[Nandini Mullaji]: Hey, how’s it going? [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Hey, how you doing? Hello. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: How’s Hawaii? Yeah, it’s good. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Just woke up. So I’m a little groggy. Apologize. I’m glad Island. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Are you on? [Nandini Mullaji]: I’m just on Oahu for a wedding. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Nice. So fun. [Nandini Mullaji]: Just in that got back what two weeks ago? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah, I was on the Big Island. Nice. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: I yeah, I think I love the Big Island because you can kind of get lost. There’s a lot to do there. I almost fell over a cliff driving to the green sand beach once. Yeah, good times. Love that. Okay, well, we’re really excited to do this. [Nandini Mullaji]: Jacinta’s actually like has run artwork ads in the past. So I wanted her to be on the call with us as we talk about like strategy. And then also sort of just like even like jumping on like the, is it better for us to go down the ads route or is it better to do like the amplification stuff and like even strategically talk about that? [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, sure. Happy to start. Happy to start wherever. [Nandini Mullaji]: And we could share just everyone to talk about like what we’ve done, what we had done in the past and like what we saw and then if you have any like thoughts on that. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 2]: Yes, we ran Twitter ads. And we didn’t have an MMP installed, so we didn’t have a lot of insight as to how many installs it drove, but we were just running to our website for clicks and definitely found that going to the website was a lot more successful than going to the app store. It costed a lot less to run to a link instead of that. And then for audience targeting, we only targeted male, and we mostly saw that older and conservative Leaning people seemed to resonate with the ads that we were putting up. We did a little bit of wellness people and a little bit of golf people. Didn’t do quite as well. Same with startup and tech bros. Granted, we tested a few different types of messaging and that could change. So that’s just a little bit of insight as to what we’ve tested in the past. We just weren’t too sure if ads were the way to actually either grow an account or create buzz of any kind. Because we don’t have 100% data on whether this was like driving installs, which is the ultimate goal. Would just be curious to hear your thoughts on ads in general versus like organic. Yeah, I mean. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: You guys are. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: It doesn’t sound like we have a ton of data, which makes it a little hard to to sort of make that determination, but Personally, I’m a fan of brand building. I’m a fan of fan of organic as as a primary. I think especially for something like this where you can be a little and provocative with the content. I think having that come from a person and not be paid does carry more weight. But I guess if you guys are seeing success with some, it sounds like certain demographics, and if those are demographics that you actively want to join the app, then there’s not a lot of downside to including it as a small part of the mix and sort of if we see it driving good results, and ramping it up from there. So I would say that I bias towards organic, especially for something like this, but that I don’t, it doesn’t feel like we leave it out of the mix. [Nandini Mullaji]: Do you think we should, like, even if we’re running ads, do you think we should run it from, can you run ads from like a personal account? Yeah, you can. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: You used to be able to run these great ads, which were like follower ads, where you could, you could basically run ads with the intent of getting people to follow the account. And if you were really targeted with those, you could actually build up a decent following that way and just pay for a following. Basically they stopped that. I want to say like a year and a half ago, uh, maybe a little more than that. So you can’t do that anymore. And so it has to be for specific hosts. Um, and so in my opinion, if we were going to do this for specific posts, it should be for ones that we see some organic traction on, right? So like, let’s say we’re putting posts out there from your account. Um, we see that it’s driving comments in particular, and or it’s driving people to sign up, then in that case, I’d say, all right, let’s double down, let’s put some ad budget behind this and let it run for a little while, as long as we feel like we can be targeted like that. And so that’s where the data piece comes in, I would say, the more that we have on that, the better. [Nandini Mullaji]: So yeah, that’s how I think about it. Okay, and what about like, I guess, running like, add ads from like a personal account or would you still do that from a company like being like, Oh, like, Hey, you should like click on this link. I don’t know. I do. Maybe I’m not actually just, and I’m going to send you this so you can like screen share. Wait, we’re going to it’s one second. We’re just going to rejoin from her laptop. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Okay, sounds good. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Hi. Hey. Okay, let me share my screen and also give you a little bit of context. Oh, I just sent a request about the messaging that seemed to resonate with the audiences that we were targeting, and the audiences were conservative, of older finance, et cetera. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: How old is older? [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: What does that mean? Older. Let me actually open that just to recall exactly. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: That’s not it. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Older. 35 and up. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: I’m very glad that I do not fall into the older category. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: We also found most of our audience on the app is already going to be people 28 and up. Then we wanted to go even higher than that. Okay. But double-clicking into these. I don’t know why you cannot sort by results, but let me quickly pull them out. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Okay. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: So like, this was like one of our top performing ads. It was, and this generally did well was like having an image of like a pretty girl who seems to be fairly accomplished. Like that did well, which made sense. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: And then as it relates to messaging, sorry. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Can you share your screen? [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Oh my God. I thought I was sorry. Okay. Can you see this? Yes. Yes, okay, this is the one. So having kind of like the card of like the person that we were introducing you to and who you’re getting set up with obviously is like appealing to men. And then messaging wise, things that did well were like, trying to find these examples, but like 5,000 swipes later and still not one person you vibe with. So like the volume issue on dating apps. And then also, I don’t know if they’re in this set, but we had some ads running related to like competitiveness, like harder to get onto the app than Harvard, like 5% acceptance rate, like people or men seem to like, like competitiveness or like exclusivity and like harder to, it’s easier to get into Harvard than it is to get into this dating pool. Things like that seem to do well. So that’s just something to reference. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: That makes a ton of sense. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Um, but generally like we never got a click through higher than like even 0.5%, which I mean on other platforms is definitely low. Um, we got like lots of clicks, but like it’s all relative. Yeah. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: I mean, in general, I, I, I see the lower click throughs on X ads than, than other platforms. Like that is true. I would say that you guys are lower than we’d want to see. Probably, you know, I’d say anywhere between like, anything over one, you feel really good about on x, anything that’s like two or 3%, you feel like amazing about. So if we even get in between, like, point five, and one be like, I think, okay, but ideally, we can get it above above one. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: All right. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: So, so that’s what I like what we had done in the past, like would love to, like, just like kind of get from you, like what you think the strategy should be, if we’re going to spend on X, like get the most, like, and the thing that matters to us is downloads. Like it’s really like users who are going to download the app. Okay. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: So we want, we want to, because I think we sort of have two different places that with the launch posts, at least that we were talking about sending people to write one was like call the number and two was on the wait list. Right. So we want to see for ads. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: So we I think the call the number thing was great for like the marketing that we were doing, like, oh, we’re doing something new. Waitlist is great, because where we get that phone numbers, and then we can like blast text them. So that’s been like good so far. And then I’ll like so now I think it’s more like, create your profile on stitch, which means you download the app, or like sign up for the waitlist. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, got it. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: So okay, so we send them to some landing page where can input their information and download the app. Are you capturing email first or are you saying download the app first? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Just having them right now. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: I actually really like the idea of driving entirely to waitlist because it feels exclusive even if like you could download the app right now but like I think it feels like they’re getting early into something and then from there we can do our comms. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah and we need some sort of reason that then we would be reaching out to them from the waitlist be like oh like you know you seem like like some trait about them seems like it’s desirable to have on the app. So we want to give you early access or something like that. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: I don’t know what information you guys are collecting from them at that time, but phone city and phone number, but we could add like LinkedIn or social or something. So that makes them feel like, Oh, we think you’d be a good candidate. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, I mean, that that introduced friction, and you would see lower opt in if the more information you gather from them, but it could be it could make the eventual and usage down the road higher because you’ll have more information about them than just like what area code is their phone number in, you know? But yeah, I think it makes sense that the exclusivity messaging plays strong through the creative. And I think that we double down on that with sort of this second layer of like, hey, you have to join the wait list. You can’t just sign up for this. You know, I don’t care who you are, I don’t care what you’re from, you have to join the wait list. They’re selectively reaching out to them from there. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, I liked it a lot. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah, so then we do everything. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’m sorry, the Zoom. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: I know. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: It’s a new computer. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: It will follow you around. It’s the funniest thing. If I go like this, it’ll zoom in on me. Yeah, yeah. It’s so funny. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: It does it on FaceTime too, and I’m like, oh my god. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: And then it’ll randomly pan back to being in there too, and I was like, Okay. Now, now it’s your turn to speak. Okay. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Got it. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Thank you. It’s so funny. Um, yeah, no, I like the idea of like, just everything gets directed to the wait list. Like we push, I like anything that we do on Twitter is directly. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: And that way we can track it a little bit better too. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Cause then we can have separate landing pages of like, who’s coming from where. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Another thing you guys could do, and this would make attribution harder. Right. Could do it right from the ad is if you wanted to double down on the number, which personally I think could be the lowest friction way to get people into the ecosystem. There’s there’s this app that I that I invested in called Bordy. Have you guys heard of this? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: No, Bordy. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: OK. With them, it’s all about like talking to Bordy, right? Like Bordy, this little guy. And he introduces you to people or whatever. Based on your conversations and everybody that he knows. And it’s super interesting because it’s like a new form factor to sort of sign up and interact with a new network. And they’ve gone crazy. They have like thousands of people in their WhatsApp community. I didn’t make the notifications because it’s so active. Like it’s crazy. One thing that I was thinking about here was if you wanted to send people to a phone number rather than have them like like fill out an email or like a form or something like that to give you their information. You tell them to call this to talk to you and you guys will see if they’re fit for the network. That way you still have that sort of exclusivity layer like like you were picking them off the wait list, but you actually will get more useful information from them because they’re talking to this AI. And you can make sure that the right people are actually the ones who are getting into So I don’t know if you guys have the AI stuff set up for that yet, but if you did, I think that that could be. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: I mean, we have a call link. So it’s literally like you call and you talk to like AI me. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: No, it’s, it’s live. I actually think that’s an interesting point though. At the end being like, I’ll be in touch, like not so much, like, like if you’re a fit, like, yes, I think there’s like a layer of that, like somewhere in between, like, like you still have to be approved to a point, like just because you’ve called doesn’t mean like, like you’re in, and that’s just a final step at the end of like, you already captured all your information. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: That’s an interesting point. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: So maybe you do send people to the to the waitlist page and have them give the email then. But then after they give that the sort of like, you know, the message that displays is like, hey, if you want to have a chance to skip the waitlist, call this number and talk to us about why you want to join or whatever. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Hmm. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Yeah, I think there’s just like two things happening at the same time. It’s like driving some people to the waitlist and we can just see how it goes. And also driving some people to the calling and just see how it goes. And based on a lot of response, we can like double down on one or the other. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: But I also like the staggered approach, like as like almost like a third factor of like, okay, you signed up, great. You want to like skip the waitlist, like call the number right now. So we like know you’re like a super high intent lead. I don’t know if that would give us any additional information. So that might not be all that. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: I think I agree with what Jacinta is saying though, which is like, we should run tests where we have the waitlist capture and then we pitch call. And we should also test where we just pitch call and see if either response rate and or quality changes between those two flows. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: So then in no case, should we be actually like pushing towards like down Yeah, in my opinion. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Not on, no, on Twitter. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Not on platform, no. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Highest friction, lowest opt-in rate. I would say no, especially if you have this AI thing that can get them into the ecosystem, because once you have a conversation with them like that, in theory, the AI can reach back out in the future and be like, hey, I finally found a match who I think would be a good fit for you. Download the app to, we’ll chat there or something like that, you know? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: I think that could work because we had been down, like we’ve been pushing everyone to the website and pushing everyone to like download the app. And so maybe that was like part of it where it’s like, it’s just not that interesting. So that at least solves the where we’re directing them to. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Yeah. Part of the reason we drive people to the website is just to give people more context. Granted, I don’t know if that many people are like giving themselves that context looking around or if like just a wait list and like us giving feeding them that information after the fact is maybe a better experience. Yeah. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: I just, it’s such an advantage that you guys have, like, you know, there’s, I don’t know if there’s more players in this space, but I know of like a keeper, keeper AI, right. They’re like matchmakers. Um, and like, I’ve seen their onboarding flow and like, it’s like 30 steps of like filling out forms and typing out texts. You guys are just like, Hey, you can just chat with Zoom is killing me. You guys, you guys can just like chat with an AI and it can ask the right questions and it can collect the right data and it can also collect like tone and like way more data points you can get through text. And I just feel like it’s such an advantage for you guys that the more you lean into that, the easier growth will be. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Yeah, I definitely think maybe for Twitter leaning more into like the AI and the voice, like we don’t push that too much on our other socials, just because I don’t think it resonates with the general population. But I do think like the founder community, the tech community, whatever, are going to be a little bit more intrigued and like want to get in early. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, that’s probably right. The the the gen pop is probably not like there yet in terms of comfortability with doing that, all that, but it is probably a draw for the specific demo that we’re going after. On X. Yeah. Okay. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: That, I think that’s a really, that makes a lot of sense for like, to like at least do that from, from the way we’re sending people from the ads themselves. Yeah. Sorry. We went, we went way off the rails here. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: No, no, this is good because I think that is actually the problem, right? [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Like we were sending them to our own website. Like we weren’t really creating a sense of urgency or a sense of formal. So I think that’s what you’re like, Like, it’s really good because you obviously spend, like, understand Twitter really well. We don’t even log in. Like, so it’s like, so you understand how we should be marketing to these, the users on the platform. So this makes sense in terms of the link, in terms of the ads themselves, right? Like maybe that’s like, like, what do you think we could be doing there? Like, you know, you’ve seen our creatives now, like what could we be doing to optimize it? [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Should we be trying to run it through like my, like, like founder account founder account, like, yeah, I think if we’re, if we’re just doing the type of ads that you guys were running before, which is like the, I mean, if we were just to like the exclusivity angle, right. They were running for, and that was working to some degree that I think probably makes more sense to be from the brand account. But if we’re doing like the, the angle of like, you know, here’s some attractive woman who is like on our app or something like that, I feel like that could from your account, I feel like there’s probably other like also ways that we could do things from your account. I would need to sort of, I’d love access to the creatives just so I can sort of marinate on that and sit with that for a bit. But what I can do is I can look at what we have. I can look at performance in more detail and I can come back with some ideas of like other angles we can try. But I think in general, I would say that it’s probably gonna perform better if it comes from your account. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Um, so yeah, it’s funny because in the, what, like the 10 days that I’ve known you, like some of the little bits of, like, as you were saying that I was like, yeah, I think I’ve seen something on Twitter where it was like some girl posted like, Oh, I need a date to go to Greece, like my friend’s wedding in Greece. And I got thousands of people to like apply or something like that. I wonder if it’s like, like, I have a girl. Yeah. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: I have a girl. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: I need your help. We’ve done on other platforms. We just like never really put two and two together. Yeah. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: that like Twitter might be the best place to be doing these kind of like, yeah. Like maybe the landing pages then are like, not even just like, it’s like an even more specific landing page for some of these, or it’s like, like, like this is who I’m looking for. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah. A hundred percent. Like I think about, you know, what’s been the biggest innovation in dating until these AI matchmaker apps are out? Like what’s, what’s been the last thing between, you know, Tinder, Hinge and Bumble era to now? It’s been like single person auction format in one way or another. Like you have subtle Asian dating on Facebook. You have Sam Parr even posting Twitter posts about his successful entrepreneur friends. You have Andrew Young doing it on his Instagram stories, auctioning people off, like making it about one single. You have people creating like notion docs about themselves and what they want and putting them out there for their friends. Like so could have both ways. Right? Marketing other people and marketing yourself, making it about one single person, one single like opportunity, I feel like makes a lot more real for the people who are tired of swiping through a million people and not, um, getting any results. So yeah, I could definitely see that resonating if we, if we build that out a little bit. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Yeah. I like this as a strategy. I feel like this is like a much more interesting approach and like feels better than just being shown like generic ads. Yeah. Yeah. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: And we can make this come off really natural from your account too. Like it won’t feel like it doesn’t make sense. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Cause you’re already a matchmaker. Yeah. It makes sense. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: It makes a lot of sense. Yep. And it would make sense that I’m like, Hey, I’m looking for X, Y, Z person for this, like this kind of person. Is it you, is it like whoever, like someone, you know, send it to them. And then people are like less likely to send a brand account than they are to send like a person. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: It’s also because of your credibility as a matchmaker, it’s also a lot more natural for you to be running an ad against something like this, where it doesn’t feel like, Oh, like, what’s this app that’s trying to get me like, is this like some like, crazy, like pay for play thing, you know, like, something like that, like, this is a real genuine thing, where it’s like, Hey, I have somebody, let’s, let’s collect opportunities for them and see who’s a match. So I think it makes a lot of sense. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Okay, so that’s like, let’s, we, I think we like we almost started like redoing our like creative strategy for Twitter and saying, let’s do it on a, like everything was like, we’ve been doing for by individual ads. We do it towards from our main, from my account. Um, what about in terms of like targeting? Sorry. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: So the one last thing I’ll say on that is, um, if we’re going to do this with real people who are on the app versus like AI generated fake people, which I would argue, you know, probably be better if we do it with real people, we have to get their like permission, obviously. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: We were also thinking about doing it like where we don’t put like, like obviously in some cases, like doing it with a picture is really helpful, but doing it like blind where it’s like, it’s just the description, the description. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Yeah, we can do it that way too. I mean, again, our people. Yeah. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Let’s let’s AB test and sort of see what, what resonates. Um, you can make it mysterious, but also people might want to, you know, because it’s dating people, might want to see the person. So I guess it’s both working. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: But it’s also the same time. It’s like, like the putting the picture on it feels a little, like, I can’t imagine very many of our customers are going to be like, especially the types of girls we would want to advertise would be comfortable with us running ads with their faces on X. Like, it’s like, that’s like, like if someone asked, like, I don’t know, like, if I asked Jacinta, Absolutely not. You cannot do that. It’s true. It’s true. Yeah. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: I think it, like how, how do matchmakers work? Like when you’re, when you’re literally doing a one-on-one match, are you like, you know, are you private? That’s why it’s fine. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Like if you DM me saying, can you show me a picture? Right. Like that is almost acceptable for me to show it to you because I’m not revealing like Jacinta’s picture on the internet. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: I can definitely see why women might not want to be advertised as available on the internet like that. 100%. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Okay, so that sounds good. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: We can Yeah, let’s let’s draft some up that are that are a little more mysterious and text based then. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Yeah, we do text based and we can like, no, like I feel like Another thing that I’m thinking, so would, um, maybe we like also do the thing where we’re like, we’re paying for the date. Oh yeah, that’s a good idea. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah. I mean, you guys could even, you guys could, if we see success with this, then my like next recommendation would be like, how can we double down to make this go viral? And the way that we would do that is we pay for some like extravagant experience for them, right? Like the winner, so to speak, or the person who gets the match, like you guys fly them to Japan during cherry Yeah. Yeah. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Like maybe, I don’t know if we can, we’re literally getting intro right now to blade. So for that state is literally. Yeah. You fly, you fly them up to the Hamptons this summer on a blade and you know, like, yeah, yeah. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: A hundred percent. Like something like that, because I think that that has the potential to go viral. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: And like, I’m realizing now, like, I think the marketing strategy has to just be like, like, I, I, you know, I, I, I remember when you asked me a week ago, like, Oh, do you want to be risky? Like, how do you want to do it? It’s like, I think this is what we’re down to try and do, like be super innovative without it feeling like, okay, we’re not being like offensive. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah. We’re not being a group of incels here. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: You know, it’s just trying to find some cute girls in New York dates. It shouldn’t be that hard. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Should not be that hard. Okay. So let’s, let’s do this then let’s take baby steps. No need to plan the Hamptons and get a photographer for anything like that. But let’s do something where we just test this concept out and if it resonates, we can decide what the right way to sort of double down on it is. So yeah, let’s do that. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: So maybe we’ll put together some copy. I don’t know if there’s any advice you guys, you have on targeting and whether we’re like, maybe that’s what we need to be doing better. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: I would want to get into the data and spend some time with it before I have a great recommendation there. I don’t want to just make something up that I’m going to go back on later. So I guess in Slack, share sort of some way for me to join the account. And I’ll take a look. But, you know, my hypothesis would be that the people we want are the people that we were talking about before these like high net worth people who are, you know, in obviously in New York, but also like, you know, startup people, finance people, maybe some crypto people, but maybe not some crypto people. You know, I think if we go too old, like 35 is probably fine. But if we go like 40 plus, it might change the market on the female side too, and maybe in a way that we necessarily, I don’t know, aren’t as pumped about from day one. So I would say stick to cool, stick to young as much as we can. And yeah, let me just get in there and take a look at the data and I’ll follow up with some more thoughts. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: Okay, awesome. So we will, we’re going to come up with some creative copy ideas, and then I’m just going to just put in like the login details that you have the ability to access it. And then our goal will be to like, honestly, like go live with this as soon as you think that the copy looks good. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Okay, cool. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah. Feel free to just share everything in Slack and I’ll, and I’ll, um, I’ll follow up there. Um, I’ll be a little slow to respond through probably Tuesday, but I’ll be around. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 1]: So. Okay. Perfect. Perfect. Sounds good. Thanks for the advice. [Conference Room (Michael Houck) - Speaker 1]: Yeah. Talk soon guys. See you. [Conference Room (Jacinta H) - Speaker 2]: Bye.
