[Michael Houck]: Yeah, that’s that’s fine with me. I would also say like, you know I don’t know sort of what threshold you’re using of whether it’s worth commenting on something or not but especially for these folks who like don’t have a personal brand and Who like maybe we’re still trying to find the voice for them. They’re not their content isn’t hitting like Don’t hesitate to just leave comments that maybe like are not the perfect Bit but just something that like is on somebody else in their niche. So they get clustered with the right people, right? So I would just say like, we want to make sure we have those 15 to 25, let’s say really high quality engagements per client. But if you see other posts that are like at least halfway decent for them to leave a simple comment on or something like that, don’t hesitate to do that. It’s the volume helps for a lot of these folks, you know, they just, the awareness of who they are to be out there on social. Like, I’ve been going through this this week, because I should add you to our like content channel for my stuff, too. But basically, I’ve I started on threads, like Instagram threads, because I’m I’m off Twitter. And so like, I just reposted some content that has done well for me on Twitter in the past. And you know, I grew 100 followers in less than a week. And I wasn’t even doing any engagements or anything like that. Right. But most of our clients, even with our writers, like doing their best, they’re not going to be able to see that level of success that quickly when they only have a couple hundred followers themselves. Right. Yeah. So as a result of that, the engagements are just like just like volume of engagements is important. I was talking with with Jacob, one of our writers, and he’s great. And he was saying, in his day job, he works for this company, like director of their social media, right? And he has a guy on his team who basically does the content ops role, but obviously they’re only focused on one account. And so they’re leaving like, you know, over a hundred comments from the account per week and it’s working for them. And obviously we wouldn’t expect that because there’s no way to make that work right now for our clients. But the point being the volume does make a difference. Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: And Ben and I chatted about that. It’s, I think when we’re talking about those base posts, yeah, we want to, we don’t want to be interacting with someone that has like, you know, a hundred followers or less. We found opportunities that we saw that were like, yeah, we could see why this is relevant. And who knows? Like he, he made a post, I think last week he made, to post that, um, he, he posted early cause you don’t know. Right. Sometimes it could just blow up later. You don’t know. He posed a simple question. He got 120,000 impressions on it. [Michael Houck]: What? That’s crazy. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: Persistent engagement. That is like amazing. [Andrew Cheng]: So it’s, I think he was like, it’s more, it was lucky, but I kinda knew that this could go go viral. [Michael Houck]: So, yeah, I mean, you gotta, I have a sense of it, but it is luck-based too. So shots on goal, increasing your surface area for luck. That’s what Naval says, right? So yeah, OK. [Michael Houck]: Sounds good. [Michael Houck]: Let’s do that. I think as you sort of crystallize what this will look like, just keep me in the loop and let me know. And if I can help out with shaping it or anything like that, I’m happy to. But seems like you’re thinking about the right stuff. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. I hope so. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, cool. [Michael Houck]: So then for the rest of this week, let’s focus on just getting you interacting with all of the, all the clients. And so they get to know you, you don’t need to like hop on calls with them or anything, but just like, you know, you’re, you’re, you’re in the you’re in the channels and you guys are interacting. And then as we get into the next week, you let me know how you’re feeling about my sort of, looping in, um, some of the newsletter stuff, or maybe we keep focusing on social and looping like scheduling and reporting and things like that. Yeah. The plan right now is on Friday. I’m going to work with Ben on scheduling. So he already gave me a good update on last Friday. [Andrew Cheng]: So now this Friday he wants me to do everything in typefully while with him watching. Cool. You guys are, you guys are on it. I’m like, yeah, I’m on it. I’m on it. [Michael Houck]: I’m making suggestions and you guys already have the perfect plan. All right, let’s just roll with that. Yeah, that’s how you know that you brought the right people onto the team. OK, well, cool. In that case, then, let’s roll with that. And yeah, we’ll keep going. I mean, there’s layers. There’s the other social stuff, and then there’s new And then there’s the account management stuff. So we’ll work on it. I was thinking also a little bit about what we talked about last week around like, how does this scale as we add in like, you know, we have our outbound machine kind of working out like six demos on Thursday alone. So or six sales calls on Thursday alone. So I would assume the volume is going to pick up through June. And so as we think about scaling and it like maybe there’s a world where after you’ve built up this system and you have it working and you’ve mastered it we bring in like I don’t know three or four VAs from the Philippines who are affordable and competent and you train them and manage them and they’re the ones who are doing some of the like more like I’d say easier stuff whereas you’re going in and sort of doing the requires like business context and all that. [Andrew Cheng]: Okay, yeah, I’m definitely giving a talk about that once we get there. Yeah, I know. I’m just thinking ahead. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’m just thinking ahead. Yeah, we’ve been playing around with chat GPT a lot this week. [Andrew Cheng]: And you know, I used to chat GPT today for when I was struggling on and it seemed to come up with a pretty good answer. So of course, we’ve finessed it a little bit, but it’s pushing me to be like, if you’re stuck, Yeah, we’re we’re thinking about and we’re working on some stuff internally with AI right now, too. [Michael Houck]: So I’m optimistic that we’ll have some tools in house, both for the writers and for and for you. I don’t want to get too good, because that’s like an existential threat to the business. But yeah, we got to we got to be conscious of that for sure and adapt and So we’ll do that. Okay. Yeah. Cool. Anything else we should cover today? I don’t think so. I think that’s all I had. [Andrew Cheng]: I just had that one pain point I wanted to bring up. So it really is like looking for, for any relevant context. Cause like sometimes it’s just like, you know, DJ is just posting around. You can search advanced search all you want, but it’s just a bunch of horrendous posts that you can’t even like comment on. Like, especially like for dating, right? It’s the stuff you get for dating. And of course, crypto is like, sometimes like, I, what am I, I basically I’m getting like, semi porn sometimes when I look, look at this stuff. [Michael Houck]: So I think like, the key is that like, when you’re in the client accounts, like, clear this with them, right, clear this with the client. But if they give you permission, you can go in there and you can follow people, you can sort of adjust their feed, and inform the algorithm, like whose content they to see by liking it or just dwelling on it for a while. You can sort of train their accounts that way, if time permits. Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: I have been semi-doing that with older posts, liking posts, but after today, I’m not even sure if that works anymore. [Michael Houck]: Well, it doesn’t work from the perspective of driving more impressions for that post, but it does in terms of telling the the algorithm what the account liking the post is interested in. So it still matters for that. Okay. Yeah. [Andrew Cheng]: So just, I’ll keep doing that. [Andrew Cheng]: And then I’ll, like you said, I’ll reach out if I see, if I see things, I’ll just say like, is it okay if I started adding relevant accounts? [Michael Houck]: Cool. Okay. And I’m going to, I’ll loop you into those channels then now, and then, and we’ll go from there. Okay. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sounds good. All right, man. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’ll talk to you inside. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Thank you.
