa]: I see here that you’ve already started adding CTAs. Yeah. Remind me if you get this reporting, are you able to tell me the amount of clicks you get on the CTA in those platforms or no? [Andrew Cheng]: So I don’t believe, let me know, but I don’t believe so because this is mostly, at least right now, is LinkedIn to Augment’s page. So I think we’re not going to have access to either of those. We might have access to LinkedIn. [Samantha Gamboa]: What I can do is I can pull out on the backend and I can put in here for you when I do my monthly reporting, because on a monthly basis, I have to go into Google Analytics, you know, all of our different tools and see where all of our traffic comes from So I can do some traffic attribution to see what socials are doing. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, so I think that would be great, because we don’t have a lot of visibility there. But obviously, it’s an important kind of KPI. [Samantha Gamboa]: So I’ll add something in this sheet where you can just drop that in super easily on on individual posts that do have Links, um, and that would be that’d be immensely helpful My other request would be let’s make sure that everything that we’re boosting has Links in it just because I don’t want to be boosting things that it’s just for You know kind of vanity metrics. [Michael Houck]: I’ll make sure we’re boosting to get traction to the website Good and do um Do we care more about traffic to like I guess the blog is the primary place where we want to be linking out to right? [Samantha Gamboa]: Um Unless it’s like something specific like power 20 or a live streamer or something like that So I’d say power 20 is always going to be something that we want to push to because we spend money to get it done And it also happens to be something that typically drives a good amount of signups for us Um, we also want to make sure You know I’m not ever going to tell you guys what content’s great because we pay you guys so that we don’t have to do that And you guys are definitely more versed in those kind of areas of what directly is relevant currently but what I would say is if if there’s any time that you’re able to boost a post that goes to the collective or goes to the power 20, to the things that are big drivers for us, for users, the collective is where everyone’s like, Oh my gosh, I need to get in on this. And then the power 20 is what kind of drives that FOMO of like, here’s a top 20 power companies. You should own a piece of it. And so if you’re ever able to get that, um, have you seen the tagline on like our merchant says own the future? So like generating that kind would be the type of post that I would prefer to spend money on. But obviously if you’re like, hey, this blog is super relevant because of the big beautiful bill or whatever, and you want to boost that, I’m going to let you guys have that, you know, leeway to make those decisions. But ultimately what I am kind of held to and what Jameson’s held to is amount of users generated for the platform. And so it would be great if I can be like, hey, Megaphone posted these three CTAs, we saw this many clicks, one of those, you know, 20 generated a new user for that. And then that also gets attributed to you guys. So, cool. That’s a really helpful breakdown. [Michael Houck]: And that makes a lot of sense also, just for the business and for the product. I think, yeah, I wanted to make sure that we weren’t going, if we were going to focus on that, I didn’t want to step on the, you know, the blog teams sort of toes and be like, Hey, we’re taking traffic away from from you guys, but yeah, our goal is user generation first and foremost. That makes total sense. [Samantha Gamboa]: So that’s all of it, right? Like we’re spending money generating that long form content. We should be double dipping into and getting it on socials, but ultimately we’re generating that content to generate future buyer awareness. And at the end of the day, we get paid by making money based off of the trades they’re making on the platform. [Michael Houck]: Makes total sense. All right. We will, I’ll sync again with Jacob. And give him some more detail there, but that’s sort of aligned with what we were already talking about. [Samantha Gamboa]: So it makes sense. I’m not going to tell you like to not be worried about those vanity metrics because Noel wants to be the first person out that, you know, he wants to be generating that thought leadership. He definitely still wants all of those things, but you know, they want to make sure like we’re getting signups. [Michael Houck]: Ultimately we need to prove ROI. We need to grow the business. We want the, we want the step change outcome where you guys are able to go out and raise a giant next round and then invest more in social, right? [Samantha Gamboa]: That’s the, that’s what it says. Yeah, always. Bottom line is always money if we’re, you know, in particular when you’re talking to Noel. Yeah. Cool. Okay. So yeah, just, just when you get a chance, if you can bump me on Slack and let me know that you have those boosted tabs in there, um, and then I’ll make sure on my month of reporting, which, oh my God, where did July go? I’m pulling for you guys traffic on what social is generating and I’ll actually try and see if I can give you a breakdown of what we’re seeing paid social versus um organic social Cool. Yeah, and then if you as you’re looking through that if there’s any um anything that stands out to you, uh about how we can Uh, you know maximize those numbers as much as possible Like please like don’t hesitate to to send us uh, send us that because that’s obviously going to be our focus Yeah, so that’s really why I wanted to get CTAs going in the first place because right now, like the last few months, I haven’t seen anything traffic wise on what I’m reporting on from social because of the fact that these weren’t going to the site, which isn’t bad because we were really trying to build up those accounts and I think we’re really seeing that happening here. Obviously, we still want to continue to get those follower numbers up. We still want to get those going, but I think we’re, you know, seeing that move, especially for Noel. I get that dial going all the way through the site. [Michael Houck]: Basically shown that people are responsive to the content. And now we want to increase the growth rate as much as possible. What we’re seeing, we’re seeing responses. So now let’s plug it into that bigger funnel and drive business results too. It makes total sense. Absolutely. [Samantha Gamboa]: Awesome. Anything else reporting wise y’all wanted to call out? Anything you need from me? I’m working on getting this video downloaded for you. I can get you that, and then you can get linking to it for the live stream talking about. Yeah, and you guys are seeing the blogs as they’re coming out, right? You guys have visibility on the blogs and manual. [Michael Houck]: I’m not sure actually, like, is it gonna be through the channel or through the full team channel or? [Samantha Gamboa]: Yeah, normally you should be seeing those going through that content channel, but if not, I can make sure that we’re tagging you guys as those go live, that way you can have some time to. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, either that or Sammy, I know that we have the Google Sheet for each team too. So maybe if we just have access to the sheet, we can sort of track that without needing to throw it on your plate. [Samantha Gamboa]: Everything should be on that main sheet that everyone, the master sheet that everyone has access to. I just feel like I’m constantly telling people, hey, make sure you’re updating this. So I’m also going to ask that there you guys as things go live. [Michael Houck]: That’d be helpful. [Samantha Gamboa]: Yeah, that’d be great. Okay, great. That sounds good. Anything else I can do to support y’all? I think we’re making good reporting updates. I think we’re making good, good changes here. I would just say really anything you guys can do to really hone in on formatting across socials. I know Noel’s been in the chat a little bit. Being kind of nitpicky. So just getting tighten that up a little bit because he always sends me a message when he calls that out He doesn’t ever wait for me to say anything. He’s just like here you go and then says something so just Make sure you’re minding your p’s and q’s when it comes to those things. [Michael Houck]: So because yeah I sent a message to the team because I think I sort of saw the same thing I was like, you know, we don’t want you guys to have to worry about that stuff. So From writing to editing to ops all three sides on our end have been sort of reminded of the importance of that. So we will, we’ll be tightening it up for sure. Sorry about that. [Samantha Gamboa]: I appreciate that. All right. Okay. That’s pretty much everything I had. Anything I can do to support y’all better? [Andrew Cheng]: I had a quick question. Go ahead Andrew. I just had a quick question about Read Oak. [Samantha Gamboa]: Sammy, did you receive access from Andrew yet? Okay. It sounded like Mark was unhappy with the process there, which I was also happy that he was unhappy with that process. [Andrew Cheng]: We’re all a little confused. To use there, but we’ll, I’m sure they’ll iron it out. But because the reason why I’m asking, because I have a lot to send to compliance today, so I’m going to continue using the old for now. [Samantha Gamboa]: Yes, I’ll reach out to Mark right now and let him know that you’re still going to be using Handris since we haven’t received invites and let him know to expect that. Do you have a line of communication to Mark as needed or no? [Andrew Cheng]: I actually email him when something is urgent or when we have breaking news with Noel. So I pretty much email him immediately and say, hey, this is Handris, can you take a look? That’s good. [Samantha Gamboa]: Okay, I’m sending the Slack right now just so you have the… Yeah, it seemed like Andrew was saying we’re ready to go today, but then… [Andrew Cheng]: Yeah, no, he was saying that, but that just seems… [Samantha Gamboa]: We already have so many cooks in the kitchen. [Samantha Gamboa]: I don’t think we need to be adding more cooks in the kitchen, and that really seemed like it was going to be the situation based of how they were describing it. And Mark was not into that. And I’m thankful for that because I feel like, I mean, I adore Mark. I think he’s a great person, but he drives me freaking nuts and I don’t need any more Marks in my life. [Michael Houck]: The fewer lawyers involved, the better is usually the mantra that I like to use. [Samantha Gamboa]: I think they’re just like, they’re just compliance officers that are just there to make sure lawyers don’t get involved, which I get it. You’re not on Read Houck yet, are you? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, no one. [Samantha Gamboa]: I didn’t see an invite come in and I’m on the phone with Megaphone for a content meeting and we didn’t see any invites yet. Have you? Okay, perfect. [Michael Houck]: I think Andrew is just a hot mess and that’s why. As that gets figured out, just keep Keep Andrew in particular, but keep us in the loop, and we’ll do whatever is needed. But yeah, I guess for today, Andrew, keep using Hedries. Absolutely. [Samantha Gamboa]: OK, I appreciate you all. Let me know if you need anything else, and I’ll keep an eye out for that bump on the updated reporting. [Michael Houck]: Sounds good. Thanks, Sammy. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Thanks, Andrew.
