[UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Hello, hello. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: It’s been a second. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: It has been a second. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: How are you? Samantha Gamboa: I’m doing pretty well. Samantha Gamboa: How are you? Good. A bit swamped, but that’s okay. We’re loving life. Where are you located, Gentar? [Ty Aravazhi]: I am in Chicago right now. Samantha Gamboa: Oh, that’s good. Samantha Gamboa: I hope you’re not getting as awful weather as we are here in Texas. I mean, first things first, we’re like the lucky ones because there’s been unfortunately a lot of tragedy around so much of the rain lately in the floods, but it is raining again today and there’s only so much our grounds can take so my parking lot looks like a swamp just hoping it doesn’t rise up into my first floor apartment. [Ty Aravazhi]: Oh my god is it like is that an actual possibility? Samantha Gamboa: No and I think it wouldn’t be that bad it just happens to be like right between our like buildings because I live in like Garden Side where we have a bunch of buildings there’s just a ditch that’s really accumulating water so worst case scenario would like come up through my back door slightly but we could put towels down. Right. Much worse flooding in a lot of other places but definitely not ideal and it doesn’t feel like summertime at all it just feels like sad I almost want to put a fire in the fireplace situation you know yeah oh boy hi Andrew nice to finally get to meet you hi sammy likewise nice to meet everyone how are things going over at megaphone they’re good they’re busy so no complaints there Do you know if anyone else from your team is joining us? [Andrew Cheng]: I believe Houck’s joining. Samantha Gamboa: I’m not sure about Ben. I think Houck might be here. Ben declined. Houck put a question mark, maybe. I don’t think we’ll get Brooks or Cass, right, Ty? It looks like they’re always on, but they don’t respond if they’re coming or not. So I think this might be us for now. I already talked to them. Who has Milner email? I have them on here, but I always forget who that is. [Ty Aravazhi]: It’s Parker. [Ty Aravazhi]: He’s also on our team. Samantha Gamboa: Oh, okay. Yeah. Well, I’ll go ahead and get started just to get into things. And then if they hop in, we can have them join us. I had a really good call with PDM. Most important for you. We’re putting you on a monthly call with them just because since you’re actually doing the writing and they’re optimizing it, I want you to be able to see the reporting and the fruits of your efforts there. So I think that’ll be helpful. So just jumping around this agenda a little bit, I can start with money marketers, just kind of go through stuff. I’m actually going to show you briefly some of the reporting that they gave us because I think it was really very tidy and really helpful to get to see what’s actually happening. So for the month of June, we actually saw over 1,500 sessions. We still haven’t hit that peak of what we did in April, but we’re coming back trying to get to it. The best news for me and Jameson was we saw 449 new user signups. Are you guys seeing my screen? I think you might be. Yeah. Let me know if you have any questions of these as I go through. Then they of went through the actual brand versus non-brand keywords. They saw 430 brand keywords, 153 non-brand. Looking at the site-wide non-brand keyword performance, there were 521 keywords, 70 on the first page, which is awesome, 16 in the top three, and 51 SERP features. That includes the AI features as well, the call-outs now. So the keywords are doing it. We’re seeing what we want to be seeing. The jump in traffic that we’re seeing is great. As well, but we’re finally getting those rankings. So that’s a kudos to both you and PDM for their optimizations, but obviously you’re writing the content and doing that as well. So I just wanted to kind of let you see what your reporting looks like since I know you’re not doing any of the actual traffic or keyword reporting on your end. Is any of the specific reporting more beneficial to you than other? I know that PDM is doing the but if there’s stuff that would be helpful for you on the writing side, I’d love to make sure you’re getting that provided. [Ty Aravazhi]: Yeah. I mean, if, if they are creating reports like this regularly, like, yeah, it would definitely be valuable to have that in our hands and I can share that with our writers. So, you know, they can see, okay, what’s working, what might not be working and going forward, they can just build on optimizing on our end as well. Samantha Gamboa: And the nice thing they do is they give us really granular insights like you can see out of the blog performance in June, how everything actually performed, and then what was optimizations, what was content, what was new content. So I do think this will be beneficial for you guys. So I asked to share this and we’re looping you into upcoming calls, but just so you have that now. And I’ll give this deck to you as well so you can really get into the weeds of it. But most important, I thought, was those keywords getting some really 70 on the first page, I was like, that’s awesome news. This is partly on me and partly just being on PTO, but I noticed that there was a little bit of murkiness between Jameson and I and Kelly on who was doing content optimizations. He asked you to do the ones for me, and I wanted to see if one, those got done, and two, if we should be doing those content optimizations. I took the ones for June, but I wanted to check on May. [Ty Aravazhi]: May should be up. There was only, I updated those and posted those online. There was just the issue of the template for the manual only allowing for four H2s. And so that was the only, I think, David was able to adjust that and so that should be fine now. [Ty Aravazhi]: But yes, that’s been taken care of Samantha Gamboa: Awesome, terrific. Are you really the best resource for that? I think they’re pretty self-explanatory content elevations. So I’m happy to just give this straight to David, unless you, did you do something to it that you think? [Ty Aravazhi]: No, literally all I did was, so I think PDM made the adjustment In red and I just Manually made those adjustments to the blog posts. Okay. Samantha Gamboa: I don’t think you’re the best resource for that just because of your time So moving forward. I’ll take this from you. No worries. How nice to see you here I wanted to check on the April blogs I’ll be honest. This is also something then I’m still playing some catch from being out of office But I noticed this cracker isn’t messaging necessarily being updated. So it’s hard for me to know the status of some of this, cause I’m sure you probably have these started and not started as just not updated, right? [Ty Aravazhi]: So yeah, yeah, yeah. Those are the, I’ve updated everything except that column. I apologize. So the June ones actually, and I’ll take care of this right now. The ones for June, like these three, like seven, eight and nine, these have been written. Um and are currently in compliance right now. We’re just waiting on one final thing to go through. Uh, yeah um We’re just waiting for one more piece to get approved and also uh, I still I’m assuming that we we’re still not publishing anything yet on uh webflow I think there’s been back and forth Jameson between david. Samantha Gamboa: I thought blogs could be published without impacting their the site, but not make broader updates. But David did send a message in slack not that long ago saying please don’t publish anything else. [Ty Aravazhi]: So two out of the three of those June pieces have been compliance approved. So there’s just one more but even once they’re fully compliance approved, I will wait for the go ahead. Samantha Gamboa: But that is approved then and then just not put it to post it until it gets done done. [Jameson Pitts]: I think we really need to answer to that and I really hope it’s not this um I think you should be able to publish from the editor fine is I think the answer like not the designer so like which I think is the access that you have guy um because we’re just forever for months Sammy we’re gonna have like some pages and clients that we can’t publish so um I think I need to reach out to Webflow for this because I don’t think David’s actually very clear on it we’ll have to kind of dramatically change our process if David will have to make those pages in another Webflow instance or something so that we can do things. Where are the July ones? Samantha Gamboa: Are those working, meaning they’re signed? [Ty Aravazhi]: Yes, the July ones are currently being worked on. So these are the April pieces that kind of got skipped over. So those are being worked on right now. We will have those ready, sent to you by July 22nd for marketing approval and SEO optimization. I’m going to be, myself personally, I’m going to be out of office from July 16th to the 23rd, but I’ve already made arrangements to have everything sent to you by the 22nd. Samantha Gamboa: Um, but yeah, that sounds good. Samantha Gamboa: Wait, sorry. Uh, well, those days just don’t bother you. Okay. [Ty Aravazhi]: Uh, July 16th to July 23rd. I’ll be back. Um, July 24th, Thursday, the 24th. Uh, goal is I won’t bother you. Samantha Gamboa: I’m actually out some of those days as well. We have a work event in New York, so that’s helpful. Um, okay. Pedia or sorry, money marketer. Did you have anything else that you wanted to highlight? [Ty Aravazhi]: No, that’s pretty much it. Yeah, like, yeah, we covered everything. So the July pieces are the ones from April. Samantha Gamboa: And then did you happen to see the conversation happening about the QSBS blog? So that was also in the same message that Jameson sent to you when I was out of office. I don’t actually know that you need to touch it. I think PDM is the one optimizing it. And if there’s a lot of edits from PDM, then maybe you can polish it because Jack’s not a writer necessarily, but my understanding looking at it was the blog was written. Yeah. Jameson, did you tag Ty for a specific reason on that? [Jameson Pitts]: I don’t, I think, unless this has moved since I did it, I think what we had from Jack was like a general explainer, not in a context. Next of the heading structure outline that PDM wants to keyword optimize it. And since all of that is build pass, that changes it. So I think that it’s worth a look. Someone should take it and adjust it to the headings that PDM have asked for. And consider recent news if we should, if it needs to be outdated. So yeah, I think Jack’s thing is more just like a resource. Samantha Gamboa: Okay, let me ping that again then, and maybe we will need your turn on it, money marketer team. [Jameson Pitts]: I think it’s large, I think Jack’s thing is great, I’ve Read it, but I think it would like existed in notion before we had the outlook from PBM and before the big beautiful bill passed. So it just needs to look. Okay. That sounds good. Samantha Gamboa: I’ll ping you here. Oh, Kelly already got to it. She said, is there a WordDoc version of this that you can, we aren’t able to make edits or suggestions. Yeah. So if you can just take that version that we have and put it into your normal format, If you need to hold on one of the April blogs, that’s fine, since this one is definitely more timely than anything from April. Just to make sure we can get that one out. [Jameson Pitts]: Is Kali offering to take Jack’s thing and put it into their outline? Samantha Gamboa: I can’t tell. [Jameson Pitts]: or she thinks that’s been done and it’s ready for her? [Ty Aravazhi]: Yeah, I don’t have, because she’s asking me for a Word doc, and I don’t have the Word doc of Jack’s, because there was a separate piece that Jack wrote, and then there was another piece that PDM assigned us, which was related, and we used Jack’s piece to make sure the content was aligned. It’s tax benefits of startup equity a guy here I can even Yes, yeah, there’s like a section in there which I instructed our team to use Jack’s piece as Guidance for that. Yeah done it. Okay that piece that one. [Jameson Pitts]: We might just want to look at post big beautiful and see if we want to add a little like updated top or bottom or something, you know, and make sure it’s still accurate. Samantha Gamboa: And if it, if it, if it references one of the specific rules that changed. Yeah. Okay. That’s super helpful. I’m updating Kelly on that right now. And appreciate you being on top of it. Sorry, we had some of that messiness. This one was written pretty recently. When did the change the BBB bill happen? [Ty Aravazhi]: Last week. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Last week. [Ty Aravazhi]: Like the piece was published. Actually, I don’t know. Samantha Gamboa: No, so this is this is actually one of the pieces that has just been compliance approved, but it’s not published to the site Do you know if it was written before last week though? Yeah, okay Okay So that’s just gonna have to go back through that pipeline of just make sure it’s refreshed then send it back to pdf Sorry about that. I know not ideal. And I’ll mark them in the status. Editing. What is your email address? For this tracker, I’m trying to comment, but I can’t seem to find you, Ty. [Ty Aravazhi]: It could be, so the email that I normally use is tyatwalkonholdings.com. Samantha Gamboa: Hopefully that tag worked for you. Should I update your email on this invite as well? [Ty Aravazhi]: Yes, I’ve been meaning to say that for, yes, yes, please. Samantha Gamboa: Okay. I’m gonna go, do you want me to remove the other one? [Ty Aravazhi]: Yeah, yeah, we can do that. Samantha Gamboa: Okay. I also, Andrew, for some reason somewhere, Your email was listed at Andrew at megaphone period studio That’s not right. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Is it? Samantha Gamboa: Oh, it’s Andrew at megaphone studio.com Okay, I’m removing that one, too That was an issue getting you into hadries too, I know Okay, now that that’s all tidied up thanks for bearing with me Anything else, money marketers? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: All good. Samantha Gamboa: Those were good updates and performance was very good. Just flagging as well that PDM is going to be having us update categories within the manual and blog. We’re also changing the design of that pretty much entirely so you can filter by those subcategories. So excited to have that happen. Oh, and my wife is glitching. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Let me share my notes again. Samantha Gamboa: So we’re excited to be able to see those and filter by that. Eventually we’ll have more than just two categories, but that’s coming soon. Okay, we already talked New Year’s rankings. Hawk Warrior back, live stream next Tuesday, 7.15. Graphics from David I’ll get them to you we’d love for you to push for that other big big news 716 we are going to be hopefully launching the power 20 there’s some contingent dates after that but we want to make at least three to five different posts around the power 20 since it’s our big quarterly report and also gets us the best SEO juice so we’ve seen that it tracks really well so those are things that want to put on your radar and make sure you’re coming right down the pipeline. [Michael Houck]: We can push aggressively. Andrew, let’s chat with Jacob. Make sure that’s on his radar after this as well. Sure. Samantha Gamboa: I also wanted to talk to you guys, and I’m going to hand it over so you can give us an update as well in just a second. We had a really good call with PDM before this. They did their whole month reporting. They were wondering, as were we, what kind of exposure we can get to support more blogs? How often are you is using blogs and socials? [Michael Houck]: Andrew, you can probably speak to this best. Blogs and socials? [Andrew Cheng]: So socials, I can definitely speak on the social side. So we are posting about at least three times a week on both accounts. [Michael Houck]: Sorry, Sammy, correct me if I’m wrong, but I think what you’re saying is how many times are we making social posts about specific blogs? Samantha Gamboa: Sorry, using the blogs as the content posting on socials, like promoting those? The blogs. [Andrew Cheng]: I might be off on the terms here. I just want to make sure that we’re talking about the same thing. So we are mostly just posting about what Nola has given us and what we’re… [Michael Houck]: I think the answer is that we aren’t, and so if we want to start doing that, we can. [Andrew Cheng]: I wasn’t sure, so I just want to clarify what we are posting on first. Samantha Gamboa: Yeah, so definitely Definitely, I want to make sure that any content we’re generating, we’re kind of using it multi-purpose and cross-platform. Obviously, I don’t want you guys posting an entire blog on social. That’s not what I’m advocating, but maybe like use it as a CTA if there’s a blog that like, this tax blog that we’re taking an entire new turn on is like very timely, very relevant stuff. We’re having a breakdown of what the QSBS means, what the big beautiful bill is changing for people in this industry. So that could be something like, I don’t know, meme like, oh my gosh, have you heard this? I’m not the content writer. Don’t write this down. And then say like, Read more about it here on, you know. Yeah, we can do that either in the main post or in the first comment. [Michael Houck]: We’ll test both. We’ll see what drives traffic better. I totally agree that we should send traffic from social to the blog as much as possible. And also we can probably take some of it and sort of, you know, use the same that are being made, but in like a way that it’s optimized for social and how we present the content. So I think the topics probably are, you know, pretty similarly aligned, the audiences in both places. So yeah, Andrew, let’s also flag that to Jacob and work with him to make sure we’re doing that each week. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yes. [Jameson Pitts]: Okay, I see Jameson unmuted, go ahead. [Jameson Pitts]: Yeah, I was just gonna like this QSPS one is a great example where we happen to have already just been planning a big explainer on it and then this bill passed and Noel gave you a take on the change to the QSPS in that bill. We’re already just writing a general manual piece about it. We’re going to update that too, but that’s something you could link back. That one really makes sense. I think with the Power20, we’ll have opportunities. There’ll be a few stories out of the Power20 about how different companies move or something like that. We would write a blog about one of them, right? And so that’s something, right? [Michael Houck]: So it would just be- We’ll collectively look for those opportunities too, because at this point, I think we have a pretty big stable of blog content to fall back on. So when we’re creating new posts, we can just do a quick scan to see if there’s any blog posts that could be the right fit to include as a CTA. We’ll just start doing that as part of our default process. Samantha Gamboa: I do, you know, we are really ramping up our reporting on the back end of the site. I’d love to see more metrics, not just around like follower. Obviously the profiles are important and I do still want to see those metrics, but as you’re able to include more links and more CTAs to the site, I can see, okay, you guys are actually funneling traffic to our site as well. Are they generating new users? This new user came from LinkedIn, blah, blah, blah. And that also helps us justify, you know, what’s happening on socials. So any kind of CTAs you can include that funnel to the site anywhere is very beneficial for us. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, Andrew, let’s make sure we’re doing that pretty aggressively going forward. Samantha Gamboa: Okay. I can’t remember where we ended on this. [Michael Houck]: Are we doing any paid socials? I believe that we’re engaging Megaphone’s creator network on like an ad hoc basis. But in terms of by paid social, do you mean like using like ads or is this mainly like creator engagements? [Jameson Pitts]: We have like boosted stuff in a limited basis on LinkedIn. But also it reminds me, I can’t remember if we ever closed the loop, but I’m interested in if we can like just set up a budget for Megaphone, the creator network and let you guys pick, like, you know, automate that and make it consistent as opposed to relying on null, you know, logging in, right? Like that type of thing. I know you were, maybe there was like a technical capability to make that possible, but what it is like, we can definitely just say it’s $500 a month or whatever makes sense that we can spread out in a way that makes sense. Yeah. Yeah. [Michael Houck]: What we can do is we can, we can automate that. We can send those through the network as soon as they go live. And we can also like be selective about what post we put on, because we’ll probably have a better result if we pick posts that in the first half hour or hour we’re seeing really good results from Then we put some budget behind it rather than spreading out a smaller amount of budget across every single post. So that sounds good. I’ll sync with the team later today and make sure that we get that set up. Another thing that I should flag is that we’re pretty close. I want to say optimistically next week, more realistically maybe or three weeks with engineering. But we’re going to be launching a feature within the platform where we will be able to drive a lot of engagements to specific posts, basically for free from other users of the platform. And so we’ll get like, you know, 20 or 30 comments on a post, pretty simple comments, you know, but with like, very quickly after posts are made from other megaphone users. And so that’ll give a lot of really good early engagement signals. And then the other thing that we’re simultaneously launching with that is anyone who engages with Knoll’s social, we will be able to capture a high percentage of those people’s emails and like job titles and companies and things like that, and feed that directly into your guys’ CRM. So that’s coming soon, not live, not ready to test anything yet, but we’re pretty close to shipping it. Samantha Gamboa: Forgive me, because I know we’ve talked about it, and I know you’ve described it, and I understand the process of, like, Megafon as it is now, you’re paying for specific posts to get put in front of more people that would be interested in it, so that they can engage, right? How are you doing that for free on this new… [Michael Houck]: Yep. So, basically, the traditional model for our platform is that we have a big network of creators, and users drop in URLs of their posts, and then we map those with our algorithm to the best fit creators based on the budget that the users set, right? And a few other settings that they can choose. The creators obviously, you know, they want to get paid. This is their monetization, they’re monetizing their reach, their audience, etc. So that’s been the traditional model. But what we’re doing now is basically linking into the platform APIs. And we’ve built an AI, like reply writer, basically. And so we’ll have these other being able to comment directly on Noel’s stuff very quickly after we share a post through the network that way. And if you guys, I assume you guys will want Noel to maybe not be writing a ton of comments himself from his account. And so we can opt him out of that, since you guys are one of our content clients that we work closely with. So for regular users of the platform, they can opt out of that. For you guys, you can. Samantha Gamboa: So essentially, you’re going to be having like, say, on the platform and I wasn’t also part of your content clients, you’d be logged in as my account commenting on others? [Michael Houck]: We wouldn’t be logged in as you. You’d connect your LinkedIn through the platform and via API, we’d create like very simple comments like, oh, that’s like super interesting or like, oh, here’s like a quick response, like a one-liner response to what you wrote. Samantha Gamboa: It would look like I’m commenting, like AI Sammy would comment on Jameson’s post. [Michael Houck]: Right, exactly. [Michael Houck]: But like there’d be there’d be 20 as soon as it’d be it’d be Sammy, it’d be Andrew, it’d be me, it’d be Ty, it’d be everybody. And therefore, if that happens within the first, you know, half hour, hour of the post going live, that’s going to tell the algorithm that it’s an interesting post and should be pushed to more people. Samantha Gamboa: Is this happening in a way and it’s this, you know, okay, Ty, if you need to hop, you can, I’m just I want to unpack this further. Could this be seen as like bots? Like would it negatively impact any of those accounts? Would LinkedIn be like, Oh, Sammy’s hacked. [Michael Houck]: No, I mean, we do it in a way where you’re not being flagged. Like we’re not posting like 100 comments from your account within five minutes or something like that. We’re varying the content of those comments as well. We’ve, you know, we’ve put a lot of thought into this system and yeah, we feel very confident in it. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. I’m intrigued. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’m just, I haven’t heard of this. [Jameson Pitts]: I’ll try it as a free reciprocal user. I’ll be, I’ll be AI Janus. Samantha Gamboa: I also had more questions about the sign up for the newsletter. What’s going on there? You’ve explained to me like three different times, but I still don’t understand how you’re getting people to subscribe in a way that’s like not going to have a negative effect. Yeah. So I guess, do you want me to walk through it? [Michael Houck]: Do you have specific concerns? Like, yeah. Walk me through it for the fifth time. Samantha Gamboa: And I’m sure you’ve done it plenty of times via Slack. [Michael Houck]: like sure well asked me he’s like are we gonna get dinged for this and I’m like honestly I don’t know like he says we’re not but I don’t know how we’re not yeah so a lot of people have a kind of misunderstanding of how email like laws and rules work and also around how like spam checking from like gmail and other email platforms work basically you can email anyone you want as long as you have an address and an unsubscribed link in the email and so what we’re doing is we’re basically, before we even get to the newsletter, we are, and again, this is we partner with partner with Matt on this, we basically have a database of emails, those people are tagged based on their interests, right? So like 200 million people tagged based on who they follow on social, what they talk about, what’s in their bio, things like that more data than you’d be able to get from like an Apollo or zoom info or something like that. And then those people, we basically pen test their inboxes for activity. So there’s pixels that exist in their inbox that we can pull data from to see when’s the last time they opened their inbox, what emails are they engaging with, things like that. And so the most active people who are in the niche that we think are aligned to the newsletter’s audience, we can send them emails with lead magnets about the topic. And they can say, they can open those, with them, they can request the lead magnet from us, whatever the case may be. If they show activity, then they’re added to the newsletter list. And so basically at that point, that’s their first interaction with the brand. And so we can set up some email from them or from the newsletter that they get. And then they just get kind of funneled into the regular newsletter cadence. And we have aggressive unsubscribe rules set up for them. So if this cohort, for example, isn’t opening emails at the same rate as other cohorts, they get auto-churned pretty quickly, so it doesn’t impact anything like deliverability or anything like that. Samantha Gamboa: Okay, do you have any reporting on that? Sorry, I’ll also stop screen sharing so we can talk socials reporting and have you guys give your updates, but I also wonder if you could give the updates on kind of the newsletter stuff, just because I don’t have much visibility into that. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, let me let me check in with Matt and I’ll put something together for you and about like cohort performance and things like that. But it’s totally above board. We do it for my newsletter. We do it for, at this point, like 10 plus other newsletters. As long as we are consistently pruning, then we’re all good. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. Samantha Gamboa: You’re about to double opt in. Samantha Gamboa: And I’m just like, that doesn’t seem like there’s any way they’re doing that. But the lead magnet then getting into the newsletter. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, there’s, there’s a lot of sort of like, strategic misinformation about out there about like the opt-in requirements for email newsletters. An email newsletter is basically just a cold email. That’s really what it is. And so it’s cold email is legal. There’s nothing wrong with cold email, right? As long as you give them a way to unsubscribe. Samantha Gamboa: And so that’s how we treat it. Okay. What do you guys have going on social reporting wise for us? [Michael Houck]: Andrew, do you want to talk us through? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: You want to go through analytics? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, just share an update on metrics for the account. [Andrew Cheng]: Yeah, so for this past week, I’m just gonna start with this past week. So we did five posts on LinkedIn for Noel. We didn’t do a new post for Augment, but we’re gonna start reposting things from Noel’s account as well as back and forth from Augment to Noel. So we had 42,000 impressions and 113 new LinkedIn followers for Noel. His ex account, we have 667 impressions, new follower and um this is what you this is what you’re looking for sammy yeah are you screen could you screen share or are you just looking at the weekly summary that I provided um in our channel so I can share that um give me one second last one I’m looking at the july 7th one yes okay Yeah, I want to share and just while you’re talking through it, that’d be helpful for me. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: So give me one second. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Where is my slack? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Oh, there we go. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK. [Andrew Cheng]: All right. Can you all see my screen here? Yes. OK. So we have these are the statistics from last week. And it’s good. [Michael Houck]: Andrew, do you mind sharing the Google Sheet instead? Samantha Gamboa: Oh, sure. Performance tracker. [Andrew Cheng]: All right, that’s not the right screen. Do you want me to share it? [Michael Houck]: I can pull it up. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Here, hold on. [Michael Houck]: There we go. OK, so goals for Q3 we have here. We’ll be starting to track progress against these, I guess, by our next meeting. But we aligned on these two weeks ago over Slack. So let me know if you guys have any questions on these. But I think we’re on the same page here after a strong performance in Q2. And yeah. OK, so last week, yeah, we had 42. To 43K on impressions on those. And that’s across the posts, right? Correct. Samantha Gamboa: I said that’s the sum across posts, yeah? No, so that’s… Samantha Gamboa: Well, actually, last week we did not cross post. [Andrew Cheng]: We’re starting cross posting this week. No, sorry. Samantha Gamboa: I meant 40,000 is the summary of impressions across all of those five. [Michael Houck]: Yes, that’s correct. And so yeah, so we saw a decent number of engagements, decent follower growth, no real big flags here from my end. I think we want to get this proactive engagements number up a bit. I know there’s sometimes approvals we need to go through for those too, but I think we’re doing five. We did five last week, which is like an increase on what we did in the past. I think from Noel’s account in particular, it’s really important that we do a lot of these. So if there are ways that we can make sure these are getting through an approval process quickly, till we get up to like the, you know, closer to like 10 a week, that will drive follow growth. Samantha Gamboa: When you say engagements versus that section there, versus like engagements on posts, that’s interactions as null? [Michael Houck]: So, yeah. Engagements here are how many people engage with nulls posts. And engagements here, how many comments Andrew is leaving people’s content as null. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK, I’m making little comments. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I can distinguish. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Distinguish those for myself. Samantha Gamboa: OK, we’d love to see a way to get this up, Andrew and Sam, if you guys want to work through like what the right way to do that is, let’s let’s definitely try to get this up closer to an average of like 10 a week. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. Samantha Gamboa: I wish I had like a magic answer for that, but the truth is anytime you’re posting as Null, even if it’s like just comments, Null’s going to want to see it. And that’s definitely going to depend on his availability. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. Samantha Gamboa: That’s just kind of what the bottleneck is. And I don’t see him changing his feelings about that anytime soon. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah, fair enough. [Michael Houck]: And we’ll work with whatever we can, but there’s a direct correlation between the amount of engagements like this that we can do quickly on like post that have high potential to go viral that we see from other people and follow a growth on the account. [Andrew Cheng]: That makes sense. [Andrew Cheng]: And just so there’s a visibility on how I do ping Noel directly when I have a comment I want to post and he says either thumbs up or no let’s let’s not do that one or let’s change it slightly so that’s my process right now. He’s pretty quick on responding. Samantha Gamboa: Yeah. I think he’s really quite available and he tries to be especially when he knows that he is the blocker but he’s also and just like crazy busy. The man does not sleep. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I feel like he and I have had more chats at 3am than 3pm. Samantha Gamboa: And I’m over here like you have two kids, you should get some sleep. Okay, and then the augment side. [Michael Houck]: Oh, it looks like Andrew, we didn’t add metrics for last week here. We didn’t have any posts from last week. So we did. [Andrew Cheng]: We’re still getting stuff through Patriots. But we do. I know we have at least one post ready for next week. I don’t think our goal is to get at least two more ready for next week. [Michael Houck]: Yeah. Is there a bottleneck there that I can help with? [Andrew Cheng]: Because it looks like, you know, we should be doing a higher number per week then. [Andrew Cheng]: Yeah. It’s not a bottleneck, but I think it’s mostly we don’t, I think Jacob and I are working through what we can post on because reality is like, there’s a lot more null posts and augment posts coming through in Notion. So I think we just need to up the amount of augment posts that we do have coming in. [Michael Houck]: Yeah. Okay. Should be the same amount. There’s no reason for them to be opposite. So let’s, I’ll talk with Jacob and make sure we get that worked out this week. Samantha Gamboa: Cause that’s, that’s not how, how it should be. Okay. Um, the other thing that I wanted to ask if you could do, um, when you’re posting those summaries in the social channel, there’s just so many different channels and workspaces I’m in. If you could one tag me and also put the date range for those reports, that’d be helpful. Like on July 7th, he said, here’s your reporting. But when I come here, it says reporting from like 630. So to me, that’s confusing. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, that makes sense. There’s dates. Samantha Gamboa: So for the week of like the fourth, all of that, where would that reporting be? Since we’re you said that the week of the fourth is the week of sorry, I think just for clarification that we will do those two things you mentioned. Yeah, just So many messages come through and I get confused. Okay, um, that’s helpful to me. Anything on the charts or anything else you guys want to highlight? Otherwise, this was helpful. [Michael Houck]: No, I don’t think so for this week, I think new quarter, so just not a ton to report on. Outside of just like raw, raw metrics, we’ll see, you know, again, later in the month, sort of how we’re progressing early on against quarterly goals. And we’ll have sort of more kind of commentary and strategic We can share it then but um, I think for now, uh, just kicking things off and seeing where where we’re at after last quarter’s performance I don’t sort of see a big need to Go and change a ton since what we’re doing is is working Yeah, no, absolutely. Samantha Gamboa: I’m happy with it. Um, the only other thing that I could ask is whenever you guys are like Thinking about writing posts about the social or sorry the seo content Um, if you add a column here like cta or something that way we can Did I change something when I did that? Yeah, add a column here for CTA so I can see what you’re directing to. That way I can start checking on the back end what kind of traffic we’re getting to the site. [Andrew Cheng]: Yeah, good idea. Andrew, can you make sure we add that to the tracker here? Samantha Gamboa: Yeah, definitely. Samantha Gamboa: It wouldn’t be on this page, but yeah. Move it around just as long as I have somewhere that I can track that. And keep that going Jameson any other questions here Cool anything anyone else needs from our end any other things to highlight? Um, I did see while we’ve been on the call David got me the live stream graphic I’m gonna send him back one edit on it And then I’ll send it over to y’all’s team to get that and then I’ll give you the event link as well So we can start pushing signups for that Cool, we’ll get on that asap Maybe before that I don’t I don’t know if you have, have you introduced Jack on socials? [Michael Houck]: I don’t think we have. No. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Should we? Samantha Gamboa: Maybe that’s like a, something to check in with him about cause people won’t know who he is on the live stream. [Michael Houck]: So maybe we can introduce him before then. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, that’s true. Otherwise it’ll be like, where’s Noel, right? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, cool. Samantha Gamboa: We’ll do that. Awesome. Alrighty. I appreciate everybody. Thank you. [Michael Houck]: Thank you guys. See ya.
