[Michael Houck]: I’m just I’m glad you had the I guess the availability today because yeah, she’s gone. [Sarah Parr]: So Yeah, no, I’m glad that I brought my laptop. I just finished a rehearsal so I can go out. I’m like You’re like a theater or something right now Yeah, I will technically I’m in a library and they had a like a study space open. [Michael Houck]: So we are all good That’s crazy Well, yeah glad you brought your laptop then So yeah, so I’m pumped about this. How are you doing? Hi! [Nandini Mullaji]: I’m so excited to get started. [Nandini Mullaji]: Yes, it’s nice to meet you. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Nice to meet you, Sarah. Good to see you, Michael. [Nandini Mullaji]: I’m literally moving stuff around and taking over. Well, me and my husband work from home, so we were just switching rooms. [Michael Houck]: I would imagine you’ve got a pretty hectic day today with the big launch tomorrow. [Nandini Mullaji]: We definitely, it has been chaotic and I just finished sending the press release to Business Insider because they’re doing the exclusive tomorrow. A lot of screenshots and pictures so we’re really like, everything’s happening. [Michael Houck]: Well, cool, this is perfect timing then. We won’t take up too much of your time so you can get back to everything, but just for some context, give you and Sarah a chance to get to know each other on this call. We’ll go through some questions that we like to ask. We obviously reviewed your form answers. Thank you for taking the time to fill that out. It’s super helpful. We’ll go deeper on some of that stuff on this call and also just get it sort of more off the cuff from you as well. And then after that, we’re gonna circle back at the end steps and sort of what the process looks like going forward. And I think in this specific case, there’s some immediate things we’ll talk about, which is like, OK, well, what does our operational support for the launch look like tomorrow? We’re going to want to get Ben into the account so that he can help out with anything there. And Ben’s my chief of staff. He leads our content ops side of the business. And he’ll personally be the one on the account for the first few weeks, at least. Might end up having someone else come in. He likes to set up the accounts everything so we’ll do that and then you and I also chat about strategy and And any calls we want to do and things like that at the end as well So I will leave it to Sarah to take it away And if I need to jump in I’ll pop in but otherwise, it’ll be mostly you guys for most of the call Thank you very much. [Sarah Parr]: I’m gonna share my screen and I believe that’s what yeah, that’s what present is for So, here we go. Okay. Are you seeing what I’m seeing right now? Yes, I think so. Perfect. [Nandini Mullaji]: Picture of me, all that? Yeah, we’re good. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: All right. [Sarah Parr]: Excellent. [Sarah Parr]: So, I’ll give you a little bit of background on me and then we’ll dive in. So, my name is Sarah Parr. My LinkedIn is attached right here if you want to check that out. I’m basically, I’m a writer, I’m a creator, and I’m an editor. Of that falls in the content marketing space. And I’ve worked in spaces ranging from beauty and banking to health care and education in all sorts of ways. And when I’m not doing that sort of work, I love going on road trips. I love acting. I’m actually in a play right now, just finished a rehearsal, and I’m now at a library. So it all worked out. And I love taking dance classes as well. So that’s a little about me. And then for this call, we’re going to go over in deeper depth, some answers that you may have already filled out on that sheet, which we got a chance to review. But I just like hearing it from the people themselves. So we’re going to go over concrete primary and secondary goals. We’re going to identify the exact audience that we will be writing for. And we’re going to choose three to five content pillars to focus on and narrow in on the voice that we want to use to reach our audience. And then after that, you know, I’ll turn it back over. We’ll answer any questions you might have. The line on next steps. That sounds good? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sweet. [Sarah Parr]: And I’ll be taking a couple notes as well. So yeah, goals for working together. You mentioned your primary goal in the onboarding form. So let us know why you chose that and tell us why it’s important. Okay. [Nandini Mullaji]: I, to be honest, I don’t remember exactly what the, what I wanted in the onboarding form. So we have, if there’s a way for me to check that, I feel like that would be useful, but [Michael Houck]: I’m checking right now, hold on. It’s where is it in here? Sorry, my Slack is deciding to take a moment to freak out. I am not seeing it actually in here, which is weird, but I would imagine Denny based on our first chat, I mean, the goal is really to build that waitlist above everything else, right? [Nandini Mullaji]: Yeah. So for us, it’s like, we care about driving people to the waitlist page, which goes live tomorrow. So, um, where we can capture their phone number, the city and the person, uh, who they are so that we can target them with comms. I said, like, uh, the whole reason we’re doing this, actually, if we take a step back is we aren’t good at marketing towards women. And we’re good at Instagram, we’re good at TikTok, like we have a lot of fun with those things. And my network is primarily women. So that has been really useful over time, like Substack, Instagram, all of that. We know that the best target users for us, or like the users we really need are men. And the reason we’re going after Twitter is because we know that like, there’s a lot of tech guys, there’s a lot of like founders, there’s a lot of VCs, like PE people, there’s a lot people are excited about AI. And there’s also a lot of people who are bad at dating who are all on Twitter. So really, our target audience is male, like that is, like, I actually don’t even care if we get zero women. In fact, that’s the best outcome is if I have 2000 men, that’s like truly the best outcome for me. So what we want is for them, like more than even like following me, I care about them, like looking like signing up on that waitlist and giving us like their details because then we can blast them with comms and get them to sign up. And the second thing that I care about is yes, I would like overall for it to be built as like, we are different from other dating apps. We’re a matchmaking app. We are very human oriented where we, you know, the voice of the AI is mine. The face that is there is mine. Um, I’m a matchmaker. My grandmother was a matchmaker. I have other, I’ve done other stuff other than matchmaking. Like that was just like a side thing that I did. So I want it to be that we keep that human element. This is very different from your douchey. A lot of the guys, I think it’s almost the opposite. I want to still be funny and interesting, but I don’t want to be down on dating, down on women, or anything like that. So that’s a challenge, I think, because a lot of the viral accounts tend to be, fuck dating, fuck women. All of that, like I’m getting an AI girlfriend, we like are distinctly outside of that. So I think that is a unique challenge of like making sure that we can stay provocative, but still not negative. Yeah. And so that’s, that’s kind of like, like, and we, I’d love to be like the voice that feels really familiar to all of these guys. Cause it’s like, you know what? Like I’m a founder, I’m an AI founder. I went to Stanford for business school. Like I live in New York, I’ve lived in SF. Like, you know, it’s, I get them, but I like, while I’m not like, but I’m there to help them. Not to criticize them, not to judge them, but it’s like, oh, like, like I, they want to trust me and they trust my opinion. And they’re like, oh, this is something like, you know, this person is like looking out for us and helping us day to day. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I love it. [Sarah Parr]: All right. Okay. So we have driving people to the waitlist page. As the number one goal. We may have some secondary goals in here, but are there any off the top of your head, succinctly that you can think of that you want to focus on? [Nandini Mullaji]: I think building a brand voice around being the AI matchmaking app. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: Thanks. [Michael Houck]: So like, excuse me, so like credibility with the brand, Perfect. [Sarah Parr]: All right. And realistically, so we got our goals. So what needs to happen to consider the content we create to be successful in your dream world? What is the best outcome besides mostly men and no women? [Nandini Mullaji]: I think that it’s driving the waitlist signups, right? Where we convince people that there’s such a need for what we’re building and that we can actually build it, but they’re like, okay, yes, I absolutely like want to be part of this. And like, I want to make sure that I get access to this ASAP. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Sarah Parr]: All right. Very cool. So our target audience. Yeah. So we’re writing for men, you know, the VC, the founders, you know, like it’s, it’s, it’s a guy who he’s single. [Nandini Mullaji]: Like let’s put that also. It’s a single guy. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, that’s true. Good clarification. Yes. [Michael Houck]: Is it more like big tech guy or is it more like scrappy startup early guy? I think it’s actually someone who’s busy. [Nandini Mullaji]: It’s like he’s busy and he wants to date, but he doesn’t necessarily have the time and the tools. So he could be a PM at Facebook and like, it’s just like, oh yeah, like I don’t have time to he could be a VC who’s like, I have like crazy AI deal flow. It could be like someone who’s like literally like coding all night. Like, but it’s like, in all of those situations and cases, like you want someone who you can go on a date with, who you can call, who gives a shit about you, like all of that. And it’s like, that’s our audience. [Michael Houck]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: I know you guys are big in, in New York. So I just want to clarify, are we avoiding like finance bro and focusing more tech startup world or? No, I think we can definitely do that. [Nandini Mullaji]: do like the finance, private equity bro, like well within that, because he’s also someone who’s busy. Like it’s really like the single busy guy who has disposable income. So we’re not looking for Gen Z. We’re not looking for like college students. We’re like looking for someone who can afford our product. And it’s also a higher intent data where you’re not just looking for a hookup. You’re looking to go on a date with someone who you’re excited about. [Michael Houck]: Okay, cool. What is the price point? [Nandini Mullaji]: Just so I have it in my mind. It’s basically, it’s like you buy a pack of setups. So it’s three for 90 up to like eight for 160. So it’s basically you’re paying between 30 to $20 to $30 per setup. So our average audience age is 31. Um, we see incredible success, like our conversion rate almost doubles when it’s above the age of 40, because that’s like super high intent, really like keen on that. I don’t know how many of these people are on Twitter. I actually think a lot of the men are still probably on Twitter. And it’s kind of like, it’s interesting because it’s, it’s not your out of college crowd. It’s really, you’re like, I am like in the middle stage of my career, like accelerating, or I’ve actually gotten divorced and now I’m looking to get like something else. Cause that is, we are, we actually see almost like you almost a hundred percent convert. If you are like, if you got divorced and are like on the, like joining the platform because you’re like, I don’t want to go on the apps. That’s really threatening. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I want to trust someone. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: That’s a really good price point for what you’re offering too. [Nandini Mullaji]: I thought it was gonna be a lot more expensive. No, we’re really trying to, we’re bringing matchmaking to the masses because we think it’s like, how do you, this is the most important decision of your life. So why should it just be something that like privileged people have access to? And that’s like a big thing where it’s like, like Sarah, I often say like my grandmother matched 26 people, 26 couples. [Sarah Parr]: got married I am at currently at three but my goal is 26 million you know it’s really like how do you like really like like you know multiply by millions the impact you can have on this and that’s what I really care about yeah that’s so nice I can’t spell marriage apparently whatever I know what I mean all right so that was all fantastic info this audience comes to you for the matchmaking, of course. Um, and they want to see you as like, I just said, you know, where should I go on a date? [Nandini Mullaji]: What should I wear? Like, what should I text? Like, um, what pictures should I pick? Like, for instance, something that I think is really cool on searches, we actually give you advice on how to choose your pictures. Like it’s literally like picture one, choose it like this picture do like now give me a picture of yourself in a suit. Like literally like we have men choose that pictures better. Cause we’re like, this is a problem and people hate like people get really like annoyed about it and girls hate the pictures they see so let’s help people out like that so that’s like one of the subtle ways where we like are like hey we’re like trying to make your life easier and help you get like better matches yeah easier life better matches I love it all right so moving on really stay away from the word matches even though I just said it we use the word setups because you don’t want to have any in relation to match group and Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, like all of that stuff. We really want to focus on the idea that your matchmaker like shows you a profile and offers to introduce you. When you say yes, you get set up. So just that being the language, because we wanted to feel super personalized, no swiping, no matching, like no matches. That’s like really important. And no roses, no rose gel, no upsell, like none of the BS that you do for like Hinge. Is on our platform. We never upsell. Yeah. Okay. [Sarah Parr]: Good to know. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: All right. [Sarah Parr]: Thank you for sharing all that. So now getting into the content, what are three to five topics at the intersection of your business expertise and what you could rant about for hours? [Nandini Mullaji]: I think definitely about like compatibility, like, you know, like really how do you measure and judge compatibility and the fact that like all of these existing platforms do such a bad job of it, which is why we end up in like unhappy relationships or like unhappy marriages and always start time, energy and money. Um, and also care a lot about like, how do you have a healthy relationship or like why relationships are important? Like the idea that like, this is the most important decision of your life. You spend all of this time and energy getting like a therapist and like a nutritionist and a trainer and a career coach and like all of these other things in your life, or like a stylist, but like, this is such an important decision. Like, why would you not try to give yourself the tools to really like do a good job here? Um, I think there’s like another whole set of things around, like, just like, I think dating apps as they like have existed for the last 10 to 15 years, prey on really lonely, unhappy people. They like make problems worse. Um, they waste your time because they give you so many options because they want you to keep swiping. They waste your money because They trap you in these monthly subscriptions and these random upsells. And they really monetize on your loneliness. Like the more you, you pay more, the longer you stay and then you pay more. And it’s just like a cyclical trap. And then everyone’s like, oh, dating apps are a bad business model. And it’s like, yeah, because they weren’t ever built to like make it work. Like it’s kind of like gambling where the house always wins. And like, we are going against that principle entirely because we’re saying, Hey, we like charge you per setup. We don’t charge, we charge you on success and we charge you like, or you’re like, we’re monetizing intent. Um, and that’s what makes it like fundamentally like different. Um, I think the other thing is it’s like, I actually think people get really bad dating advice. Like I think there’s a lot of people who give really shitty dating advice and like, there’s this like, like men sock or like women deserve X, Y, Z. And it’s like this really polarizing gender dynamic when actually the problem at hand is like, We’re all pretty lonely and we’re looking for connection, and we can all have a little more grace and sympathy. Or I wouldn’t say sympathy, but grace with dealing with each other. But also, that dating can be fun. It does not need to be sad and stressful. It does not need to make you feel shit. We’ve forgotten that it’s supposed to be fun. This is a fun process. Everyone should feel like they’re going on The Bachelor. Like that’s their life. Like, that’s what dating should feel like, It’s like, you are the prize and like, you get to choose and you’re making this such an exciting decision. So like, why does it get shrouded in all of this? Like really like shitty negative, like tone and negative advice. And I really like my advice to be like more like fun and like, Hey, like, it’s like, you don’t need, like, for instance, like I did this video where I was like, like so many people have written the phrase skiing and Japan on their profiles. And it’s like, you can’t all want to go skiing in Japan. Like it’s literally like just group think mentality. And then like that people kept resharing that being like, Oh my God, I can’t believe like 60% of people said they want to walk in central park. Like, I love, like, I love connecting, like in some ways, like data through the problem and being like, Hey, this is what trends are. This is like numbers that are interesting. Like, you know, the fact that like, you know, on average women like we’ll put like the age ranges, like minus two years, men will put it as minus eight. And like the exponential curve that like goes up of like what, like there’s like people in their forties and like, they’re like age ranges, 28 and above. Like, you know, just like, I think there’s like a lot of interesting data that we have and I obviously like anonymize, but like help like shed light on like some like interesting trends and patterns. Yeah. [Sarah Parr]: That is fascinating. I love that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Nandini Mullaji]: And then I think, like, I actually, like, can talk about forever about, like, like, just, like, math breaking and, like, how happy it, like, like, love and, like, how happy that, like, makes me and, like, success stories and, like, little moments of, like, true connection and meaning. But I think that that’s extremely positive. And, like, I don’t know if that has a place in this because I, like, I don’t think Medcare that much about it. And I think I rant for hours about what to wear, where to go, real structural advice on how to be a really great date or a really great boyfriend. So yeah, I think those are probably my pings to sand on. Those are awesome. [Sarah Parr]: Very cool. And then I think I can answer this. You know, you have, you have a, sounds like a lineage of, um, set up experience and you have three marriages under your belt. So what’s unique about your perspective on these topics is you’ve done this before human to human and it’s worked. So you want to try to bring it to the masses. Is that kind of right? Is there anything else? Exactly that. [Nandini Mullaji]: And then you have all my, like I’ve written the sub stack on dating advice for like the last year and a half. So you have all of the content. And from there, like that you can like mine from and use as well. Like I’ve done it, but like, I do a lot of like, like I love making dating content. [Michael Houck]: Like I love talking about this. Yeah. [Sarah Parr]: Uh, did you, did you drop the sub stack link in the onboarding form? [Nandini Mullaji]: And I subscribed to it actually. I, it is, I think accurately captured. Does a lot of my, like, I don’t know if it’s like who I am or like, but it actually does. It’s my favorite thing and I’ve been writing it. I actually, the first time I wrote it was in the 11th grade in high school and like newspaper and then it got shut down by the trustees for being too risky. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: I think one of the interesting, um, one of the interesting challenges we’re going to, we’re going to figure out here is how do we take this advice and specifically apply it to men, right? So that’s like 100% focused on our goal. So the perspective appealing to specifically these busy guys, I think there’s probably a lot in here that we can use and we’ll dig into it. But Sarah, just something to keep in mind, that’s obviously what we’re going to need to do. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah, definitely. [Nandini Mullaji]: Yeah, because live treaters are definitely mostly I think I write like sex in the city style, but that’s not what any like tech bro gives a shit about. So I know that, I know that that’s my big flaw, which is why I’ve come to Michael being like, fix it. Yeah. Yeah. And then, yeah, that’s a perfect segue into the content voice. [Michael Houck]: Um, yeah, I think that’s a perfect segue into the content voice. [Sarah Parr]: Um, yeah, I think that’s a perfect segue into the content voice. Yeah, so content voice, again, we want to be trustworthy, guiding, not condescending. [Nandini Mullaji]: Cheeky and fun, but not condescending, not angry, not anything like that. Yeah. Yeah. That’s really like, yeah, I think like the, I don’t want to be like the angry female, like shouting from the rooftops about how men suck. And I mean, I do not also want to be the bad feminist and talk about like, you know, just so like staying away from those tropes and really like, like, I think trust is such a, like, like feeling like this is like your fun, cool, like, like friend or older sister. Like I don’t think older sister doesn’t really work for this context, but like, like cool. Like, it’s just like your cool friend you trust. And like, I’d be like, there’s a lot of like guys who don’t have a lot of like female friends. Like most people don’t have close friends of the opposite gender. So like almost making it feel like this is like, I’m someone you can go to for advice. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: Like you’re, you’re sort of seeing how the, I guess, yeah, there’s a couple of different ways we could do it. It’s like the voices is either saying, okay, this is your trusted, like female friend who maybe you don’t have in real life and who you have all these questions for and can, you know, provide those answers for you for like how the female perspective might react to XYZ thing or the advice they would give from their side to men. There’s that angle. And then there’s, there’s the angle of like, yeah, I guess, I guess it’d be leaning into one of those two trips too much that you mentioned. So yeah, I think that middle ground probably probably makes the most sense. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Nandini Mullaji]: Cause it’s like, it’s like the line to be like, I’m on your side, but I’m not anti-women. And I’m like, I’m on the side of everyone finding that person, you know? [Michael Houck]: Yeah. Well, that’s going to attract the right men to that. [Nandini Mullaji]: Yeah. Yeah. I’m definitely not looking for like the inside type, you know? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Not many women are. Exactly. [Nandini Mullaji]: Like it’s like, I would love the people who actually want to find partners And I’m not sure people need judgments on like, Oh, you need to date like girls who are not cute. Or like you need to like, there’s no judgment on types of relationships. Like we are happy to cater to all. And in fact, that’s exactly why like the matchmaker is so helpful because people are so honest about their preferences and it’s a nonjudgmental space. And I think that’s also really important where it’s like people can be truly themselves, both with me as a human being, but also with me as the AI, because it’s It is really like, hey, if you don’t want to date someone who came from the same educational background as you, I’m not judging you. [Sarah Parr]: I’m just not going to waste your time and someone else’s introducing you to someone who’s not a good fit. Yeah. Sweet. Are there any specific people that you feel do this voice really well that you found? [Nandini Mullaji]: I’m not on Twitter that much to really like, like, no, but it’s like the Mario Hill guy who’s actually the opposite of what I want, where he’s always like being really awful about women and dating. [Nandini Mullaji]: I will send like Mario Hill. [Michael Houck]: And, and Dini, even if it’s folks like accounts on other platforms who capture the voice well, I think that would help too, even if it’s not on, on X specifically. [Nandini Mullaji]: Yeah, I’m gonna send I’m gonna put it on a group chat on the slide because it’s and I’ll put it here like this guy’s pretty unhinged So this is this is like this is like the opposite of what you want. [Sarah Parr]: Basically Yeah, like it’s like Oh, man, this account is crazy I’m gonna should I open it or should I wait till I stop sharing my screen? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, you can you can do it after It’s fine. The bio is Murray Chill, NYC, five feet, six figures, seven inches. [Michael Houck]: Not the person we’re going for, I think. [Nandini Mullaji]: Not the person we’re going for at all. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: And then there’s also, here, I’m going to also give one of our… [Nandini Mullaji]: There’s Geet. [Nandini Mullaji]: who’s kind of like our competitor. I think she’s like she like embodies like on different platforms being like absolutely nuts. Like angry woman, like oh I’m gonna like like interview boys on your behalf like and like get like it’s like really like putting off. So she’s like that’s not the voice we want to go for. There’s also like people who are bad at that. I’m trying to think if there’s someone who’s tone I actually like, who talks about this space, right? Yeah, doesn’t need to be on Twitter either. [Sarah Parr]: And you can also send them over later too. Yeah, I’m gonna think about it. [Nandini Mullaji]: And then I’m gonna even like screenshot like if I see tweets or like anything where I’m like, oh, this is perfect. [Sarah Parr]: Yes, please do that as much as possible. [Nandini Mullaji]: That really helps. Yeah, it is like, I’ll send you, like, cause there are a few like, where it’s like the, like Nalita Dirtbag and like Starterpacks of New York that like capture that, like ended up at gospel that capture the vibes without being angry or being like nasty or anything like that. [Sarah Parr]: Cool. All right. Well, awesome. I feel like we got a lot of really good stuff here. So that kind of, lets me go into the process of the onboarding and all that stuff. So I will turn it over. Yeah, I think that’s great. [Michael Houck]: And just yeah, keep sending anything that comes to mind screenshot, throw it in the chat anytime. Basically use the channel as your personal like dumping board for anything related to this that you want us to take a look at. Also, if there’s any like internal docs or anything like that, that you think would be helpful for Sarah to understand how the app works or the brand or anything about that, feel free to just throw it in the channel. [Sarah Parr]: I’m actually going to send you like a brand Bible. [Michael Houck]: Oh, great. Okay, great. So we’ll we’ll get on that. This week, Sarah will be doing research on everything and she might be pinging you in the channel with with some thoughts or questions. Next week, I would imagine we’ll get the first like batch of content written for your review. And then we’ll either begin posting at the end of next week or at the start of the following week. But in the meantime, Ben will be able to go into the account and help out with comments. So that’s either like interacting with people who interact with us. So if you’re posting about the announcement tomorrow, he can be in the comments sort of replying to people, making sure people go check out the right link and things like that, and just be engaging with them. And then also proactively looking for folks in the niche who we want to comment on. So maybe these like two accounts you’re mentioning that are anti what we’re talking. Maybe we have like a fun rivalry or relationship with them over time and we comment on their stuff in sort of like a different way, get some reactions that way. So we can do that too. Any accounts you want us to engage that way, just send them over and Ben will add them to sort of our list to monitor. So yeah, so content ops will start as soon as tomorrow, and then content delivery, like I mentioned, will start next week. [Nandini Mullaji]: OK, so I have a question. How do you guys think we should, like, one, so you think we’re doing my account, which means we need to, like, probably, like, change things around and make it, like, because right now it’s like, I think it’s like my personal account is, like, Guru Nandini says, which is not helpful on Twitter. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, so I’ll also go through this afternoon and do a profile audit where I’ll record like a five to 10 minute loom video where I’m giving sort of specific advice on what we should do to optimize the profile. [Nandini Mullaji]: If there’s like specific things you want to go through now, I’m happy to do that, but we’ll also send that through later today. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, perfect. [Nandini Mullaji]: So then I can tune, I like, I will update this tonight, appeal feedback and change the handle. Et cetera, et cetera for tomorrow’s launch posts. Is there any, like, uh, could, like, Sarah, could we have you help out with that a little, or like, I have the press release. Of what’s going on. We don’t obviously have the link to the business inside article, but like that will also come out at noon tomorrow, because I think that like either we can like clean out my account and like have it start afresh with that or like, however you want to do it. I will send over the, I’m going to send over the press. Sarah, I’ll defer to you there. [Michael Houck]: Cause I know that that’s, that’s pretty quick turnaround for anything we’d want to do. So your availability is like for the rest of today, but you’re either way there. Yeah. [Sarah Parr]: Um, I could definitely, we’re looking at just one tweet for tomorrow or whatever you think it’s best. [Nandini Mullaji]: Like if you want to do like three small tweets, like can do that. Like, I like, it’s totally up to you. All the details are there. We have a waitlist signup page that will go live also. So we can be directing people to that waitlist signup page. We have a phone number and anything else that needs to be created, I can do. Okay. So if you are, again, I don’t know what your bandwidth is like this afternoon. [Michael Houck]: So if you are swamped, I’m happy to just do this on my end too. So no, no, no pressure. [Sarah Parr]: I would definitely whip something up, but can I take it offline with you just to make sure that we’re, Yeah, we can try it and then we’ll follow up on the plan there. [Michael Houck]: Okay, so we’ll reach out probably in the channel in a bit. And I’ll do the loom profile audit as well with some recommendations. I’m just looking at the profile now. Yeah, I think there’s some there’s some things we can do here quickly. So should be good. You said you do want to change the handle as well. [Nandini Mullaji]: I think instead of Guru Nandini says it could be Dini from Sech, which is like kind of like universally, like what we’re using, like, as I now think of it as my pseudo-identity. I guess it is, right? You are dating from Sid. [Michael Houck]: So, okay, cool. So we’ll, we’ll go for that. And then, um, we can, you know, uh, I guess any changes, just make them to the profile today. Uh, after I send that loom over and then we’ll, we’ll get some content, um, ready for tomorrow to send any reason. You want us to consider or include or anything like that? [Nandini Mullaji]: I have added, if everyone can just, if you can give me everyone’s emails so I can add everyone to this Slack, sorry, that’s like the Notion document, that’s our brand Bible, because then that would also just be helpful. It gives like a lot of context about what we’re doing, all of that. [Michael Houck]: Cool, we’ll send those over in Slack as well. [Nandini Mullaji]: Perfect, so then I’ll add everyone. You guys to that. And then I think, Michael, what would be helpful is like, and this can be like a Thursday thing of once we are through with the launch, like being like, do we want to put paid spend behind the tweets about the launch to get more people? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I think if you’re going to do that, I would probably recommend doing it day of Just because it’s going to be, people might see it organically and then see it a second time where it’s boosted and maybe they’re more likely to click if they see the second time. So if you’re going to do that, I’d say maybe we do a small test day of, um, but I’ll follow up with, with some thoughts on that too. [Nandini Mullaji]: Okay. Awesome. Because I think it’s like, we should push that out and then we will, I don’t know what time the business inside article goes live, but then that can be like a Thursday thing or whatever, like however you want to think about that. [Michael Houck]: Um, but should we, should we be, um, I guess, yeah, should we be treating this like a launch, or is it just like a- It’s a launch. [Nandini Mullaji]: I sent you guys the press kit, there’s the press release, and the way we’re even saying this is search launches nationwide using voice, the first voice-based AI matchmaker transforming the dating landscape, really going big. [Michael Houck]: Okay, cool. To digest here. I’m just gonna I’m being I’m being upfront like this is a very, very quick turnaround to get something ready tomorrow. So we will we will do our best. But I want to make sure we do it right, too. So don’t just want to throw something out that’s not gonna not going to do well. So we’ll work with you on this throughout the afternoon. And we’ll and we’ll keep an eye out for what time the article goes live tomorrow. And I guess if you want to let us know also in Slack, what time it goes live, then Ben can make any posts that we’re going to do at that time. [Nandini Mullaji]: So it’s not like preempting that basically Okay, do you think we should go like the first like tweet should be the article and then everything’s after that? [Michael Houck]: No, definitely not Any link is gonna depress impressions on the post so we should do it like an announcement tweet and then in the replies to that we Link to the article and we link to the waitlist sign up in one order or another Okay, cool. [Nandini Mullaji]: And I’m guessing we can also like, like, take a screenshot of the article, I don’t care about driving people to the article, it’s more like, I think it’s going to be like a good headline, a good picture, like that kind of screenshot. [Michael Houck]: Okay, if there’s a good image, like including an image in the launch tweet one way or another is going to have a big impact on impressions. So whether you want to use a screenshot of the article, like the top part, the hero section, or if there’s an image you guys want to that you have internally, just send that to us. Because yeah, I would recommend that. And then we can link to the article in the replies too. [Nandini Mullaji]: It’s not, or we can tweet out the article separately. I’m not least interested in having Drive Business Insider driving you. Okay, no link to Business Insider, just we’ll get the credibility. No, any links should just be to drive to our signup page. [Michael Houck]: Sounds good. Okay, cool. To do here this afternoon. I’m not going to promise we can do one thing or another, but I think we’ll go through it this afternoon and we’ll deliver what we can so we’re ready to help out with the launch tomorrow. [Nandini Mullaji]: I appreciate that. I really appreciate everyone being so flexible, jumping on the call. I’m super excited to work with you guys. Michael, from the moment we got on the call, I was like, you’re the guy. [Michael Houck]: I’m pumped too. This is a fun project for us. And I love the mission, and I think we’re gonna help a lot of tech bros. [Nandini Mullaji]: That’s what I live for. [Michael Houck]: Okay, cool. Well, we’ll be in touch throughout the day on Slack, but yeah, good kickoff, and let’s dig into it. [Nandini Mullaji]: Awesome. [Nandini Mullaji]: Thanks, everyone. Bye. Thank you. [Sarah Parr]: Nice to meet you.
